We were first given a room on the first floor, but unfortunately there was a strong smell of smoke throughout the hallway and inside the room. We requested a room change, and the front desk staff member kindly moved us to a room on the 7th floor, which was much better. However, the hotel overall feels outdated and could benefit from major renovations in the future.

9/10當天21:00入住，預訂2間雙床房型，進入房間後發現整間房間發霉灰塵嚴重，像無人打掃過一樣，迫於太晚無法仔細觀看，當天冷氣根本不涼，反應後直接給予電風扇處理，隔天醒過來ㄧ看房間差點昏倒，電視機整個背面發霉嚴重，整個天花板像黴菌室一樣，難怪整晚皮膚瘙癢，退房時有跟櫃檯反應，只是口頭道歉，並無任何作為。台灣旅遊業者一直抱怨生意難做，但是這種像鬼屋一樣的住宿品質，真的讓人對彰化地區打上很大的服務品質問號。提醒各位不要踩雷
