We’ve been coming to HHI for years and usually stay in a condo, but our family is growing so we rented a house this year. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and loved the pool! We had everything we needed to enjoy our week.One note - it would’ve been nice if there had been a few beach chairs/items that we could use.

Shipyard location on the island is a must! Spacious lot in peaceful neighborhood. Plenty of shade. House is roomy and comfortable for a family. Very nice master suite. Living area could use some updating and decor. Lots of cords from the TV dangling across the wall not shown in listing pic. Upper windows in living area dirty with cobwebs. Upon arrival, pool toys and rafts were strewn all over in the pool and yard. Dirty paper plates on the ground by the grill. We would have liked to use the grill but it was filthy. We could not get the outside spa to work. It would have been nice to have side table with lamps in all the bedrooms. It was very hot all week and having a pool was wonderful to cool off in. Overall, 4 stars.

This property was perfect for our two families with a wide range of kids. The pool and hot tub were amazing on the rainy days. The kitchen is well-stocked and beds are extremely comfortable. We would recommend this property and property management company as they are extremely welcoming and responsive.

Stayed for a week over Easter break. Beautiful, up to date house, with nice amenities and location. Rental company was excellent to work with.
