The staff provided excellent services. They were polite, welcoming, and always ready to assist. I gave 3 stars because there are no fridge and microwave, no breakfast option, and the AC wasn’t cold.

The rooms are spartan but I knew that before making my reservation. Elevators are a big plus compared to places with stairways only.

Has a bed, safe and bathroom. Lacks fridge and microwave. Don’t take the taxis below they will rip you off download grab app. It’s good if just need a bed and shower.

Interesting concept of chatting with the reception through the app. Would be perfect if there would be at least super-mini fridge in the room

Reception staff super good. Very polite and helpful. They greeted us loudly anytime we pass by. Good value for money. Only downside is no drinking water provided in the room. Also no kettle to heat water inside room.

A 4 night break after my partner had a mbike accident. Comfy room, sports bar/restro attached with good food, short distance to shops cafe. Aircon a bit noisy, no fridge, no hot water but lukewarm. The staff are friendly and helpful. Free drinking water in lobby. Daily linen if required. TV had a gd number of channels but sound poor and no subtitles.

If you really need to wifi This is not the place you want to stay extreme POOR network. Wifi not stable in your room and common area. Housekeeper need to check shiwer gel. Upon checkin i can't shower cos shiwer gel container empty. Thusnis my third time encounter tjis issue Property management need to check too.

Good overall...but wifi only worked half the time

Good large shower cubicle, and bathroom with gel dispensors. Large bed for tall ppl, not much space for luggage. Wall mounted hairdryer. Two bedside tables, two sockets, fold down wall table. No fridge, kettle. Free drinking cold water in lobby. Clean friendly place with lots happening within walking distance. Reccommended.

The place was dirty. The bed sheets were stained. The two nights I stayed there, I developed a rash all over my body making it impossible to sleep. Highly recommend not booking here

I stayed for 3days and no cleaner cleaned my room,there’s a noisy bar down with poor drunked philipinos that misbehave fighting

繁華街に近く徒歩圏内にコンビニ、レストランがとても豊富です。ゴーゴーバーなど夜遊びも徒歩圏内にあります。私は1泊だったので我慢できましたが部屋がとてもカビ臭かったのが残念です。

Appreciate help of frontdesk to transfer me to a lesser noise room (first room was beside a construction site). Towels are not that appealing cause its somewhat dirty-looking white

Towel and bedsheet are extreme dirty grey in colour onstead of white towel & bedsheet. During my 4 days stay i use my own towel.

設備は古く、カビ臭いです。 立地は夜遊びに向いています。寝るだけなら良いと思います。

Good location and friendly staff, room a little small but ok

There a two nightclubs next to the hotel and open 7 days a week. Closed for 1 day during Good Friday. The music starts at 9pm-3am and super loud. The hotel building vibrates and having a tough time sleeping. I requested to be moved to the other side. It helped a little bit but the music is still super loud. Also, I didn't know I was at the Red Light District!! :-/

Good location. Small rooms but good quality bed and bathroom. Clean and well maintained. WiFi is normally good. Stayed here many times and will be back.

場所は便利だが、繁華街の真ん中にあるため夜は重低音でうるさくて部屋が震えていた。 下のスポーツバーなどにも人が集まり週末はずっと騒がしかったのが残念。 あと、部屋に何もないです。 水も一階で自分で汲んでいくタイプです。 ホテルは寝るだけで良かったのでその点は良いのですが、寝るだけでだったのホテルだったのに騒がしかったのが残念でした。

Great option for the price I was able to get. However keep in mind that windows are always locked and you never have fresh air in the rooms. Also the rooms are big enough only for one person, if traveling with another party take two rooms. Also no refrigerator in the room since there is no space for one. The location is great, next to the walking street and close to BGC.

Staff are friendly and helpful, and room A/C works great, only a wall rattler so a little noisey. Night time it is close to entertainment area of makati. Few food options around hotel. Room shower had a blocked drain so shower would overflow into bathroom.rooms are small but come at a cheap cost per night. Rooms have a safe in them. Elevators works good which is good.

I’ve stayed in different Red Planet, always the feeling of being clean and friendly staff.

All rooms are the same size, no trash cans, no shampoo or conditioner, or toothbrush... nothing provided....not even a telephone, very slow check out,

Great place to stay. Shops, restaurants, nightlife all close by. Sports Bar right next door, serves food all night long. The staff is friendly and helpful in every aspect.

The best thing about the Red Planet, Hotel was the staff. They were courteous, understanding, extremely helpful, and they made me feel welcome. I would like to single out Saudi, as she went above and beyond what was expected of her to make my stay memorable. I would definitely stay here when I return to Manila

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is flying solo and wants a safe / comfortable place to stay. The staff were amazing and super friendly. The location is right downtown and I found it very easy to get around. Highly recommended and would stay here agin

I’ve stayed here many times prior and had no issues. I booked one stay on the wrong date and spoke with staff while attempting to check in. She advise it was the wrong date and said if contacted the third party they would be willing to allow the refund. After attempting to get a refund, they advised the third party that they will not refund me. This is after I already spoke with the front desk manager at the time. I’ve stayed here many many times before with no issues. This one incident left a really bad experience with me and I will never stay here again. They just want your money and have no care for customer service whatsoever. Their customer service is absolutely careless. Go somewhere and book where you as a customer, are treated fairly.

Nice for a young pack packer. Room small and efficient. Good for the price. Neighborhood ok. Walking distance to the mall. Block of hotel- not great. A little sketchy.

If you want to party then you’ll like it here. If your a Passport bro you’ll like it here😅! The near by bars play loud music until 0400. The area is very dirty and a lot of homeless people and prostitution surrounding the hotel. There are a lot of places in walking distance to eat and a Starbucks across the street. The worst is being followed by homeless demanding money. Now for the hotel, it doesn’t have any roaches inside that I saw, but a few outside the hotel. They have bell men who help with getting your bag from the car and always open the doors for you with a warm welcome and goodbye. Check in you’ll have to sign a waiver that you won’t ruin the bedding, but look at it when you get in; mine already had holes which they tried to charge me for. AC in room is EXTREMELY loud but works so I wasn’t going to complain. Pick your battles! Haha! If your reservation accommodates more than two you will still need to pay for extra towels and pay to have them washed daily. The toilet paper is very thin and the bidet isn’t anything but a hose coming from the toilet. The shower is nice, but it doesn’t have a door so water gets everywhere(don’t put the floor towel down until after shower). If you want your room cleaned make sure to put the sign on the door the night before or your room won’t be cleaned. Beds are nice not too firm and not too soft. We stayed for five days and would book again.

Hotel is okay rooms are small and lack some expected facilities. Area is slightly edgy with groups of people hanging around. But the staff are fantastic

Property location is surrounded by restaurants, spas and shopping centers. Century city shopping center is about a 10 minute walk. Glorietta, Landmark and Greenbelt is about a 30 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride depending on traffic.

Good 24 hour restaurant downstairs. Clean room. Walkable to restaurants and shopping centers. Easy to get taxi or grab

Don’t eat at the Australian bar at this location. I got food poisoning. There’s an African criminal gang hanging out at this bar all night seven days a week. Very unclean sanitary conditions in the kitchen. Maybe there cook was not washing his hands. But just don’t eat at this Australian sports bar downstairs
