La camera era ampia, aveva una bella vista ed era arredata con gusto finissimo e fornita di ogni accessorio che potesse essere utile. La climatizzazione era silenziosissima ed efficiente; il letto ampio e comodissimo. Il personale era gentile e discreto e parlava bene inglese. Il complesso forniva molte opportunita' di svago (spa, fitness...) di cui per ragioni di tempo non ho usufruito.
La camera era ampia, aveva una bella vista ed era arredata con gusto finissimo e fornita di ogni accessorio che potesse essere utile. La climatizzazione era silenziosissima ed efficiente; il letto ampio e comodissimo. Il personale era gentile e discreto e parlava bene inglese. Il complesso forniva molte opportunita' di svago (spa, fitness...) di cui per ragioni di tempo non ho usufruito.

Disappointing for a 5 star hotel. While the pool had amazing views, there were no toilets or changing rooms on the roof - you had to go down the lift and use your key to tap in. No drink service, only a vending machine ! Not the standard I am used to for a 5 star in Hong Kong. The room was vokbut my sea view (partial only) was the road with travel buses (fumes) and bright lights from the park which was not scenic. I only had 2 flat pillows on my king size bed again not the standard I would expect. Luckily I was on my own so used both of them. The restaurant was open to the public but joined the hotel, this was fine for a sports bar. There was a discount of 10% for guests. Didn't like the dogs walking around on the G/F or the barking in the resturant back room. Not sure I would recommend this ?

Stayed in the Grand Sea View Balcony room. To start with, their server/system was down, waited 50 minutes to get the room key. Although I saw the staff doing what they could, just wasn't a good start to what was supposedly a relaxing getaway. Heard other guests saying it wasn't the first time while waiting in line for the second time to ask about the delay. Not much idea what was in the hotel as was never introduced to what was offered - had to walk around and find out what was what by myself. There are 3 towers, I stayed on the second floor of Sea Tower, right below the rooftop pool. Not very peaceful and tranquil, was able to hear kids running on the pool deck from time to time. And the room being near the elevators definitely did not help... Seaview... PARTIALLY... although paid premium, I would say the 'seaview' was less than spectacular. The way the hotel is designed, each room gets a 45 degree view of the sea and 45 degree view of other hotel rooms (no matter what price you pay). My view from second floor (top floor) was half hotel room, and the other half of my 'seaview' was blocked by the top of their wedding chapel 😭. First and last time with WM Hotels in Sai Kung.

Huge hotel, east to get lost! Big rooms with lots of space and nicely decorated.grear gym, pool located above it which is hard to find, almost like they don't want you to use it. Great location and area. Would stay again.
