Booked this place specifically for the hot tub. The hot tub literally has a huge hole in the shell, if you turn on the jets you get a huge loud geyser. The hot tub looks older than our current president (JB). The staff was the saving grace of us keeping our reservation. Friendly, fun and welcoming.

1. They don’t have an elevator so if you have a lot of stuff request a bottom floor! The guy who checked us in was very nice, the lady who checked us out was rude and I felt I was bothering her, the hotel is VERY dated and for the price I wish we stayed ay another newer hotel.

Nice staff and breakfast. Clean room with cold A/C. TV hard to operate. Shabby exterior, holes in outside carpet, worn black plastic around pool fence (how about some bark?), amateur/ugly patch in pool bottom, broken clock outside office. It wouldn't take much money to spruce up the outside.

The Alpine Rivers Inn is well located just outside the central downtown area but very walkable. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken during our stay but the breakfast was excellent for being included in the rate.

room was clean and the bedding was clean. The view from deck over looking the river was beautiful. WiFi did not work due to weather. the internet tv did not work. Holes on the wall were not repaired properly, bare bla walls. Carpeting was dirty. They took advantage of travelers wanting to stay in Leavenworth for the Christmas experience. Extreme price gauging! Not recommended booking through 3rd party sites as you can’t cancel to get your money back. Beautiful town but not at the hotel rates charged four times regular price.

I recently stayed here and noticed some areas for improvement. \u2060The carpet could benefit from a deep cleaning or replacement due to a lingering odor. The refrigerator and heater were excessively loud, disrupting my sleep . Updating these amenities would enhance the overall experience. Staff were nice it’s close to town . Also at night no staff which it was odd .

The refrigerator and heater were excessively loud, disrupting my sleep . Updating these amenities would enhance the overall experience. Staff were nice it’s close to town . The front desk and housekeeper were very nice and helpful! This property is old and needs maintenance! Our room was very smelly due to dirty shower curtain and also the air conditioner. The balcony was dirty and needed cleaning. This is an older Inn and on the beautiful river which was so nice! The bed was Ok and plenty of very clean towels! This is a tourist area and we know rates can be higher, however, I would not pay this rate again ever, for this type of hotel. We were on the top floor and at the end so therefore it was nice and could open our window and slider vs using the smelly and noisy a/c. It is an older Inn for sure that needs maintenance and a thorough cleaning. Again, the front office and housekeeper were very helpful! It was very nice to be a 10 min drive and including parking to all the action of Leavenworth and come back to a quiet setting on the river!

The room smelled strongly of bleach, mold on the shower curtain, and water bottle from previous occupants under the bed, the shower nozzle water temps were backwards, and the tables in the breakfast room were sticky. Would not choose this property again.

Staff were friendly and check in was easy. Breakfast was good and rooms are spacious. The hotel is a bit dated, there have been obvious improvements to the property but there’s definitely room for more. I was disappointed in the lack of cleanliness to the balcony area. It was carpeted which was very stained and worn since its outdoors but there were a lot of cobwebs, spider webs, and dead bugs in the eaves and along the siding. Everything was clean indoors and beds are very soft. It was a great stay for an overnight excursion.

I didn’t have the breakfast so I can’t comment on that. The views of the river are amazing and the beds were very comfortable. But-the rooms are quite dated and could use a really good cleaning. The room was surface clean but lots of cobwebs (like in the bathroom fan) small dead bugs in the corners. But a very cute little Inn…..I thought it was going to be much larger than it is. And it’s a bit outside of the town so away from all the shops and activities.

Really felt like a rip off. It was dated and the room wasn’t very clean. Debris all over the carpet, and I had to wipe the counters in the bathroom. Everything felt run down, everything needs attention/replacing. Will never stay here again.

The location on the river (river views from all rooms) is the best thing about this hotel. Being a 10-minute walk away from the busy tourist part of town as well as being 150 metres from the main road, means that it is also quiet.

Our room had a river view and small balcony. I think all the 2nd floor rooms had this. Room was clean, had a sitting area and makeup area by the bathroom. Also a fridge and microwave. Nice continental breakfast, hot sausage patties, round formed egg, biscuits and gravy. Waffle maker, etc. Walking distance to shopping, maybe 3-4 blocks.

Was told on the phone we'd get one of the many rooms on the top floor. Very cheerful. No problem. Checking in.... "sorry. I put the note in for top floor but We don't have any of those rooms. I've checked everyone in up there already". So wait. I'm in before 7pm. And it's suddenly first come first serve and you mean to tell me that everyone before all asked for the 200s rooms??? Unlikely. Now I'm awake at 630am. Cuz the inconsiderate jerks upstairs live like no one is below them and see DRAGGING FURNITURE AND STOMPING AROUND LIKE BIG FOOT. Thanks. Simple request. Sweet voiced denial of that request for no good reason and now i can't sleep in. I know how i live and behave in hotel rooms and why i always get top floor no problem... and i know how must other humans behave. thanks Alpine Rivers Inn!

