A séjourné 1 nuit

Le personnel était très attentionné. La nourriture était plutôt bonne. Par contre les locaux etaient un peu "dans leur jus" et en particulier nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre japonaise (ce que nous voulions) mais avec de la moquette au lieu de tatamis. A noter le bain qui était très bien. Le parc aux singes juste à côté ne nous a pas plu car beaucoup trop de touristes

Friendly people. Too bad extra charges were charged for using the Onsen. The onsen was nice though. Traditional stay, that was still comfortable. Bus stop right at the hotel.

Amazing old place, old japenese style, the hosts were very helpful, the food is delicious and there is an onsen included.

Very nice small authentic ryokan with an outdoor public onsen. It's located 15 min walk from Shibu Onsen town, but close to the entrance to Monkey Park. There's a busstop right in front of the ryokan. The bus goes to the station and monkey park entrance and ski area. Very kind and serviceminded couple, who speak enough English to explain how it works. Good Japanese breakfast and dinner. Only coffee is in the vending machine outside. Only futons in the room. No chairs. No private bath or toilet in the rooms. The onsen is nice but simple. Credit cards are accepted. Good info about bus and train ate given.

The property is a bit old, but kept clean and guests are very well looked after, hosts are great. Perfect location for snow monkeys.
