Had a lovely stay at the Heathcote! Peter the host was lovely and kind. The rooms are all upstairs so be prepared for that but they were clean and comfortable, although a little tight, especially the bathroom. However the off street parking was great and the B&B being on a main thoroughfare made it pretty easy to find and very walkable to the River. Peter gave us his dining recommendations and walking paths to take to get down to the main river walk, which was super helpful. Although a little bit further out from all of the action, I appreciated the safety and quiet from where Heathcote is situated. Overall, a very nice stay here!

We had a great 3 night stay at Heathcote B&B. The room was spotless and a good size and breakfast was lovely. Peter was an excellent host, super friendly and helpful. We were up for the Loch Ness Marathon and Peter very kindly got up extremely early on the morning of the run to make us porridge. I would highly recommend Heathcote to everyone!

Our hosts were incredible! Nothing was too much for Pete and Zhanara. They were literally the best. They made us feel so welcome and treated us like part of the family. They have been the best part of our Scotland road trip. Breakfast was always outstanding every morning. The room madd you fele like being at home with how comfortable it was. The room was always tidied up every day (bed made etc). We loved all the top tips and hints about the area. We loved the walk along the river to get to town from the property.

Peter was very accommodating for our check in after our flight was severely delayed. We were sad to only spend a night here. Our room was very cozy and clean, and Peter also made sure we had breakfast before we caught the train the next morning. Highly recommend!

We had a great time in Inverness, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and we had great communication with the owner who gave us advice on the route to drive to Aberdeen and to visit the Balmoral Castle. We would highly recommend this B&B to anyone wanting to visit Inverness.

Peter, the host is very welcoming and hospitable. Gave us ideas about where to walk to for dinner. The B&B is ideally placed within easy walking distance of the Ness River walk. Accommodation was very nice and we had our first great night of sleep. The breakfast was superb. All in all, it was exactly what we wanted.

Wonderful host and very good breakfast provided. Cereals/fruit/eggs/bacon/tomatoes/mushrooms and toast cooked to order and nicely done! Real coffee also appreciated. The bed mattress was lumpy and pillows completely flat. In need of an upgrade for a decent nights' sleep. The property is out of town which I hadn't fully realized. It is about 15-20 mins to town. We drove one night but parking is not easy. Area felt quite safe to walk around. Not a picturesque part of town.

Our room was extremely cold because the heat was not on. The shower stall was miniscule even though the bathroom was plenty large enough for a larger one. The shower heat was inferior. The water temperature fluctuated often. Even though the owner was charming and extremely accommodating, I cannot recommend this place because the room and bathroom were not comfortable.

This is a wonderful B&B! It is easy to locate and a convenient walk to attractions/dining options. The bed is comfy and the breakfast is absolutely fantastic. The host is kind and has good advice to share about the area. If we return to Inverness, I will check here for a room first.

Peter, the host is very welcoming and hospitable. Gave us ideas about where to walk to for dinner. The B&B is ideally placed within easy walking distance of the Ness River walk. Accommodation was very nice and we had our first great night of sleep. The breakfast was superb. All in all, it was exactly what we wanted.

This is a wonderful B&B! It is easy to locate and a convenient walk to attractions/dining options. The bed is comfy and the breakfast is absolutely fantastic. The host is kind and has good advice to share about the area. If we return to Inverness, I will check here for a room first.

Peter was an excellent host. Gave us great directions to get into town. Only a 10 minute walk along the river to town. Excellent breakfast. Would absolutely stay there again when in Inverness.

Wonderful host and very good breakfast provided. Cereals/fruit/eggs/bacon/tomatoes/mushrooms and toast cooked to order and nicely done! Real coffee also appreciated. The bed mattress was lumpy and pillows completely flat. In need of an upgrade for a decent nights' sleep. The property is out of town which I hadn't fully realized. It is about 15-20 mins to town. We drove one night but parking is not easy. Area felt quite safe to walk around. Not a picturesque part of town.

B&B muy limpio y con habitación muy grande. Está un poco alejado del centro pero puedes ir andando al lado del río y en 10 minutos estás en la catedral. El desayuno también está muy bien.

Huge room, great large and comfortable bed, expertly decorated. Easy to find and park. Great Breakfast, cooked to order. Easy walk to City Centre! Wish we had booked a full week. So much to see and do, and so easy to walk to everything. Looking forward to returning as soon as possible.

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was great. The location is walkable to restaurants and pubs and sites. The only thing I would change, is that I wish there was an outlet or an extension cord on both sides of the bed so myself and my partner could have had our phones near us to charge at night.
