The rooms were super clean, staff was very friendly, and access to the motel was great. Close to Branson Theater District, but no so close traffic is annoying. however long term residents werent the nicest. One was great the rest gave weird vibes. If there is assigned parking spots for long term residents there should be signs, and there are not and I watch a guy with white hair slam paper on my back windshield and nearly break my wiper off. Probably something new management will have to figure out Aside from long term residents the place is GREAT!!! Pool does not work, that was a bummer. They offered mini/dorm room fridge and microwave. No breakfast available, but it is known when you make reservations. Having the fridge and microwave made being abke to bring our own breakfast a great idea. We had cereal, milk, muffins, and more for breakfast. The water pressure and hot water are great. Beds are comfortable and clean. I would suggest bringing your own pillows. Space is great. I will say areas for walking dogs is limited. We walked ours in the back by the woods. Dog ended up with 6 tics. So while it is pet friendly areas for dogs to use the bathroom aren't great. On first arrival check in great, room was clean but ac wasn’t on and one bed had urine stain on sheets. Called the front desk, sent housekeeping right then and fixed the problem. Towels okay, did have plenty of hot water. Beds comfortable, but pillows were very small and not so great. Coffee pot and coffee in room. No iron or ironing board. Small working refrigerator and microwave provided. Hair dryer provided. No black out curtains so room wasn’t dark. Cameras around property. No water in swimming pool. Area was well lit at night. Man checking in and out was very polite and helpful.

Not sure why this motel has such a good rating. The room was not well made up. The toilet had urine on the seat fasteners, that had to be tightened down to be useable. The floors made the bottom of my feet black, and the fridge needed to be sanitized. There was a pool that was empty and that was probably okay, due to the cleanliness of the room. The booking information said that the fee for pets (plural)was $20 a day. We were charged $25 per pet. We rebooked and extended the stay due convience and the morning I checked back in the room I walked to the office well before the stated 11am check out time. The office was closed,and I had to call the manager. He didn't get to the office until almost noon,then banged on my door like I was trying to get one over in him. Then he scolded me for rebooking the room using hotels.com. The rate at the property was more expensive than the rate from hotels.com. Of course, I am going to rebook online, I am on a budget and need to be mindful of the money I spend. The manager was pleasant to my boyfriend when they had any interactions with each other,yet he treated me a whole lot different. I don't know why in the 21st century that happens anymore.I was charged an early check-in fee, to stay in the same room. I would absolutely not stay here again.

Close proximity to the attractions we were interested in. Pool is closed. Called to extend stay, was booked another room instead then was called and told I was the one that did something wrong in calling to extend stay. I won't stay here again, but it is reasonably priced.

Room was dirty, towels were dirty, door barely closed properly and didn’t have a dead bolt or a secondary lock of any kind. Beds were very uncomfortable and furniture was in bad condition.

Location was great for accessing everything Branson. Good accommodations for a place to sleep. Questionable cleanliness in bathroom and lavatory area. Our 2 rooms were together and desk manager was friendly and helpful. 2 night stay - no access by cleaning staff to pull trash or replace used towels.

This was a very excellent motel for the money. The property was clean and in good condition. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room had a mini fridge and microwave which was a great amenity. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely visit again.

Hotel was run in the very cheapest way possible. Wafer thin bar of soap, key card reader on door worked only sporadically. Old fiberglass tub and stained grout walls in shower were very uninviting. TV remote was broken and small TV was difficult to see from the bed. But the bed was comfortable and the price was cheaper than other hotels nearby. I do not recommend.

My girlfriend and I only stayed for a day, but it was great! The fridge and microwave are an addition I like to see that I don't see at many cheaper hotels. The room did not, however, come with shampoo. They also use wall-mounted air conditioners that take a second to heat up or cool down the room, but they do the job. Overall I enjoyed my stay a lot!

The room was nice and the people were nice but the AC in my room would not get cold I could not sleep and I would take a shower just to cool down then seconds later be very hot I was miserable and tired

Clean comfortable beds. Only thing was says breakfast but there was no breakfast but new owners so it might be just not up and going yet. Left our phones there but we called and he is sending them to us. Will stay again

Charged fees for service animal - ADA states that is Illegal. Never ever been charged fees anywhere before. Even locked us out of the room because he stated he forgot to charge for the cleaning fee for service animal. He could have called our room or my cell phone and let me know. How unprofessional and very uncalled for. I did call police department told me they did not ever hear of charging cleaning fees for service animals. I will get in touch with ADA and reprt this issue to them.

