Booked a “Business Twin Room” a year in advance for three nights. Received a prison cell with no windows and no air con. To be fair we knew the hotel had no air con. But the temp was high 30s so the so called room became a slow cooker. This room and the others in the outbuildings are not fit for human habitation and should be condemned. When we complained we were treated as an inconvenience. No lunchtime food was available and the breakfast at 15euro was little more than a hard boiled egg. Water was scarce as there are few staff available. The room had cobwebs and ants running along my toothbrush when I got back. The rooms in the main building are to be fair acceptable but they should be the only rooms used and the hotel is no more than a two star. The outside farm buildings need to be demolished and not used to house humans. We could not move rooms as they said the “hotel” was full. Avoid this place like the plague.
