Happy with our 5 night stay here. The room had everything we needed, however a mini fridge would be handy. Two balconies and a huge bathroom. Staff were helpful with an iron and ironing board to borrow. Great location between two metro stations. Vending machine in lobby can be temperamental.

Kept my luggage for me all day checkout day no probs. Also asked did I need anything else for the kids at breakfast. Very nice and great location 20 mins walk to the Eiffel tower and 2 minutes from the metro.

Very nice hotel. Not happy that safe was not usuable. Tourists need a safe to put away valuables. Not ok to say oh we will fix it in a week. Thats means nothing to tourists that are there couple of days.

Hotel con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, noi abbiamo pernottato nella tripla all'ultimo piano dotata di una discreta terrazza con due tavolini. La stanza ed il bagno sono ampi e la pulizia è ottima. Il quartiere è abbastanza tranquillo, a breve distanza ci sono due fermate del metro (Zola e La Motte), che permettono di raggiungere agevolmente qualunque angolo della città. Per noi esperienza più che positiva.

I chose this hotel because of the idea of a balcony overlooking a part of the city. It felt very Parisian. Um...none of the photos do it justice, because you can see part of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony!!! I literally squealed like a little child when I walked out onto that balcony! Watching the twinkling every night from the comfort of our own balcony, or having a cup of coffee there in the mornings was my idea of heaven! The room itself was very comfortable and spacious for three of us. My kid loved the little alcove and their own balcony access. The wet bathroom thing is weird, but I understand why you would do it in a hotel. The hotel is adorable, the area around it is lovely and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Veldig bra opphold og god service fra personalet. Kunne bodd her igjen, men vær forberedt på at det er ganske lytt så du hører naboene godt. Savnet et kjøleskap på rommet, men ellers var alt god standard. Veldig renslig.

Reiste sammen med datteren min på 15 år og vi var svært fornøyde med hotellet! Beliggenhet, personale og renhold var veldig bra og vi kommer gjerne igjen. Vi hadde sent fly hjem avreisedag og det var ingen problem å få oppbevare bagasje mens vi utforsket enda litt mer av byen før hjemreisen. Glemte igjen visa-kortet i spisesalen og fikk epost om at hotellet kunne sende det til meg om jeg ønsket det. Et utrolig hyggelig sted, vi kommer gjerne hit igjen ved neste anledning.

Great location within walking of Eiffel Tower and 2 metro stops. Clean and spacious room and we had a balcony. Perfect for our trip. We even could see top of Eiffel Tower from the balcony.

Lovely and clean, great location and not far to walk to many tourist attractions. Friendly staff. Didnt see the point in a tray with Kettle, cups, tea coffee and no milk. Despite numerous emails to the reception, the best i was offered was milk from the breakfast room, 5 floors below, which isn't very practical when you wake at 7 and want a coffee in bed. Whitener sachets or coffee with whitener sachets would solve this very easily. Nothing was used on ours or our friends trays because of the no milk situation. Must save them a lot on replenishing.

Our room was the smallest I've ever stayed in at a hotel. The door almost touched the bed when opened and there was not much floor space to accommodate 3 pieces of luggage, in fact we used one as a table for the other piece of luggage. We opened our luggage and balanced on another piece and a small corner desk. Other than the size of the room the bed was fine. The bathroom looked great, but smelled of mildew and mold. We had to keep the door shut and the window open to stay in this room and would have left if we were staying more than 1 night. The door to the bathroom would not shut completely due to water damage and swelling at the bottom. Someone has definitely tiled over previous water damage, looks great but smells awful.

The hotel is in a great location. We're were here in November but had it been better weather we would have enjoyed our suite better with the balcony! Lots of room.for me and 2 children. Beds comfortable, quiet, clean, roomy etc! Highly recommend. Thank you!

There was no AC as advertised on website. The hotel felt like dorm rooms. The room was so small we couldn’t fit our luggage in it. I would never stay there again or recommend anyone to stay there.

My family of three enjoyed our stay here for 4 nights and recommend it. Pros: Good location with walkable neighborhood. Bakeries, restaurants, stores and multiple close Metro stations. Even walkable to Eiffel Tower day and night. Nice staff with advice and good continental breakfast Appreciate shuffle service from airport and to train station (for fee). Clean room. It is small for 3 people to move around but works and felt very clean everyday. Only slight downside is there is a bar on the backside of building that can get a little loud in at night but not to over the top.

Renovated room but it is extremely small[room 11], it cause claustrophobia. You can barely walk. The bathroom was new. Location is very good, just 150 meters from La Motte Piche Grennell metro station. Lot of Cafes, shopping and restaurants nearby. Just 20 minutes walk from Eiffel Tower. In my opinion, too expensive for what it is, but we just were there for sleeping after 12 hours visiting Paris and other towns.

The breakfast was a really great value for the price. The hotel was well situated amongst shops and restaurants. The bathroom was disappointingly small, especially the sink…if you turn the faucet on full, the water will come over the front of the sink. We asked for a 5am wake up call on our check-out morning but it never happened.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, a 1,5 calles hay 2 estaciones del metro, cerca de restaurantes y tiendas de abarrotes, farmacia y algunas tiendas de ropa. A 15 mins caminando de la Torre Eiffel. La habitación muy cómoda, con todo lo necesario, minisplit regulable y ventana. Sin duda volvería a seleccionarlo. Además el personal muy amable!

We had a great stay here! We loved the area. It's in the middle of beautiful shops, wonderful cafes, and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Our room also had A/C!!! Loved it.

Convenience of location and helpful staff. Station is a 3 minute walk and 2 stops from the Eiffel Tower. The station has 2 lines and will take you anywhere you need to go. I highly recommend this hotel.

- it’s a small but comfortable- probably most hotel in that area are probably similar if you don’t want to pay a lot - Definitely a boutique hotel - needs a few small repairs - a small hole in the wall where we were staying not a big deal - the petit dejeuner is kinda of meh - but some many cafe around don’t sweat it -

Es un hotel muy sencillo, sirvió para lo que se necesitó, y párale de contar. El desayuno de este hotel fue el que menos opciones tenía (solo había pan para sándwich, embutidos y quesos, pan dulce, fruta, jugo y café); tal vez para gente que no desayuna mucho es suficiente, pero nosotros siendo mexicanos, lo sentimos con poquitas opciones. Pero lo que nos gustó mucho es la cercanía a muchos lugares de comida, sobre todo una cadena de tiendas que se llama Monoprix (maravilloso tienda, venden de todo! Ropa, comida preparada, etc..) Nos gustó mucho la zona porque se sentía muy segura 😀
