We do NOT accept guests under the age of 18 years old. You will be refused accommodation and will be charged the first night of your accommodation.
We do NOT have bike storage. We don't accept free cancellations due to the impossibility of leaving the bike with us.
During normal season this property has a 48 hour cancellation/modification policy. PLEASE check below for SPECIAL SEASON DATES & CONDITIONS
There will be no charge, providing your notification directly on written source by 00:00 (two full days before the arrival date). Any cancellation/modification made after this time will suppose the charge of the first night of the reservation. Any No-Show will be charged the first night of the reservation.
In case of No-Show, after the charge of the first night, the reservation will remain active until 2pm of the next day, or if you are in communication with us about the reservation. If the charge of the first night is denied in the credit card provided, we will cancel it immediately. Non-refundable reservations that didn't show up for their bookings will also remain active until 2pm of the next day or the duration of the stay if you are in communication with the property; otherwise, if we have no response, we will proceed to cancel it at 2pm of the next day.
Late check-out service is not available. The property has the right of charge a penalty of 20€ per each hour of delay in the check-out.
Lost properties will remain in the hostel during a maximum of 72h, or unless you are in communication with us about it. After this time, we don't take responsability of them.
SPECIAL SEASON DATES & CONDITIONS 2027:
- 21/03/2027 to 27/03/2027 (both days included, Semana Santa).
- 12/04/2027 to 18/04/2027 (both days included, Feria de Sevilla).
During these two periods we have a 14 day cancellation policy. Any no-show, cancellation or modification made after these 14 days of your arrival date will suppose the charge of the full amount of the reservation. We have the right to charge 100% of the reservation during this 14 day period. Any charges not accepted will suppose the cancellation of the reservation.
Remember that La Banda Rooftop Hostel won't ever send you any links asking for additional information about your bank or credit card. If you receive any message with a link asking for this kind of information, we recommend you to ignore it.

Es entstehen keine Kosten, sofern Ihre Benachrichtigung direkt in schriftlicher Form bis 00:00 Uhr (zwei volle Tage vor dem Ankunftsdatum) erfolgt. Jede Stornierung/Änderung, die nach dieser Zeit vorgenommen wird, zieht die Berechnung der ersten Nacht der Reservierung nach sich. Bei einem No-Show wird die erste Nacht der Reservierung berechnet.
Im Falle eines No-Shows bleibt die Reservierung nach der Berechnung der ersten Nacht bis 14:00 Uhr des nächsten Tages aktiv, es sei denn, Sie stehen mit uns bezüglich der Reservierung in Kontakt. Falls die Belastung der ersten Nacht auf der angegebenen Kreditkarte abgelehnt wird, werden wir die Reservierung sofort stornieren. Nicht erstattungsfähige Reservierungen, deren Gäste nicht zu ihrer Buchung erschienen sind, bleiben ebenfalls bis 14:00 Uhr des nächsten Tages oder für die Dauer des Aufenthalts aktiv, falls Sie mit der Unterkunft in Kontakt stehen; andernfalls werden wir die Reservierung ohne Rückmeldung um 14:00 Uhr des nächsten Tages stornieren.
Ein Late-Check-out-Service ist nicht verfügbar. Die Unterkunft hat das Recht, eine Gebühr von 20 € für jede Stunde der Verspätung beim Check-out zu erheben.
Verlorene Gegenstände werden maximal 72 Stunden lang im Hostel aufbewahrt, es sei denn, Sie stehen diesbezüglich mit uns in Kontakt. Nach dieser Zeit übernehmen wir keine Verantwortung mehr dafür.
BESONDERE DATEN & BEDINGUNGEN FÜR DIE SONDERSIEZONEN:
- 29.03.2026 bis 05.04.2026 (beide Tage eingeschlossen, Semana Santa).
- 20.04.2026 bis 26.04.2026 (beide Tage eingeschlossen, Feria de Sevilla).
Während dieser beiden Zeiträume gilt eine 14-tägige Stornierungsfrist. Jeder No-Show, jede Stornierung oder Änderung, die nach diesen 14 Tagen vor Ihrem Ankunftsdatum erfolgt, führt zur Berechnung des vollen Reservierungsbetrags. Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, während dieses 14-tägigen Zeitraums 100 % der Reservierung zu berechnen. Alle nicht akzeptierten Gebühren führen zur Stornierung der Reservierung.
Denken Sie daran, dass das La Banda Rooftop Hostel Ihnen niemals Links senden wird, die nach zusätzlichen Informationen über Ihr Bank- oder Kreditkartenkonto fragen. Wenn Sie eine Nachricht mit einem Link erhalten, der nach solchen Informationen fragt, empfehlen wir Ihnen, diese zu ignorieren.
