Probably the worst bed I’ve slept in anywhere. Hard as a cracker. Heat pump/A/C didn’t work. Too loud with windows open. Unfortunate choice. Pros: very walkable

Pedimos um quarto com vista para o mosteiro dos Jerônimos e fomos atendidas! Minha mãe amou o espaço do quarto e da casa de banho. Para ela que tem 70 anos o elevador foi um ponto muito importante. A localização é excelente e tivemos ótimos restaurantes em frente ao hotel. 10 de 10!

Perfekt läge i Belem eftersom konfenesen jag deltog i låg mindre än fem minuters promenad från hotellet. Lite av en missräkning att det inte serverades frukost - men å andra sidan fanns det gott om caféer i närheten, inklusive legendariska Pasteis de Belem. Stort rum, bekväm säng & rymligt, väl fungerande badrum. AC nyttigt - trots att vi befann oss i april. Och gatan utanför med spårvagnarna störde inte min nattsömn. Personalen var vänlig och på alla vis hjälpsam. Obrigado!

The property was advertised as having a roof top bar plus having breakfast: neither was available. The WiFi was unstable as to be non existent. Location was not close to any sites of interest. The staff was EXTREMELY nice, helpful and pleasant, but still not enough to overcome the deficiencies of the property itself.

The hotel is very well located: a lot of restaurants nearby, but also well connected by public transportation (buses, trams, train, and ferry) The room we stayed at was very clean and had air-conditioning. It was quiet at night, so no problems with loud noises. If you're renting a car, there is parking nearby, but you can only stay there for up to 4 hours. We parked a little bit further, near the 'estação fluvial', because it was free and only a 5-10 min walk. We had a very good stay, would recommend!

We loved that it was centrally located to major attractions, shopping, and dining in the area. It was nice knowing there was 24-hour concierge and an elevator available. They were friendly and checking in and out was a breeze. The area felt safe. Wifi did not work consistently well but that's okay as we weren't hanging out in the room. The room was basic, clean, quiet, and comfortable for the value.

We loved that it was centrally located to major attractions, shopping, and dining in the area. It was nice knowing there was 24-hour concierge and an elevator available. They were friendly and checking in and out was a breeze. The area felt safe. Wifi did not work consistently well but that's okay as we weren't hanging out in the room. The room was basic, clean, quiet, and comfortable for the value.

All in all the property served its purpose if it’s just to shower and sleep. WiFi terrible so not great for my kids even though there was an WiFi extension above our room door! Can’t complain about the location but everything else is just standard.

Ich war für zwei Tage dort. In direkter Nähe gibt es mehrere Restaurants und Minimärkte. Bahn Haltestelle ist auch direkt vor der Tür. Mein Zimmer war nach hinten raus und ich habe vom Verkehr absolut nichts mitbekommen. Personal war sehr freundlich und sauber war es auch. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

The room was not clean enough. There were hairs on the bed. In the middle of the night the room was flooded through the air conditioner due to rain. I had to switch my room. Also I couldn't receive and invoice neither from hotel nor from hotels.com. Thanks to them, i can't be reimbursed. So if you are planning to stay there for official purposes, i don't recommend this plase.

unter der tagesdecke war es voller staub und dreck und wir wurden von ameisen befallen… sogar in den sauberen handtüchern gab es ameisen , ansonsten gute umgebung, sehr freundlicher service

Négatif: chambre petite, lit petit (140), joints moisis, peinture écaillée, et encore, je m'arrête là! Tarif prohébitif (114€) pour cela...Ca n'en vaut même pas la moitié! Positif: chambre libre à 10H pour une réservation à 16H.

Excellent location!! Saturdays and Sundays, there’s free parking diagonally across the street, but with “attendants” who will look after your car for a tip. Apparently, no tip = risk of having your car keyed.The double bed was too small for 2 people who are not big! Thank goodness there was an extra single bed. Towels were also on the small side. It would have been nice to have a garbage bin in the room as well as the bathroom. A mini-fridge would have been nice too.

It was like a dorm room . Very small Always hit our head on slopped ceiling . Not even a hook for towel in bathroom . Bed low . Not what expected, however… great location! 2 blocks from Belem tower . Loved the area and honestly would stay there again out of convenience but they could make nicer

The front desk service was excellent . They were always wollong to help. I had an issue with charging my phone and the friendly feont desk person helped by allowing me to charge the phone at the reception area. The area has great dining and beautiful parks and gardens.

