9 Bedroom Luxury Villa in Walled City

Bugs in the beds, dirty stained sheets w cigarette burn, showers barely worked, kitchen smelled horrible. I would not recommend this house. Would be a great house bc of its size and location but it needs ALOT of TLC.

Had a great time and stay. Juan and Jennifer were great host and made sure we were taken care of. We would stay again.

The only thing positive I can say about this property was the location. It was a short distance outside of the walled city, but surrounded with a great cultural experience. We were greeted by the property manager promptly, however, the house did not have power for 2-3 hours (outside of their control). When the power finally came on, there were several rooms that did not have proper AC. Repair men were called which took a couple days to fix since they had to buy new units. Leaks from sinks, tilted shower glasses, spotty wifi, and moldy smells were some of the issues that we encountered during the stay. We had a repair done almost each of the 5 days of our stay. After complaints of the wifi again on the last day (needed for flight checkin), we were transferred to one of their bigger houses which didn't have hot water. Although the new house was a day and night comparison, it was a slap in the face as we were transferred there for the last night of our stay. I would not stay at this location again.
