Worst experience I have ever had at an hotel. Staff was rude , people sleeping in their cars outside your room in the parking lot and ask to use your shower. There were piles of garbage outside the door of the room. The office manager/owner called yelling at me a day before I was scheduled to check out asking where I was cause it was past check out time. I would avoid this place at all cost!!!!! Prices were cheap but still will never go back

What I didn’t like about this room was that the restroom was dirty the toilet seat had pee on it… The window near the restroom had no screen and had a pole in the window for “security”… And not to mention, we spent like 15 Trying to look for the remote control for the TV there wasn’t one. We had to call front desk to bring us a remote and he spent 30 minutes in the room programming it… The mattress had a huge dent on one side in the top and the mattress was super thin and not to mention the thin pillows as well. I am not exaggerating… I did enjoy the pool The pool was clean… But the area around the outside had chairs everywhere that had been tipped over and there was actually two chairs inside of the pool at the bottom of the pool… And at night maybe like at 3 AM we heard arguing outside of our room… I could only appreciate that I was not sleeping on the street… I would probably not come back here and I would not recommend. I really wish I could’ve enjoyed myself better

Affordable with a great diner and coffee shack right in the parking lot!!

Got in trouble for having too many people in my room. After management warned me I kicked everyone out and everything was fine. The manager still proceeded to shame me again in the parking lot in front of all the other people staying. He said my actions cause discomfort with the other people staying but somehow him yelling at me didn't it? The stay was very affordable tho! Very dirty room, holes on the carpet, mold in the fridge and rust in the bathroom.

The hotel is big In property. The service is okay, not terrible but okay. Rooms are big really spacious lots of parking. Bed was comfortable not terrible ac units worked in our room took a while to cool down but it cooled down....there's a few restaurants around, walking distance, a 711 near also walking distance, Mexican place in the opposite corner, laundry mat in the same plaza as the hotel if needed, really close to the main downtown of Vista. We did not explore as we just wanted to rest though did try the Mexican food it was good.

This place was a nightmare. I came here after canceling an AirBnB nearby for similar reasons, oddly enough. The cockroaches alone were reasons to leave but I was at the end of my options. I killed at least eight in the two days there, and bought some roach poison traps and left them around the room. Six of the 11 lightbulbs worked in the room. Smelled of cigarette smoke. The carpet and floor beneath were damp in areas, one of the lamp shades had what appeared to be blood splattering on it. The bathroom was the worst. The toilet paper mount had been ripped out of the wall and remounted at a skewed angle. The shower was generally filthy, including the black-mold-covered anti-slip mat. The entire middle length of the bathtub had been cut out for whatever reason and filled in with a layer of silicon caulking which bowed down with any pressure, leaving me having to straddle the tub to shower. The wall plug for the A/C unit was unshielded, leaving exposed wiring, quite the safety and fire hazard. I have never seen anything like this, it was beyond insane. I will do everything within my power to get this place shut down.

I reserved a room for 2 nights, and the condition of the rooms were absolute horrible. The ACE was also not working and where the property was located was unsafe. I tried to get my money back but they didn't let me. DO NOT COME HERE!! Not family friendly at all!

The room was quiet; however, this is a two rating because the floors, especially around the bath tub was dirty. I had to look for the plug for the microwave, because it had been unplugged. There was nothing for the guests. No coffee even, that most guests would expect. He just looked at me and said they did not have anything, and said "Sorry" They were nice, but they need a professional to walk the rooms and get them back on track. I had to find the maintenance man to figure out how to turn on the TV, because someone previously had changed the normal settings, so that could probably play games on the TV. The floor was filthy.My wife told the maid and she just looked at her and walked away. The bathroom door was filthy and covered in mold. Didn't bother to say anything since they didn't seem to care about the floor. We booked the room for 3 days and were not offered cleaning or fresh towels once while we were there. The first night my wife asked for an extra blanket and an extra pillow and was told they don't have them. Had I not payed for 3 nights in advance, I would have left after the first night.

Hotel is overrun with what seems to be drug trafficking and homelessness. Checked out at 245 am due to roaches and constant banging on walls from other tenants. Broke down cars and broke furniture just thrown about.

