Modern Mountainside Home w/ Lg Deck, Near Downtown

This place was a very good stay for our 3 adult couples. It was close to the bike trails which we loved. It was very clean and roomy and the best equipped vrbo we’ve ever stayed in. The only hitch was that the key link box did not work which required us to enter and leave every time through a different door around the other side from the parking but that was ok. The outdoor space was just ok. As was well mentioned in the listing it sits on a rather busy county road. There is noise from the road but it was ok. There is a huge wrap around deck which was nice. We would reccomend this place and likely stay again, but just beware you are dealing with a property management group and my communications were with different people and not the owner so i felt some of the reply’s we got to our inquiries were kind of generic answers. If you do stay here also make a note, there are drawers within the kitchen drawers that hold some of the supplies. We did not find the spices drawer until the last night. We kept wondering why such a well stocked place did not have some basic spices. Haha there was an entire drawer of them. Thank you Glenwood Springs for a nice stay.

The inside was awesome. It was beautiful and had everything we might need to have a great vacay. Kitchen was very well stocked with basics. Great dishes. Lots of towels. Comfortable furniture. Awesome. The outside patio needs a refresh but it is nice. The yard needs a bit of yard work but it is also nice. Overall great place.

We all agreed this was one of the best VRBO properties we have ever stayed in! The property had everything we needed and was in a great location.

The hse was not that clean the face cloths were dingy the pots were dirty are family was here from Germany and love to cook us home cooked german food their was not enough pans the House was beautiful and beds were comfortable !there was no outside fire pit or sitting area for fire just over grown area with junk

Genuinely enjoyed our stay at this mountain side home. Great location to town. House was beautiful and well equipped for our family weekend. Parking area worked well for us to bring our side by side and trailer to hit the trails behind the town. Will definitely stay again!

Lovely home. Well updated interior. Well stocked kitchen. Great linens. Really nice home. About 1.5 miles from main street but still convenient location. Another house is close by so it's not secluded but it is on the other side of the house so didn't really see it when sitting outside. Right on a walking path which was awesome. Wildlife in the yard was cool. Would definitely recommend. *close to road so there is road noise if sitting outside. Can't hear it at all if inside with windows closed.*code didn't work on door near parking. It did work on the other door though.

The office gave us the wrong code for the door but once we call them, they cleared it up right away. That’s the only reason we gave this property a four star instead of a five star. Really fun weekend to reconnect with our good friends!

Everything was as I expected it to be. Very clean, nice beds, great amenities etc. I would for sure rent this again if I was in this area.

Clean, quiet, and perfect for a nice getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was super clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed being able to walk to Atkinson Trail. My teens loved Glenwood caverns adventure park and riding e-bikes along the canyon trail.

C’est une très belle maison, avec une décoration intérieure chaleureuse et tout à fait conforme au descriptif et aux photos. Toutes les pièces sont bien aménagées, propreté impeccable et nous nous y sommes sentis chez nous. De très belles vues extérieures et un environnement calme, mais quand même un peu de bruit de la route sans que ce soit trop gênant la nuit. Très bonne localisation, proche des commerces et du centre-ville. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Overall, the house was clean and comfortable. There were glasses, plates, knives, etc., but no spoons or forks and we looked everywhere - very puzzling and inconvenient.

Nice property - enjoyed our stay House is nice but could improve on little things Guest room mattress was pretty bad (you rolled to the middle of the bed) No Kleenex , only one pot holder (a few more would have been nice) But all in all .. A nice place

Our family of four stayed here a few nights after skiing the first part of the week. It was the perfect spot to relax and recharge from skiing. The house is great — 3.5 bedrooms and two baths. Nicely renovated and stocked. We didn’t cook, but could have. It’s about 7 mins from downtown and all the activities. Communication was very easy and quick responses with host. We’ll certainly be back.

The mini split AC went out in the main living area (bedrooms still cool) but property manager and property owner had unit repaired within a day.

This place is super convenient if you're spending time in Glenwood Springs. It's maybe 5 min to the hot springs pools. We had an issue with the key lockbox being stuck so we had to go around to the other side of the house to get in. The property manager was quick to respond giving us tips to access the box, but since our stay was short we ended up not being able to get this resolved. The main level gets pretty toasty during the summer without central A/C but the small units in each bedroom help to cool it down. The basement was nice and cool though! Overall the house had what we needed for a 3 day stay in Glenwood.

Gorgeous fully stocked home. Everything you need is there. Great views, great space, great access to town of Glenwood Springs and only 10 minutes from Ironwood Springs.

This is such a cute home. Love that they had some of the daily necessities available if you may have forgotten something. Nice location if you have small kids to run around and play. Close to downtown for the pool or just to walk the shops!
