The room was very clean, especially the bathroom! The shower had great water pressure and the bed was comfortable, and the fridge worked great They are pet friendly, but without an area to walk your dogs. However there is a beautiful park maybe 3 blocks away. The staff were very nice, too! My only complaint would be the lack of lighting in the parking lot.

The room was clean and the service was exemplary. We arrived 3 hours before check in and after a 17 hour drive we were allowed by management to occupy one of the rooms that were available. Very compassionate and caring staff.

The towels were stained, the shower curtain was stained and was too short, it touched the top of the tub so water got all over the floor. The door was lopsided, you could see the light on side of door at door jam.

We arrived after 11pm. Upon checking in we were given a room with a leaky toilet and moldy carpet. I killed a giant roach 30 minutes in. The floor was very dirty. The fixtures were broken, and the a/c was very loud. The following morning we asked for a new room. They kindly obliged. The new room was also dirty with broken fixtures. There were drug addicts wandering the parking lot at night and in early in the morning. We spend a lot of time on the road and are very travel savvy and protected. If you are not that kind of traveler please find somewhere more safe to stay. The staff here is ok but this place isn't for the picky or faint of heart. It's a place to sleep and nothing more, if you even can do that beyond the noise from the highway directly outside your door.

I’ve stayed here once before and have had no problem. I wouldn’t recommend this place first off the check in this time. She ran my card three times and it declined. I don’t know why I went to dinner and it worked just fine and then the room had three beds instead of two and the bathroom had a towel laying over the shower rack that somebody had released in the tub was filthy. Won’t be coming back here again.

The tile floors had sticky spot and something else on it when we checked in, stayed 5 days and those spots were there when we left. They never mopped before or during our stay. We got one plastic cup in the room when we checked in. No more after that. Towels could have used some bleach.

We've stayed here in the past, not bad, this time, I took my own sheets, blankets and towels! Outlets didn't work, towel bar was hanging out of wall, bathroom sink faucet leaked, mattresses aren't comfortable! Towels were dirty! Table was broken in 1/2!

I was appreciative they honored my request to see that the bathroom (commode, tub, floor, the entire bathroom needed to be spotless before i'd agree to use it. This issues i had were our tv didn't function the first night at all (it was salt and pepper). So we had no tv the first night. The sink was awful and needed replacing. It had a big corroded whole in its drain section. There was no one answering the bell to help withe the tv, and mic as the ofdice was closed. We weren't able to use the the microwave after coming in late from a funeral with food we purchased an hour prior 55miles way after a funeral. For these reaaons we felt the rate of almost $100/night was excessive. The room online appeared much larger than in person. The cleaning staff people were absolutely wonderful.

The rooms are extra small and the bed was extra hard. The TV system was great; the supplies were adequate. The room was clean enough. The condition of the repainting and restoration was sloppy; e.g. overpainting on tile edges, poor wall restoration. For what we paid ($176), it wasn't worth it. We are used to much better facilities for this kind of price.

Only construction workers would stay there. It was old, the doors were hard to close. The walls were cracked and peeling. The bed was comfortable and it was the cheapest game in town. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The room was comfortable. The air conditioner was easy to turn on and it quickly cooled the room. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well stocked and the refrigerator kept our drinks cold. When there was a problem with the TV remote, the manager cheerfully and promptly corrected the issue so my friend and I could enjoy television.

I read all the reviews before booking and quite honestly, I am stunned. The Plaza Travel Inn is a very old, run down hotel in need of many repairs. I don’t know how it is granted a two star rating…it should be a one star hotel at best. You are given an actual metal key to open your door… my door lock was very old, the door was thin and old…and the lock could have easily been broken into or busted off, as it was loose. I did not feel safe during my stay. The hotel is very close to the highway and the traffic noise is loud. There are no amenities to speak of. I had to buy ice at the gas station next door…(again a metal key to undo the padlock on the ice freezer). There is one staff member that checks you into the hotel. He was courteous… but I disagree that I was in a safe place for the night. The bed was very old and squeeky, the bathroom is tiny, toilet hard to flush, shower scalding hot…but the AC did work. Parking spots are tiny and it was difficult to get a spot in front of my room so that I could keep an eye on my car throughout the night. I was uncomfortable for my one night stay and was thankful that nothing happened to me. I do not recommend this hotel.

We think we left something in the room and I’ve called all day to talk to someone and they never answered and no answering machine. There was evidently a leak in the bathroom as the floor grout stayed wet. Don’t think the room was worth what we paid. TV channels were nil to none.
