Extremely DISAPPOINTING. Not what we expected from a “luxury” stay. Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. I was traveling with my mother and aunt, and booked this property expecting a quiet, comfortable vacation. There was no indication when we booked that construction was taking place at the property. They don’t tell you. On our first morning, we were woken around dawn by loud construction noise, including repeated banging. I have video evidence of the noise. Because of the construction, we decided to simply accept the inconvenience and spend our time elsewhere rather than make an issue of it. The following night was much worse. During heavy rain around 11 p.m. to midnight, the ceiling began leaking. There was a lighting fixture directly below the area where the water was coming through, which raised a safety concern for us. The rain hitting the material used for the ceiling created extremely loud, continuous banging and echoing throughout the room. It sounded like someone was repeatedly knocking directly above us. We could not sleep. Reception closes 9 p.m., so there’s no one at the property to speak to. The number provided did not get back to us. Even if someone had been present, they expected to move my mother + aunt at midnight? The noise continued for hours. By approximately 2–3 a.m, we packed and left to escape the noise. I do not recommend this place or the fact that they blamed us for these issues. Would state more facts, but ran out of space.

Wir waren 3 Übernachtungen in diesem Tollen Appartement. Leider hatten wir vorab die ZimmerAusstattung falsch gecheckt und haben vor der Ankunft einige Lebensmittel gekauft um in der Wohnung zu kochen. Vor Ort haben wir aber gemerkt , dass wir das Appartement ohne Küche gebucht hatten. Freundlicherweise bekamen wir kostenfrei ein „Upgrade“ und durften ,solange das größere Appartement noch nicht besetzt war, für 2 Tage dort einziehen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren super freundlich , die Lage ist perfekt für uns gewesen. Den Pool und die Bar haben wir garnicht genutzt, sah aber sehr gepflegt und stilvoll eingerichtet aus. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und bedanken uns nochmal herzlich für alles!
