I have to say although the place was immaculately clean, It has to be said this is not a hotel, it should be classed as a B&B There were no amenities no food other than breakfast in the morning. we arrived quite late Friday evening only to find out it has no amenities so dinner was off and we then had to find somewhere not fully booked up in which to get something to eat. There was a small bar in the corner of the breakfast room but it wasn’t being Maned to serve drinks and the lights were all switched off so I didn’t even bother to ask.The room was very small, very clean though and decorated nicely, the bathroom was very small just a shower which needed running for 10 minutes until hot water came through and when it did the shower was a disappointing as it more a trickle, the road noise was absolutely awful forget having a good nights sleep it was relentless until the early hours and then started again at about 6.00 I have read some comment that said the owner rude I have to say I didn’t find this the case however I only came in contact with her at breakfast and she was very attentive and polite the breakfast was lovely, nice choice and served quickly overall I would say a very clean and quaint B&B

Stayed here for 3 nights whilst working in the area. Lovely place and the owners were very nice. They also made a fantastic breakfast, very tasty. Parking was a bit tight with limited spaces, and if you can't reverse well then you may struggle, but overall a lively little place, which I would recommend.

What a lovely place. A short walk from the train station past a field of horses and over the canal. Welcome was warm and genuine despite me being an hour early. The house is lovely with communal spaces throughout. The room is spacious and well laid out. The bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept in, my alarm was most unwelcome!!! My only grumbles, if I had to name anything at all, is that the shower didn't have much pressure, the room traffic was a ever so slightly noisy and there was no body lotion (I had forgot mine). I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area and I will leave the alarm clock turned off!

Very friendly guest house - I was welcomed and made to feel at home straight away. I only stayed for one night as the Hilton Leeds (my usual place) was full. The room was small but tastefully decorated. The lounge is really nice with comfy seats. The breakfast was very good quality and well cooked. The whole experience was very relaxing and only 20 minutes from the city centre. Recommended.

2 night stay on business, nothing but praise for all aspects of my stay. Fantastic breakfast, beautifully cooked to order, clean and comfy room, warmly welcomed and made to feel at home and more than fairly priced. I will be making another booking when staying in the area.

Attending an event at Temple Newsome & found this place to be an excellent 'base'. Place comfortable & clean. Breakfast nice & fresh & hosts very welcoming. Pleasant canal walk nearby too if wanting to clear your head before your journey home

A fantastic hotel, we stayed 2 nights, the room was spotless the bed was really comfy we had plenty of space and a lovely shower. The choice at breakfast is brilliant and the full English breakfast is delicious. The staff were really helpful and friendly too.

The hotel was conveniently placed for a function I was attending. I contacted the owner to discuss a slightly earlier check in..no problem at all. On arrival we were greeted and made welcome by the owner. A spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent. Top quality ingredients and all in all a great experience

Our 2 night stay was comfortable and relaxing. Carol made us feel at home and looked after us. Will stay again if we are in the area 😊.

Wonderful. Carol and her family were so lovely. A beautiful place and right near a bus stop/train station to head into Leeds. The room was great with everything we needed and breakfast was amazing, cooked to perfection with our preferences asked for. A great stay and we would absolutely stay again. Thank you

A fantastic hotel, we stayed 2 nights, the room was spotless the bed was really comfy we had plenty of space and a lovely shower. The choice at breakfast is brilliant and the full English breakfast is delicious. The staff were really helpful and friendly too.

Wonderful. Carol and her family were so lovely. A beautiful place and right near a bus stop/train station to head into Leeds. The room was great with everything we needed and breakfast was amazing, cooked to perfection with our preferences asked for. A great stay and we would absolutely stay again. Thank you

Attending an event at Temple Newsome & found this place to be an excellent 'base'. Place comfortable & clean. Breakfast nice & fresh & hosts very welcoming. Pleasant canal walk nearby too if wanting to clear your head before your journey home

Very friendly guest house - I was welcomed and made to feel at home straight away. I only stayed for one night as the Hilton Leeds (my usual place) was full. The room was small but tastefully decorated. The lounge is really nice with comfy seats. The breakfast was very good quality and well cooked. The whole experience was very relaxing and only 20 minutes from the city centre. Recommended.

The hotel was conveniently placed for a function I was attending. I contacted the owner to discuss a slightly earlier check in..no problem at all. On arrival we were greeted and made welcome by the owner. A spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent. Top quality ingredients and all in all a great experience

2 night stay on business, nothing but praise for all aspects of my stay. Fantastic breakfast, beautifully cooked to order, clean and comfy room, warmly welcomed and made to feel at home and more than fairly priced. I will be making another booking when staying in the area.

Firstly parking great, staff exceptional , polite and friendly and helpful. Room was lovely wasn’t a fan of such a large sink in the room with a small toilet shower area but understood how they have used the space the best of their ability. Sockets low behind bedside table was awkward but again usable. TV tiny but again we only slept there. This didn’t affect our stay and would defo return. Breakfast 10/10 and again staff could not have done more. Very attentive - would recommend.

Bridge Farm Hotel was a lovely stay overall. The setting was peaceful and the room was comfortable, making it a really easy and relaxed base for our visit. Breakfast was included and looked excellent, with plenty of choice and everything freshly prepared, although we unfortunately had to rush off in the morning to get home. It’s definitely something we would have enjoyed more time to take advantage of. We would happily stay again next year and make more of the facilities and breakfast properly next time.
Bridge Farm Hotel was a lovely stay overall. The setting was peaceful and the room was comfortable, making it a really easy and relaxed base for our visit. Breakfast was included and looked excellent, with plenty of choice and everything freshly prepared, although we unfortunately had to rush off in the morning to get home. It’s definitely something we would have enjoyed more time to take advantage of. We would happily stay again next year and make more of the facilities and breakfast properly next time.
