This property was considerably convenient. It was basic at best. There was no in room safe, no security in elevators, and for a hotel next to the airport breakfast only opened at 6 AM. For anyone that comes in late and needs a clean, comfortable bed it fit the bill.

A late booking when connection cancelled. A 5 minute taxi from Departures ($25 minimum fare). Friendly and easy check-in and room access. Convenient grab and go food, 24/7 lobby, and complimentary coffee in the morning. Aside from noisy building, a good location for a lay over.

Very convenient. Nice food and service in restaurant. Nice little gym. Can borrow yoga mats at the front and use app for workout. Late checkout wasn’t an issue. Super comfy bed.

A great place to spend the night before or after a late or very early flight. Rooms are modern and comfortable and the location is great - a two minute to the Pearson airport people mover. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Slight demerits for a bit of wear and tear on bathroom cabinetry and towels that were a bit basic.

I had a brief interaction with staff and they were friendly. The property shows signs of wear and tear but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Bathroom doors don’t have locks or doorknobs so it was uncomfortable for a family. No water, kettle or anything in the room. Because of its remote location the charge a massive premium for these things. We paid 17$ for three small bottles of water. The only reason to stay here is a one night stopover or next day flight and for that it is fine. Comfortable and clean, super close to the airport. Wouldn’t recommend for a long stay.

The room’s carpet was dirty, plastic price tag hangers were on the floor. And hairs in the shower. The bed was suppose to be a queen but seemed more like a double. Definitely not worth the price paid. The only reason I paid the price was because of convenience.

There were several noise disruptions from the surrounding area at around 2 a.m., but the staff accommodated a late checkout at no extra cost, which made my stay better. I was especially disappointed about this because I had asked for a quiet room prior to checking in so as not to be disturbed. As well there were shavings next to the bathroom sink tap that were not mine.

Very convenient to the airport. The rooms were clean and nicely designed. I found being in a corner room, it was quite cold. The temp controls couldn’t keep up, and the windows weren’t well insulated.

There is a window between the bathroom and the rest of the room. So when you are sharing the room with someone and they get up to use the bathroom at night, the light from the bathroom lights up the whole room and wakes you up. Also, the shower was either freezing cold or scalding hot. there did not seem to be a way to get it to a comfortable temperature. The restaurant on the property was great though, we really enjoyed it.

Charged twice for the same room in error and still waiting for refund after one week. When I phoned to express my concern Manager said charged in error but need to wait 5-10 days for refund. No apology by Manager and aggressive in his response which was unacceptable!

Easy to get there from airport on link train, bit of a walk from station in good weather no issue but if rain or snow you would get very wet. They should cover the walkway. We ordered pizza but weren't impressed. Overall staff friendly, good service and room was good! Nice atmosphere there and modern.

This was perfectly fine for a rest before catching a very early morning flight. We were however disappointed with the food at the restaurant downstairs. Service was good but the food was very underwhelming and I was concerned that the meat on the Hawian pizza may have been spoiled. Peach salad looked great but lacked flavour.. Overall a positive experience.

I booked one night after arriving late from a long flight. The hotel was easy to reach by the airport train, and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and cozy, and it had excellent Canadian hand soap, shampoo, and other toiletries. Breakfast was fresh and delicious — I ordered the fig sandwich and really enjoyed it.

The convenience of the hotel cannot be overstated. If you are going downtown, the free monorail comes next door every 4 minutes and the UP Express train is conveniently next to where the monorail drops you off.

This hotel is super convenient! Very highly recommend it. This will be my go to hotel when passing through YYZ. Train links it to the airport and can access downtown via UP express train. You can take your airport cart right to the hotel. Great great spot.