Everything was fantastic. Stephan was kind and very helpful. The only thing i thought was odd was there wasnt actual garbage bags in the receptical or towel racks

Very disappointed on the advertisement of check out at noon and then they tell you: "oh is different on the summer and different on the weekend, you need to check out at 10: 00 am." And when I asked about the also offered amenities of luggage storage. The clerks limited to point at the sign where they are now part of other company and they charge you additional for that service. I tried to contact Expedia but they don't have an international customer service and SIM card only allowed calls on Spain at that point. That is called false advertisement on many other countries. I pay a price on Expedia that I discovered was above what they were charging to last minute customers too. It has already a very late check in time compared with other places 4:00 PM. The convenience of the location was killed by the shorting on the time you ca really stay at the hotel and the non courtesy of the employee. It was like even answering a question was a bother for him. So, you can find many other places with better desk service on the area as I found out walking that afternoon on Belem.

Centrally located by the Presidential Palace and Monasterio. Walking distance to Tower of Belém and monument of the Explorers. Lots of Parks and near the river Tagus.

The hotel is very well located: a lot of restaurants nearby, but also well connected by public transportation (buses, trams, train, and ferry) The room we stayed at was very clean and had air-conditioning. It was quiet at night, so no problems with loud noises. If you're renting a car, there is parking nearby, but you can only stay there for up to 4 hours. We parked a little bit further, near the 'estação fluvial', because it was free and only a 5-10 min walk. We had a very good stay, would recommend!

Great location for all the historical sites. We even saw the president in his motorcade drive by and the changing of the guard. The very famous bakery is just a steps away. It was a really cool old building with a pretty but tiny balcony.

観光地に近い割には料金が安かった．数件隣が警察で，いつも警官が前に立っている．鉄道駅も近く，前の道を路面電車も通っている．エッグタルトの一番有名な店がそばにあり，多くのレストラン，スターバックスやマクドナルドもそばにある．

The front desk service was excellent . They were always wollong to help. I had an issue with charging my phone and the friendly feont desk person helped by allowing me to charge the phone at the reception area. The area has great dining and beautiful parks and gardens.

Perfekt läge i Belem eftersom konfenesen jag deltog i låg mindre än fem minuters promenad från hotellet. Lite av en missräkning att det inte serverades frukost - men å andra sidan fanns det gott om caféer i närheten, inklusive legendariska Pasteis de Belem. Stort rum, bekväm säng & rymligt, väl fungerande badrum. AC nyttigt - trots att vi befann oss i april. Och gatan utanför med spårvagnarna störde inte min nattsömn. Personalen var vänlig och på alla vis hjälpsam. Obrigado!

The property was advertised as having a roof top bar plus having breakfast: neither was available. The WiFi was unstable as to be non existent. Location was not close to any sites of interest. The staff was EXTREMELY nice, helpful and pleasant, but still not enough to overcome the deficiencies of the property itself.

We loved that it was centrally located to major attractions, shopping, and dining in the area. It was nice knowing there was 24-hour concierge and an elevator available. They were friendly and checking in and out was a breeze. The area felt safe. Wifi did not work consistently well but that's okay as we weren't hanging out in the room. The room was basic, clean, quiet, and comfortable for the value.

Det er et helt ok mellemklassehotel, som frem for alt har en forrygende beliggenhed, hvis besøget går til Belém i Lissabon. Det er tæt på de fleste museer og historiske vartegn i bydelen og ligger også ganske tæt på stationen inde fra byen. Gode spisesteder er der godt af i kvarteret.

Det er et helt ok mellemklassehotel, som frem for alt har en forrygende beliggenhed, hvis besøget går til Belém i Lissabon. Det er tæt på de fleste museer og historiske vartegn i bydelen og ligger også ganske tæt på stationen inde fra byen. Gode spisesteder er der godt af i kvarteret.

Pros: there is a sign on street to identify hotel but once you arrive at check in desk no further sign so I was not sure I was at the right hotel. We took metro from train station. Easy access to hotel walking from metro. Air conditioning worked without issue- cooled off room. Room did not have long towels for shower but easy to get them from staff Cons: Ants in room- we didn’t report because we just needed place to sleep. small bug on bathroom sink. Shower head broken. Stains on shower. Stain on comforters- used only white sheet to sleep, slept cold because place doesn't feel clean to my standards but maybe thats just me. No water provided- can buy water from vending machine for $1/ bottle. Would not recommend
