The hotel is OK, nothing special, we didn't find it outstanding, and expensive for the quality. Not sure how they get the 5 stars they advertise The rooms have everything you need, and are adequate. The staff are lovely and try very hard, they're pleasant and are very helpful. The pool is small and water temp is very cold and past refreshing, the picture is very deceiving, with only 6 beds. The breakfast is ok, but staff are smoking in the kitchen while guests are eating, ugh! The location is good and very convenient with shops and restaurants near by.

I stayed 5 days with my partner and it was an amazing experience. The facilities are great, specially the rooftop pool. The rooms are very clean, the food of the restaurant is amazing but what sets this place on another level it's the people working there. Everyone is incredibly nice and attentive, especially Stefanos and Christos. We went on a half board reservation and every day we were greeted both for breakfast and dinner by them, they recommended us plates in the hotel restaurant, were available for any special request and treated us like royalty. Also they recommended plans and things to visit for our whole time there. If I come back to Naxos, I'll sure be going again to this hotel.

Nothing short of amazing. Perfect location to Prokopios beach which is full of shops/restaurants and beach access. You can take a bus to downtown (Old Town) or to Plaka Beach within minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful with laundry, car rental info, taxi back to port, beach towels, etc. The rooftop has breakfast and dinner options. The room was spacious and cozy. This will be our hotel when we return to Naxos!

We love this hotel…the design, the rooftop pool and bar, the light, the friendliness of the staff. There were some amazing idiosyncratic issues with plumbing and mosquitoes following an unusual, heavy rain. The staff were responsive. You really need a car for this location. Overall, we loved our time here.

Perfect beach hotel! This charming little hotel is perfectly located next to the beautiful Agios Prokopios Beach. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for—just like home. It feels like a family run hotel, but also very professional. The room was spotless and very comfortable—no sand until we drug some in from our day at the beach. Everything works. The breakfast was very good and made to order. The staff were always ready to assist with everything—recommendations for food, transport, advice on where to go and what to see—you name it. They have a lovely, clean infinity pool on the top floor with a bar, which is also where they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. And a really nice telescope up there for guests to look at the moon, planets or stars. And there is a really great Greek restaurant, Taverna O Giannoulis, right across the street! If you are looking for a chill beach hotel where they really take care of you, this is your spot!

Staff at the hotel is excellent. We visited quite a few cities in Greece, hospitality is definitely in the top 3. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the facility, bath tub is a little dirty, there are some black moldy thing around the rim. Hotel in general seems dated, wall paints color is starting to fade. One of the main reason for low rating is it's a 5 star hotel and facility does not match it. I would give a higher rating if it's more accurate. More like a 3-4 star hotel to me. I understand some of the determination for 5-star is 24 hour receptionist, etc. but..

This hotel was good for our stay in Naxos. It has a great location next to the beach. The staff are great and make sure you are taken care of. The rooms are good size and well appointed. Only negatives we had were the mattress was too firm for our taste. We thought some odd choices were made to seem fancy such as electronic adjustable bed and a bidet toilet, but we would forego those things for a softer mattress and linen. Overall it is a great place to stay and we would stay there again if we went to Naxos.

overall, the staff was very nice and helpful. However, this property is falsely marketed as a five star hotel. I would estimate as closer to a three star. It is old, outdated, and the quality of linens were poor. That is clearly totally fine however it should not be advertised as something that it’s not. It is overrated, and very expensive for what you receive.

What a fantastic hotel. We had such a nice stay. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. We had a sea view room with a balcony which was lovely and the location is fantastic, you’re literally 2 minutes from the beach. Can’t recommend highly enough!

The Naxos Island Hotel is lovely, well-appointed and comfortable. There is a very easy walk to the beach. Johanna the concierge was particularly helpful with recommendations for our travel around Greece.

We had a great stay! Rooms are big and have everything you need. The staff are incredibly attentive and nice! They will even bring coffee to your room in the morning. Breakfast is included and is quite good! You cannot beat this location as you are practically on the beach and can walk to tons of shops and restaurants!

