Check in was smooth. Staff were very helpful. Location was very near to both a tram stop and a bus stop. Breakfast was basic but included in the price so more than adequate. Parking was also free and I never had a problem with finding a space in the car park.

Friendly greeting, all staff lovely & accommodating. A great base if you are going to Wimbledon. Free parking. Continental breakfast included. Room was very clean & adequate for a couple of nights stay. Spar shop next door. Dislikes - carpets needed replacing which did not give a good first impression. No fridge in room. Watered down hand soap. Requested more towels as only one towel each & no hand towel, requested an extra fan as so very hot when we stayed - they were in the room waiting on our return. Coffee cups not cleaned & coffee not topped up. A bit more attention to detail would make a huge difference. Would consider again if we were going to Wimbledon as a fair price.

No instruction where to check in. Eventually when I found it, check in took almost an hour. My chosen room was given to someone else. Lots of noise from pub downstairs. During checkout no instruction where to leave they key and no staff on site in the morning.

Standard room. The electric sockets not working so no TV, kettle etc. Not great should have been checked before letting the room. Did offer me a room change but staff entered twice during my stay Not great! First room shower head was broken, needs some TLC. Otherwise good value and pleasant staff

Stayed at this property for 3 nights in the summer. Was given the room on the ground floor of the annex and the window for the room opened to the parking lot. It was very warm weather and the only way to get cooler air was to have that window open. But it was unsafe to leave it open when we left during the day bc of easy access of the parking lot, so our room was like a sauna when we returned. It also felt unsafe to sleep at night with the window open bc anyone could come in that way. There was also a lot of noise from customers talking g in the parking lot and on Saturday night there was loud music and yelling/singing happening in the parking lot at 1am! The room we were given should never be used as a guest room. There are so many issues with it being on the ground floor with the only window opening in the parking lot! On top of all this, the wifi did not work at all. It only worked in the restaurant, but it couldn't be used in the annex building where our room was. We got no help from staff other than telling us it should work.

You can imagine how it would feel when you arrive after long journey to your prebooked and fully paid accommodation, and sbe surprised that the hotel is breaching your data protection policy, refusing to check you in after misleading you with many phone calls, charging you a penalty.

Room as ok, but staff and hotel service not so good, check out was 12:00 and I arrived at 11:00, all my personal stuff were thrown at some storage room mixed with rubbish, the worker asked for my keys and didn't want me to come back in the room the check if something was left behind... From that on you can imagine how hard to spoke if a useless manager on the phone.

For me public transport links were fantastic. Hotel can't fault the staff. Only down side checkin information needs to be clear ie from 12 noon or 2 pm just to take the pressure off the staff.

Perfect location after our trip to watch the tennis, we arrived at 9.30pm after a long day so we were tired. With it being a Saturday night the pub bit was bouncing and the people out the front made a lot of noise till very late.(our room was at the front) Maybe if it was mid week this would’nt be a problem. The room itself was fine, clean and tidy. The food in the restaurant looked good but we didn’t try it as it was too late for us.

There was also a lot of noise from customers talking g in the parking lot and on Saturday night there was loud music and yelling/singing happening in the parking lot at 1am! The room we were given should never be used as a guest room. There are so many issues with it being on the ground floor with the only window opening in the parking lot! On top of all this, the wifi did not work at all. It only worked in the restaurant, but it couldn't be used in the annex building where our room was. We got no help from staff other than telling us it should work.

Stayed at this property for 3 nights in the summer. Was given the room on the ground floor of the annex and the window for the room opened to the parking lot. It was very warm weather and the only way to get cooler air was to have that window open. But it was unsafe to leave it open when we left during the day bc of easy access of the parking lot, so our room was like a sauna when we returned. It also felt unsafe to sleep at night with the window open bc anyone could come in that way. For me public transport links were fantastic. Hotel can't fault the staff. Only down side checkin information needs to be clear ie from 12 noon or 2 pm just to take the pressure off the staff.

beds were comfy but too hot in the room when i visited prob due to weather but opened windows, still hot but the noise from the pub & traffic was bad and didnt get much sleep, breakfast was fine & location was good

Check in was smooth. Staff were very helpful. Location was very near to both a tram stop and a bus stop. Breakfast was basic but included in the price so more than adequate. Parking was also free and I never had a problem with finding a space in the car park.

Friendly greeting, all staff lovely & accommodating. A great base if you are going to Wimbledon. Free parking. Continental breakfast included. Room was very clean & adequate for a couple of nights stay. Spar shop next door. Dislikes - carpets needed replacing which did not give a good first impression. No fridge in room. Watered down hand soap. Requested more towels as only one towel each & no hand towel, requested an extra fan as so very hot when we stayed - they were in the room waiting on our return. Coffee cups not cleaned & coffee not topped up. A bit more attention to detail would make a huge difference. Would consider again if we were going to Wimbledon as a fair price.

Very clean and well proportioned room. Only issue was shower not draining properly, staff were aware and plumber is due to fix. Disappointed the EV Charger was not operational 😕. Excellent staff, ample parking and great bar. Continental breakfast was a nice touch. Would recommend if you are looking for accommodations in the area

Perfect location after our trip to watch the tennis, we arrived at 9.30pm after a long day so we were tired. With it being a Saturday night the pub bit was bouncing and the people out the front made a lot of noise till very late.(our room was at the front) Maybe if it was mid week this would’nt be a problem. The room itself was fine, clean and tidy. The food in the restaurant looked good but we didn’t try it as it was too late for us.

I like to leave an honest review so the Wi-Fi was good. Phone signal is good free Parking good for London the food and the bar were also good bed was clean and comfortable. The only problem for me was my room did have a very funny smell and being on a very busy t road had a lot of road noise. Room1

Tale of two Hotels Clean room, early check inn, free parking, and cheap on the other side I had no hot water for a shower I reported it at 3pm and nothing changed. Next morning a different room reported the same fault at breakfast. The artwork on the wall is larger than the tv in the room. Breakfast is toast and coffee or cereal and fruit. But check the milk as I managed to pour cottage cheese into my coffee, it wasn't just a little off. If you need a receipt get it at check inn or becomes a pain when checking out.
