The air conditioning was fabulous and kept us cool throughout our stay. We had to ask for towels on 2 seperate occasions and had to wait hours for them to show up. The shower leaked and keft the floor very wet all day. The room was really nice and the rustic esthetic was cool. Located in a very good location.

I will continue from my other post because I can give two reviews since I stayed there two separate nights. Don't waste your time going to the rooftop bar. The service there is terrible. He acts like he's doing you a favor and you're bothering him from taking a rest. Not cordial at all. And also the tall girl at the reception that works late afternoon and nights is terrible customer service. I had a complaint to make and she told me if I didn't like it. I could go stay in another hotel somewhere else. Not the customer service we have in the United States. That's for sure. These people would be fired.

I can give you a good review and you can take my word for it since I've stayed there about eight or 10 times. The rooms are beautiful. Beds are a king size and super nice. You will sleep well. Once you're in the rooms, you really don't hear anything. Soundproofing is great. You have everything in the room or I should say in the suite because it has a kitchenette with all the things that you need to make dinner if you want. Pots and pans, dishes, glasses, full-size refrigerator, microwave oven stove, cooktop. Everything great with the room. The location of the suites is great. Best part of the city you can be in. Five minutes to walk to the mall or to a lot of fine dining. The only issue you may have is the one I have is they have a rooftop bar/Jacuzzi area with two Jacuzzis. Most of the time it's closed. It doesn't open at all on Sundays and it opens in the day I think at 10 AM and closes at one for the person to go to lunch until they return and then it opens again and closes at 8 PM. They have two Jacuzzis but only one works, or they only use one because only one has water in it. The guy that works at the bar on the rooftop really doesn't want to be there. I don't know why they keep this person. He doesn't treat the people nice. It's like a nuisance for you to be up there wanting to use the Jacuzzi or to get a drink. He's really not a people person. So if you're going as a couple or you're going and you wanna enjoy your Jacuzzi every night you can forget that idea.
