We’ve stayed in many hotels and motels, and this was absolutely disgusting, there was mold in the ceilings I turned on the hot tub and black chunks of debris shot out of the Jets, there was semen, stains all over the mirror and the dresser next to the bed plus there was food, stains, or some kind of stains on the walls and it was just absolutely ridiculously disgusting and they would not give us our money back nor would they even try to clean the room which we still wouldn’t of stayed but it was horrible and also there was some dangerous electrical cord hanging out of the wall. It was a nightmare.

Upon entering the room, it was supposed to be a non-smoking establishment, but the entire room smell like cigarettes. The table tops were dirty. The Jacuzzi was dirty just didn’t seem very clean at all. I actually went and bought me some towels and air freshener at the near store because I didn’t want to use the towels that were provided not to mention had a hard time trying to collect the TV to the Wi-Fi Internet, and it never really did connect.

First room had MANY roaches and was Smokey. We went back to the office and they gave us another room which was EXTREMELY Smokey and the tub was extremely dirty. The sheets was dirty and the bed was extremely noisy when you sit on it or even move in it. Wont ever stay there again unless they renovate the rooms and make them cleaner. Nice area but bad experience!!!!

Motels in horror movies are better than this one. Black mold, smells, leaking pipes, stains, even the walls were dirty. Towels were stained yellow, the sheets were dirty. We slept in our clothes. We would have gone somewhere else but it was late and there were no other options. Next time, I’ll just sleep in the rental car. Absolutely the worst place ever…

The nastiest place. We didnt stay. The shower was dirty with hair all over it. Door was torn off the vanity. Smoke alarm didnt have a battery & battery diir was broke off. One chair had some kind of stain & the other ,the upholstery was yorn off. Git there the window was open with no screen & it stank bad in the room. Wouldnt let my dog stay in there.

Received a room thay was unclean in the bathroom area the tub had dry hair in it the towels at the sink had hair stuck to them while foldedup and the lamp in the room didn't properly work and the person who rented the room was called and he spoke limited English rhat wasn't understanding when i asked for anothwr room he.wanted to send a cleaning person to the room and clean it while we are inside

My room needs lots of repair. There were baby roaches on the bathroom floor and counter where the fridge and microwave Located at. Pillow was torn, towels are so old they look grey in color. Never going back there again.

It was very noisy most of the night. The outside lights were so bright it looked like daylight in our room. The traffic was noisy. I heard a drill at 3:30 in the morning.

Lyft driver seemed shocked dropping us here. We were stranded in Chicago due to flight getting cancelled and this was last minute reservation that was available. Staff showed us room. Room was right next to office where we checked in. He opened the room door and turned on the AC. Just for that asked for tip. We noted “nap rate” signs. Smoke alarm was removed and chirping all night. When I pointed out the chirping he acted as he didn’t hear it. We saw a toilet commode right outside the office area. Towel thin. Felt I was cleaner before using the towel. It provided shelter but did not feel secure and safe here.

This place was so run down and dirty. There was an old bar of soap in the shower, stains on all towels and sheets, hair on the sheets, the door safety lock doesn’t close all the way, beds are like blocks, everything is so outdated by 30+ years. I’m surprised the hotel chain allows this to stay open. When leaving, the front desk clerk asked me “tip for me? Multiple times! Absolutely not.

It looks like a true hard knock life house I was so uncomfortable. Then the room looks as if it was in a horror film spiders and spiderwebs everywhere. Then not only that our bathroom was locked and we could even use it. We couldn’t switch rooms or get a refund.

Parking was one of the best parking lot I’ve ever been able to park at a hotel the AC and heating was up to park. I had nothing to complain about. I had to keep going to the front desk to update my room card because I kept putting mine next to my cell phone and everyone knows that this is not a good idea. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful every time and never had a complaint. He was very patient with me about everything and I’m not the easiest person to please. Love to hear I’m actually gonna come back next week and stay here again.