On first arrival check in great, room was clean but ac wasn’t on and one bed had urine stain on sheets. Called the front desk, sent housekeeping right then and fixed the problem. Towels okay, did have plenty of hot water. Beds comfortable, but pillows were very small and not so great. Coffee pot and coffee in room. No iron or ironing board. Small working refrigerator and microwave provided. Hair dryer provided. No black out curtains so room wasn’t dark. Cameras around property. No water in swimming pool. Area was well lit at night. Man checking in and out was very polite and helpful.

Not sure why this motel has such a good rating. The room was not well made up. The toilet had urine on the seat fasteners, that had to be tightened down to be useable. The floors made the bottom of my feet black, and the fridge needed to be sanitized. There was a pool that was empty and that was probably okay, due to the cleanliness of the room. The booking information said that the fee for pets (plural)was $20 a day. We were charged $25 per pet. We rebooked and extended the stay due convience and the morning I checked back in the room I walked to the office well before the stated 11am check out time. The office was closed,and I had to call the manager. He didn't get to the office until almost noon,then banged on my door like I was trying to get one over in him. Then he scolded me for rebooking the room using hotels.com. The rate at the property was more expensive than the rate from hotels.com. Of course, I am going to rebook online, I am on a budget and need to be mindful of the money I spend. The manager was pleasant to my boyfriend when they had any interactions with each other,yet he treated me a whole lot different. I don't know why in the 21st century that happens anymore.I was charged an early check-in fee, to stay in the same room. I would absolutely not stay here again.

The rooms were super clean, staff was very friendly, and access to the motel was great. Close to Branson Theater District, but no so close traffic is annoying. however long term residents werent the nicest. One was great the rest gave weird vibes. If there is assigned parking spots for long term residents there should be signs, and there are not and I watch a guy with white hair slam paper on my back windshield and nearly break my wiper off. Probably something new management will have to figure out Aside from long term residents the place is GREAT!!! Pool does not work, that was a bummer. They offered mini/dorm room fridge and microwave. No breakfast available, but it is known when you make reservations. Having the fridge and microwave made being abke to bring our own breakfast a great idea. We had cereal, milk, muffins, and more for breakfast. The water pressure and hot water are great. Beds are comfortable and clean. I would suggest bringing your own pillows. Space is great. I will say areas for walking dogs is limited. We walked ours in the back by the woods. Dog ended up with 6 tics. So while it is pet friendly areas for dogs to use the bathroom aren't great. Staff was phenomenal!!! Chris was very nice and welcoming. They have wash machines, vending machines, and ice machines on site.

The hotel is under new management and they are in the process of updating and renovating. My husband and I had a clean bed to sleep in, a cool room to be in, a hot shower to wake up to, and a tv to watch. The room served its purpose. The location is great! It will be much better once the updates are made.

For the price the property was not bad, but wasn't the cleanest. Bright lights outside your window make it hard for you to sleep with no curtains. Close proximity to the attractions we were interested in. Pool is closed. Called to extend stay, was booked another room instead then was called and told I was the one that did something wrong in calling to extend stay. I won't stay here again, but it is reasonably priced.

Location was great for accessing everything Branson. Good accommodations for a place to sleep. Questionable cleanliness in bathroom and lavatory area. Our 2 rooms were together and desk manager was friendly and helpful. 2 night stay - no access by cleaning staff to pull trash or replace used towels.

They're in the middle of a remodel so lots of construction. The pool was closed and the ac seemed to work, but never cooled the room. We actually wound up leaving; there was no way I could sleep there in the middle of a heat wave and no AC.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable air air-conditioning worked perfectly.. the only complaint I have with this motel is the pool was not open

When we booked online we were told the pool and free breakfast was available but upon arrival we were informed the pool and breakfast was not open.I understand that the new ownership has to maintain permits before that will be available. Besides that the staff and new owners were very nice and the beds were very comfortable. We will return and hopefully he will have everything open .
