Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were four of us that stayed for a week. Everything was clean and as described. The condo could use an extra blanket or two for those using the sofa bed. The resort itself is not bad. There is some construction which leaves some areas looking a little rough and the lazy river and a couple pools were not open (this was explained in the listing though so it was not a surprise). Great beach walkout and great location!

The resort is nice. Plenty of pools and hot tubs and easy access to the beach. The condo could be better. With a family of 4, we needed towel hooks. For beach towels and bath towels. There’s only one hook in the bathroom. The beds are very uncomfortable, including the futon. The music that the resort plays goes all day and all night long, which just gets to be too much. This is the first place we’ve stayed where barely anything was provided. We had to bring garbage bags, hand soap, paper towels. Our door lock did not work. We had a water leak one night where the unit above us was leaking into our bathroom. The WiFi is very spotty. We also had to make a special trip to drop off the pool bands…not sure why they can’t just be left in the condo when we checked out. Overall it was a decent place. Great location but there is definitely a lot of room for improvement.

Loved our stay in this unit! Ocean view was amazing and our granddaughter loved the pools and hot tubs! Very family friendly! We had everything we needed and it was very clean. Ideal location! We will definitely stay again!

This condo was beautiful, clean and exactly what you see in the photos. However, the elevators are a night mare. One elevator for the whole building, nobody working on the second one. This is no lie when I say 20-30 min to get in to go up 7 floors it never ever came down to get us from the beach so we had to separate and go up a flight to get in and send it down. Every single time the door opened on your floor finally it was so packed you couldn’t get on. Nobody has time for that while on vacation. Check out day was a nightmare and took us about an hour before we finally walked down seven flight with all of our luggage to leave. Took several times both up and back down with luggage. It’s so sad that a beautiful condo with a gorgeous view of the beach that is so clean is in a terrible resort. We will NEVER stay again.

The beds are old and uncomfortable, the couch squeaks and is worn and hard, not comfortable. Some of the trim needs updated and painted, new shower liner is needed. Celing in bathroom looks old. More comfortable balony furniture needed. Would not rent this unit again. One elevator was inoperable so was inconvenient. Outdoor facilities are nice, pools were too cold and dirty at times

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was ok but when we booked we were not told that there would not be a dish washer or washer and dryer. Everything was under construction at the property. Lazy river and inside pool were under construction. Only one elevator was working and everyone had to use that to get to the outside pool because of construction to the walk down entrance was under construction. Told realtor about that and all the noise and they did not offer any discount the manager was very rude.

Overall, our stay was great! Having 1 elevator out of service really sucka. We had problems with the door, it did not lock. I would stay again if that was fixed.

Love this resort! Has everything you need. Second time staying at resort and will be back! The draw back to the condo we stayed in this time I can honestly say beautifully decorated. Only draw back major must smell in couch . Needs a good cleaning because it’s a lovely couch. One more issue very few kitchen items if you plan on cooking in . Regular coffee pot so bring regular coffee. Major plus was I was so excited to see extra vanity with sink in bedroom! Overall beautiful room and resort.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The entire place smelled mildewed. They had 2 Damprid bags hanging in living room and hall. The beds were horrible!!! Very outdated and very uncomfortable. The sofa was not enough seating for 6 people much less 4. It needs to be bigger since there is nowhere else that sit besides uncomfortable backless bar stools.

I found the property to be nice clean. It was a lot smaller than I anticipated. It was advertised as sleeping for six. There's no way that six adults could stay in that place. There was only silverware for four people. There were no steak knives and I found the sofa bed couch to be very uncomfortable to sit on.

This property has a great view. Not sure 6 guests could stay here comfortably. Not a lot in the way of kitchen supplies, so if you don’t plan on cooking, this is the place for you. All and all it was perfect for two of us.

Owner was responsive to questions before stay. Was clean, perfect view, cozy condo great for couples getaway!!!! Property was clean and pools were clean and well kept. Only downside was the small stove and no oven, but if you plan on eating out most of thr time this is a perfect condo. We are keeping this on our book again list.

The resort is nice. Plenty of pools and hot tubs and easy access to the beach. The condo could be better. With a family of 4, we needed towel hooks. For beach towels and bath towels. There’s only one hook in the bathroom. The beds are very uncomfortable, including the futon. The music that the resort plays goes all day and all night long, which just gets to be too much. This is the first place we’ve stayed where barely anything was provided. We had to bring garbage bags, hand soap, paper towels. Our door lock did not work. We had a water leak one night where the unit above us was leaking into our bathroom. The WiFi is very spotty. We also had to make a special trip to drop off the pool bands…not sure why they can’t just be left in the condo when we checked out. Overall it was a decent place. Great location but there is definitely a lot of room for improvement.

The room we stayed in was clean, beautifully decorated and well-furnished for our needs. The ease of check-in/checkout and communication with the property management was the best I’ve had. I only hope the resort and surrounding areas work further to repair and spruce up appearances to match the internal renovations.

We absolutely loved our stay at Beach Cove with North Beach Realty. Communication and instructions for check in and our stay were very detailed. The property was clean and had a perfect view, just as promised! Plus beach access was easy!! We would definitely stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was ok but when we booked we were not told that there would not be a dish washer or washer and dryer. Everything was under construction at the property. Lazy river and inside pool were under construction. Only one elevator was working and everyone had to use that to get to the outside pool because of construction to the walk down entrance was under construction. Told realtor about that and all the noise and they did not offer any discount the manager was very rude.

Owner was responsive to questions before stay. Was clean, perfect view, cozy condo great for couples getaway!!!! Property was clean and pools were clean and well kept. Only downside was the small stove and no oven, but if you plan on eating out most of thr time this is a perfect condo. We are keeping this on our book again list.

The condo could use an extra blanket or two for those using the sofa bed. The resort itself is not bad. There is some construction which leaves some areas looking a little rough and the lazy river and a couple pools were not open (this was explained in the listing though so it was not a surprise). Great beach walkout and great location!

Nicely decorated, clean and comfortable room with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Great location with safe a walking distance to restaurants, shops and Barefoot Landing. Great location. Friendly staff. Would stay again!

We took our granddaughter to Myrtle Beach for the first time. The location was great, she loved the pools and I loved sitting on the balcony watching the ocean.

The unit itself is fine and pretty much as pictured, although it really could use some work, especially in the bathroom, and the Living room furniture could be more comfortable (the beds were very soft and comfortable) The view from the balcony overlooks the pools and the ocean and was very nice. This unit is listed as "Oceanfront Condo with Lazy River" and the lazy river was a big selling point in choosing this property, however, it was shut down and not operating during our entire stay. I realize this is not the fault of the owner, however, it would have been nice to be notified of this prior to booking. The outdoor common cement walkways used to get to your unit, and the elevators are in need of dire cleaning and paint would do it wonders. It SO dirty looking. It does seem that they are working on some stuff there, so I would hope that cleaning of the common areas would be on their list. The pool areas are beautiful and all pools were clean. The parking garage was very convenient. We didn't have any issues that required us to contact the property manager during our stay, however, Missy did stay in touch to let us know that she was there if we needed anything. Overall, it was a good stay and I would recommend the property to others.
