Very clean. Mr Stanic was VERY responsive. Met us to check us in and out.The apartment is near a bakery and the store is about 100 meters away.Old town Split is about a 10 minute brisk walk away.WiFi worked great and free parking nearby.The apartment had everything needed for even a longer stay- washer, drying rack, laundry soap. This apartment worked well for my daughter and me for the days we were in Split!Thank you!

Our stay in Split was unforgettable and Tonci is an amazing host. We were close to beaches and old town. Tonci’s home was a perfect spot to relax after a long day! Hvala Tonci, bilo je Super!

Great Location. This was our first time in Split and Croatia. We were not disappointed. This apartment is cozy and so central to everything we planned. I would highly recommend Tonci's place to stay. The grocery store was so close and the beach was 15-20 walk away. Everything you need is close by. Karen & Mark - New Brunswick, Canada.

Stanic is a good base for exploring Split, without being in the hussle and bustle of town. About 15 mins walk to old town and beach (with a dogey knee). Found the place spotless and everything we needed. The host, Tonci welcomed us to the apartment and was available for anything we needed during our stay.