The entire staff was so very friendly and helpful from the moment of our arrival to the day of our departure. They patiently answered all of our questions and also provided helpful suggestions. In summary, they were fantastic.

What a fantastic hotel. We had such a nice stay. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. We had a sea view room with a balcony which was lovely and the location is fantastic, you’re literally 2 minutes from the beach. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Nothing short of amazing. Perfect location to Prokopios beach which is full of shops/restaurants and beach access. You can take a bus to downtown (Old Town) or to Plaka Beach within minutes. We had a great stay! Rooms are big and have everything you need. The staff are incredibly attentive and nice! They will even bring coffee to your room in the morning. Breakfast is included and is quite good! You cannot beat this location as you are practically on the beach and can walk to tons of shops and restaurants!

Perfect beach hotel! This charming little hotel is perfectly located next to the beautiful Agios Prokopios Beach. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for—just like home. It feels like a family run hotel, but also very professional. The room was spotless and very comfortable—no sand until we drug some in from our day at the beach. Everything works. The breakfast was very good and made to order. The staff were always ready to assist with everything—recommendations for food, transport, advice on where to go and what to see—you name it. They have a lovely, clean infinity pool on the top floor with a bar, which is also where they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. And a really nice telescope up there for guests to look at the moon, planets or stars. And there is a really great Greek restaurant, Taverna O Giannoulis, right across the street! If you are looking for a chill beach hotel where they really take care of you, this is your spot!

Room was clean and staff were very helpful. The number of restaurant choices makes this an excellent location for a holiday. The beach nearby was very nice. Would stay in this area again.

What a fantastic hotel. We had such a nice stay. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. We had a sea view room with a balcony which was lovely and the location is fantastic, you’re literally 2 minutes from the beach. Can’t recommend highly enough!

The hotel is OK, nothing special, we didn't find it outstanding, and expensive for the quality. Not sure how they get the 5 stars they advertise The rooms have everything you need, and are adequate. The staff are lovely and try very hard, they're pleasant and are very helpful. The pool is small and water temp is very cold and past refreshing, the picture is very deceiving, with only 6 beds. The breakfast is ok, but staff are smoking in the kitchen while guests are eating, ugh! The location is good and very convenient with shops and restaurants near by.

I stayed 5 days with my partner and it was an amazing experience. The facilities are great, specially the rooftop pool. The rooms are very clean, the food of the restaurant is amazing but what sets this place on another level it's the people working there. Everyone is incredibly nice and attentive, especially Stefanos and Christos. We went on a half board reservation and every day we were greeted both for breakfast and dinner by them, they recommended us plates in the hotel restaurant, were available for any special request and treated us like royalty. Also they recommended plans and things to visit for our whole time there. If I come back to Naxos, I'll sure be going again to this hotel.

Excellent location a small beach town. Located less than two minutes walk away from one of the better beaches on the island the hotel itself- amazing customer service. The front desk staff absolutely fantastc… I can’t speak highly enough them. Very helpful very courteous. The room itself perfect size for two and a partial view of the sea. Beautiful patio with an infinity pool. The only downside is the room could be cleaned better.

Beautiful hotel, with a rooftop pool, restaurant and bar, and an INCREDIBLE view. The pool could have been a little warmer. The restaurant staff were wonderful, and the food was delicious. The breakfast was also very good. Walking distance to a big beach, that had loungers to use if you bought an item from the restaurants on the other side of the road. We stayed in the family suite with a personal hot-tub. The hot-tub COULD have been a bit warmer, but the room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, amazing experience, and highly recommend. The restaurant across the street is quite an experience as well.

The front desk girl was so nice and helpful. She really went above and beyond to make our stay there perfect. Great spot across the street for dinner. The boys there are funny and the food there is authentic. We went there twice and they ended the evening with mommas dessert.
