I wish I’d found this sooner. I make a lot of trips to New Baltimore to check on my parents in their assisted living and usually stay in a hotel but this apartment was much closer. It was so clean, well appointed and quiet. While we did not have time to enjoy the amenities due to our circumstances, I’m looking forward to going back and using the bikes. We did get to peruse the nearby Farmers Market, which was excellent! I highly recommend the property.

We stayed for a week to attend a wedding and Charlie’s had everything we needed! Beautiful place, excellent accommodations, walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Also, great communication from host, Gina. We’ll be back!

Spent a great month at the apartment. Very comfortable and right in the heart of New Baltimore. Walking distance to great restaurants and beautiful Lake St Clair. Very well equipped and host was always responsive. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.
