Very friendly, helpful staff. Had the heater on ready for us! Lovely warm shower and cosy beds. Overall, the property is a bit aged and worn but I think for the price is quite reasonable. The kids really enjoyed the play equipment.

Walking to fast food outlets, and a 4 minute drive around the block to the main street of the town. Very clean and comfy cabin adjacent to the camp kitchen/bbq facilities.

The property has awesome facilities, the pool, playground etc are great for families. The cabin we stayed in not so great,the door was nearly impossible to lock, the shower kept going freezing cold every 30 secs to minute, double bed was so soft as to call it worn out as you sunk in it lol, and generally the cabin looked like it needed a good clean. Normally wouldn't complain much about these issues as we normally stay in more budget accommodation but paid more this trip in hope of a nice stop over for our kids.

We had a quick stay on a road trip. We specifically picked it for the play ground, jumping pillow and pool for the kids. Check in was quick and easy, facilities were great. Cabin was a little run down but good price and value.

We had a 3 bedroom cabin, they are fairly new and we were impressed on price as well as space. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and well prepared, the bathroom was clean and the kitchen facilities were ample. We will be back to stay again!

Bed sheets did not look the cleanest. Couple of pillows (underneath the pillow cases) were badly stained. Some noise from trucks on the main road. Apart from that, all good. Good value for money.

Absolutely disgusting. Cabins have not been cleaned in a long time. We moved from the first one due to the disgusting state it was in. The second one wasn't much better. Dirt ingrained in to the floor. Black

Pool and kids area is great. Family motel rooms are good value. Our sheets were stained and the bathroom had mould. Not sure why we were charged an extra person fee for our fourth person (a 6yo) when the room is for 5pax.

The cabin was very run down, small and dirty. There was food and other items on the floor in the bedrooms, pieces of a shaver still in shower, food and debris in crockery cupboard. Indicating it isn’t cleaned between hires. Completely disappointed and disgusted.

We had to buy cleaning products to get rid of the dust/dirt on wardrobes, windows, TV, BBQ. We removed the extractor fan cover in the bathroom to clean the grime off it. The shower was mouldy. the outdoor furniture was very dirty as was the deck. Light fittings very dirty and full of cobwebs. sliding door tracks had not been properly cleaned for some time.

Customer service,check in I couldn't ask for any better it was easy and professional.😁. However the cabin we stayed in was absolutely disgusting the linen looked and smelt like it hadn't been changed in a very long time it smelt the way it looked upon stripping all bedding it got worse the mattresses were an utter disgrace 2 beds out of 6 were used and that was only because we needed a rest from travelling. The lounge could not be sat on unless we covered it as it stunk and was so dirty the covers we used were dirty from using them on the lounge. Bathroom covered in mould toilet still had urine in it the kitchen nothing could be used until it was scrubbed microwave was rusted. We had a late check in and for the 1st 2 hours of being there I had to scrub the place in bleach that still didn't do it much help just made it somewhat stay able for the 12 hrs we acquired it for. It's sad that I have to add this to review as the lady I dealt with in regards to the accommodation was an absolute pleasure and would have gone back just for her unfortunately though the accommodation "cabin" was an absolute turn off. 😞

Excellent room. Spacious Very clean Lots of utensils Wifi reception poor as needed to go outside and walk 200 m to get signal. I had a work project to finish so it was difficult with no wifi reception in the room.

We stayed at a quad studio cabin. Although the cabin was small (as expected), the price was good for an overnight stay, however, the bunk beds were very small, and definitely not a standard single size beds (slightly too short for my tall 12 year old boy to fit). Bed doona's and couch felt a bit dusty, but otherwise all else was clean to a good standard. Great communication and helpful staff were happy to assist with a cable to charge our EV onsite, however, designated EV charging bays would be helpful as charging bays were blocked by other cars parking at the motel for the night and the access was blocked. Our kids enjoyed the trampolines and jumping pillows and park atmosphere was good. It was a comfortable overnight stay.

Our 2 room cabin had a broken sliding door, broken bedside lights, broken bathroom tiles, a bathroom door repaired with a board across a presumed hole, dripping kitchen tap. It was clean, which is the best I can say.

Booked for a one night stay only, so it met our needs. Comfy bed, kitchen & bathroom needs adequately met. Check in was well organised with no delays and with a map clearly showing the location of our cabin.

Close to an event I was attending and felt secure with fences and code access security gate overnight. Had an issue with a shower tap but was fixed straight away. Good clean room and excellent service. Very good value for money

We got the 3 bedroom cabin, first impression was excellent, easy to find and excellent service, they had issues with cleaner on the day, which was rectified prompty and even a goody pack was given for the issue. Could not fault the friendliness and helpful staff, best service i have recieved for a long time

Arrived at this property and told that my booking through Expedia had not gone through because of a number problem or lack of funds. I supposedly paid Expedia via a debit card which has more than enough available. This resulting in my paying the property direct in order to consolidate my booking with the same card used with Expedia.Having done that, I was advised that my NRMA discount was disallowed because I booked through you. I was also told that I would be better off booking with them direct. My supposed booking with you contained an NRMA Discount. How would I be better off when the park declined to provide a discount as above. All in all, a pathetic experience.

Great new cabin we stayed in. Large and comfortable with an EV charger in the parking space (that my petrol car didn’t need but nice to know my next car is catered for here). Being in town means short trip to shops, dining, cafes etc but also a bit of traffic noise. Great facilities for kids!

Great new cabin we stayed in. Large and comfortable with an EV charger in the parking space (that my petrol car didn’t need but nice to know my next car is catered for here). Being in town means short trip to shops, dining, cafes etc but also a bit of traffic noise. Great facilities for kids!

We were greeted by lovely reception. We stayed in older cabin studio. The bed were not comfortable. Towels are stained. The aircon was above bed and leaked making bed wet. Location was good, close to shops, zoo and plenty of restaurants across the road. Small kitchenette comes handy.

This was my second stay here, this time just a single night in a 3 bedroom cabin, that was a great deal for the price. Bedrooms were on the smaller side, as was the bathroom, but the beds were comfortable. Even though the cabin backed onto a major road, there was minimal noise. Handy location for food with a really good Thai just across the road, as well as other options.

Clean environment, fun kids activities, close to city centre. Cabin smelt horribly of bad, old frying oil. Really stuggled to stay in it.

Stayed in a 5 pax cabin. Well fit out and comfy couch. Overall very pleasant. The only thing would be leaving a cupboard empty in the kitchen to store food. We really enjoyed our stay

We were less than happy with our stay at your park. We had previously stayed with you 12months ago and found it satisfactory, so consequently rebooked for this year, with a vastly different experience. The studio cabin (69) was very run down and poorly maintained. Furniture was shabby and of low standard e.g. cracked paint on walls and chairs, mould and rust on shower rail. Luckily, there were only two of us as, despite being graded for 4, only two chairs were provided. The double bed had one very thin blanket with the only extra blankets being those on bunk beds - would have been chilly if 4 people were staying. On top of this, when we went to have a shower, there was no hot water in either shower or bathroom basin (kitchen sink was fine)! After repeated attempts, we finally achieved a hot shower after 45 minutes of trying. We had booked to stay at your park again on our return trip but, as a result of our experience, cancelled the booking and booked elsewhere. At $177 per night the cabin at this standard is very overpriced. Sheryl & Garth Cootes

Online, 3 bedroom unit looks amazing, but reality was quite different. The property is not well maintained. Tiles in the shower are broken and are moving. Mold in the grout. Some towels were dirty with marks. Sofa had dirty stains all over. The whole unit felt dirty. We will not book NRMA Dabbo again.