The lady at check in was super nice but she was stressed as there was a line and rooms were not ready. It was not her fault and she was really trying to get us taken care of as we had 2 rooms reserved and only 1 was cleaned. The beds were comfortable and they rooms were decent. I loved looking at the river.

The person who checked us in was very friendly and professional. She gave us good recommendations for restaurants and was very helpful with the questions we had. The breakfast was good, the room was clean, the view of the river from the balcony was so relaxing, check out was a breeze.

We booked 2 nights and due to our child being sick could not go in our trip we contacted the hotel straight away in the morning. We said we would happily pay for the first night as it was last minute. We asked if they could either discount if not charge the second night. With no apology they just charged us the full amount. They had no cleaning charge no breakfast to give away for 2 days. Everyone had family and the fact they would not even consider giving us some kind of discount due to a sick 10yr old child I find disgusting. With customer service like that I would not recommend

The location on the river (river views from all rooms) is the best thing about this hotel. Being a 10-minute walk away from the busy tourist part of town as well as being 150 metres from the main road, means that it is also quiet.

Nice quiet spot to stay in Leavenworth. The view right on the river is great. It's about a 10 minute walk to all the downtown shops and restaurants. Only minor complaint we had was it seemed like the check in process took a really long time. Otherwise, we would definitely stay here again if we were staying a night or two in Leavenworth.

The hotel is in walking distance to the town center and has a good-sized parking lot. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast had a good selection, but the coffee was not the best. The family room was huge and our teenagers enjoyed the pull-out couch, so they didn't have to share one of the queen beds. The hotel is in the older side, but the room was clean. The mattress was a tad bit too soft for our liking. All in all, we had a nice stay. I just wish it wouldn't be so expensive to get a room here and in general in Leavenworth.

Our room had a river view and small balcony. I think all the 2nd floor rooms had this. Room was clean, had a sitting area and makeup area by the bathroom. Also a fridge and microwave. Nice continental breakfast, hot sausage patties, round formed egg, biscuits and gravy. Waffle maker, etc. Walking distance to shopping, maybe 3-4 blocks.

The location is great, and the river is beautiful. However, it is an older motel style property, and the breakfast was below average. That said, would I stay there again? Absolutely.

Not a bad location. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Only complaint was the breakfast. It was baaaaad! The only reason to eat it is because you want to wring every penny from the hotel cost, but you’ll regret it soon after. Some other reviews said the breakfast was good and I think they are likely insane so…you decide.

Hotel is well placed and a short walk to the town. The rooms are dated and basic but very clean, pleenty of towels. Be in plenty of time for breakfast as it gets put away before 9.30am….the waitress was beyond rude! Dining tables were really stcky.

So, I really enjoyed the stay. Beautiful location and sound of the river off the back deck. Nice staff and really cute little yard, close to restaurants. My only complaint is the breakfast time is definately a bit late. It is 8 am and many guests were already on their way. We were from the mountain time zone so this was 9am our time. We definately were waiting for the breakfast and office to open before we left. I saw many guests try the office door prior to 8am. I would suggest just changing it to a 7am breakfast time and I think this could be a lot easier on travelors. Other than that, great stay!!

The check in reception was fast, efficient and professional. The reception was helpful in local area guidance. The room was older but very clean. Even by the office on first floor, no noise. The balcony had a great view of the river. I used the smallish pool, very refreshing. Sadly, no hot tub. It was a short walk to town along busy US 2, no problem. Breakfast, hot continental was delicious, clean and well presented for different likes. For the weekday price, this was a great value. I would return again.

Old school hotel with no remodels - but cozy. Nothing fancy, a comfortable place to sleep & take a shower with lots of towels. The view of the river is gorgeous & decks are lovely to sit on and enjoy a sip of coffee, tea, bevie or snack. Rooms are super outdated but neat & orderly. There is no streaming for the TV screen - it's old school channels. There is a frig, but no tiny freezer - but there is an ice machine next to the office. The children in the pool said the water is "freezing" = not heated. Front desk people are super helpful & nice. The pool is warmer than the river. I would not recommend planning on the breakfast. It's super processed, I don't think the sausage was real meat and not sure if the juice was juice. Go out for breakfast. If you don't like bugs, this is not your spot. Only gripe -Lots of bugs being on the river & staff does need to clean the bug nests/webs better in the rooms - overall decent clean.