The room smelled horrible the carpet was was so dirty, one of the beds was sunken in, the bed sheets weee stained with blood. It was horrible people outside their room listening to music at 3 am full blast. Dont stay here do your self a favor especially if you ha e small kids

It was really bad place, poor quality. Very dirty. We got scammed since last minute nothing was available we had to go for this hotel.

Room had hair everywhere on the floor and all over the pillows. There is a janky outlet for the lamp and the TV didn’t work.

The only thing i didnt like was the tv only had like 8 channels, and it was the channels i didnt like!

Clean rooms and quiet. Staff was very friendly. Would stay there again. Rooms were also very large. And price was reasonable.

TV didn’t work…loud people outside all night until 4 am…loud motorcycle blasting music early in the morning..

Not enough power outlet to charge devices. Heater did not work.

The room was ok except the work didn’t work inside the room (tried multiple devices). The staff said they would look into it but nothing happened as far as I could tell. Also they charged me like 10 more dollars than my reservation that was supposed to already include all the fees.

Terrible. They don't even have wifi that work for me to work. I ruined my night there. I want a refund

TV didn't work, shower barely worked. Had to move fridge to get to a plug that worked. Tweakers appear to have permanent residence in some rooms, they were outside till late making noise

Spotty Internet connection and kinda beat up. Outlets didn't even hold charger most likely to being old

Worker unlocked and open door on me and my partner with out knocking not a very safe place if u want ur privacy

Clerk tried to pull a fast one! Had me sign for my room at $244 and charges me $644. And when i confront him hes says im wrong and i should him my phone w my banking app open w the charge and he attempted to grab my phone. Requested immediately cancel refund

Staff was very friendly & helpful. I would stay here again. Very clean and made me feel right at home.

I was grateful after my son left his key in my car and I had driven about 15 miles away I was able to call them up and they were very helpful in replacing the key with no hassle.thank you for that

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience! First of all, check in took almost 40 minutes due to there being limited staff on site. Second, for some reason they thought it was okay to use a blower or extremely loud tree trimmer at midnight! This unnecessary "yard work" went on at least until 1 am. I tried calling the front desk several times to report it but no one ever answered and it only gave the busy signal. Third, there were limited working outlets in the room and even OPEN electrical outlets which is a huge safety hazard. There were only two lamps in the room and one of them was missing a light bulb. There was no trash can at all in the room. Pillows had the stuffing falling apart so not comfortable at all. Extremely worn down room. DO NOT stay here if you have another choice.

I stayed here for a little bit while I was waiting on my new permanent residence to be available. I booked a few days at a time because there wasn't a set date to as when it would be available. They charged me $20 extra every time I had to add days, and not only was the staff incredibly rude but the rooms were less than subpar. When I just had two days left they had me move rooms all the way on the other end of the property and I have no car and had to carry all my things from on end of the property to the other. I had booked a room with the same size bed etc. While after I get settled in I go to charge my phone and only one outlet is working to hold a charger in it. The rest of them are halfway hanging off the wall. I tried to shower next. The plumbing in there was horrible and I don't know how I finally got it to work. I finally try to put the television on to decompress and go to bed and it doesn't work either. I call the front desk and an hour goes by and no one comes. So, I go to the front desk and he says he's coming. After another 30-45 minutes later nothing. I go up there again. He says he's working on it, so I decide to stay and wait until he does. He says he is going to try and fix it from there first. That it might be the connection and it does it all the time. So, I was willing moved to a room that they knew needed repairs. It's also about 9 pm on a Sunday at this point so I don't think there was anyone available at that time to help with this.

The front office was very considerate of my being a solo female guest. Placed me close to their office.

I was very impressed with the gentleman that checked me in at the front desk. He was friendly and very helpful, much nicer than other front desk greeters I have come across in North County hotels.

Great service and friendly staff. Very clean. The only problem is I think the AC needed Freon, otherwise it was a great stay.

So there was a bunch of twacky wacky crazies around there,tht lived there. When i would go out on the alcony to smoke,i ft lime i was being watched,and felt like it was unsafe. People stay up all night.the last night we stayed there, we woke up in the morning to people fighting and a window got broken

Sketchy area in the two story building. Broken down cars and a pitbull with people hanging around. I refused the first room they gave me. They offered up another one near the office that was better and I accepted it. Overall lower than expected and my expectations weren’t very high.
