It was dirty, with cigarette burns in the bedspreads after being told it’s a smoke-free room. The whole place needs updating. The parking lot needs to be flattened and repaved. Way overpriced for what you get.

Cheap and pet is allowed, not bad for the price .. had an awesome stay ..

Filthy dirty noisy unsafe there is very very sketchy ppl staying in these units. Avoid this location spend a few extra dollars and go elsewhere!!

Potholes in parking lot and doors can't open and close properly. Furniture is stained and nasty

Credit card reader not working, wanted cash only and would not discount US currency for Canadian. No ice had no idea what that was all about.

This absolutely should not be listed with.Expedia. It's a horrible, old run down strip hotel on a main drag. Very run down. Manager controls the heat?! The floor heating registers are all ben and rusty. No light except on the ceiling did not feel safe here. Diesnt even rate a one star.

The price was right and the staff were friendly. Aside from that the room was outdated, dirty, and the room next to us was blocked off with “DO NOT ENTER” signs and had a security outside it running all night long. We purchased a remote in order to use the TV, as we couldn’t reach staff. We also bought blankets and pillows because the ones in the room smelled dusty. The bed was old dusty and hard as a board. I can see that the rooms were recently painted in an attempt to freshen things up. But soap, water, new beds, pillows and bed coverings would have gone much further.

I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a more horrifying place. The room was dirty, unknown stains on the upholstered chair, the entry door looked like it had been kicked in at one point, there was one towel for 2 people, the bathroom door was broken and didn’t close. If this hadn’t been the absolute last place with a room available, I would have gotten back in my car and driven somewhere else, anywhere else.

The room was disgusting. It had a very stained chair, no lampshades on the lamps, strange substance stuck to the ceiling around the fire alarm. The curtains were pinned to the frame in order to cover the very filthy window frame area. The bathroom door would not close and the bathroom towel rack was gone. We checked out and went else where.

We saw several cockroaches scatter in the bathroom when the light was turned on and lots of mold on the shower curtain! There was no one on duty as it appears to have a house attached. I didn’t know where to leave the key so left it in the mailbox. We were on the road by 6, but I tried until 9:30 to phone so I could let them know where the key was. No one answered and I finally stopped wasting my data.

It was super old smelly and dirty. Both beds had dirty sheets (with blood stains) and the 1 towel was barely white. It looked like someone had used it to dry the bathroom floor. My friend had another room, same problem. We got a full refund and went some other pkace

Where do I start? The room was absolutely filthy. I spent over an hour cleaning before even bringing my items into the room. The heater in the bathroom wasn’t even attached to the wall. It kept falling and leaking smells into the room. The bathroom window was COVERED in cigarettes and ashes. I was told I couldn’t check in until 5:30pm as the room was being cleaned that was an absolute joke! The room across the hall was constantly having visitors all hours of the day and night and they would knock on my door when they didn’t answer. The wifi did not work at all the entire stay. If I wasn’t in a situation of needing a temporary week long stay waiting for my rental I wouldn’t have stayed. The sheets and blankets were stained and full of cigarettes holes. I had to use my own bedding as I couldn’t even think about laying on those. No towels were provided either. Had to bring them with me. NEVER STAY HERE ITS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE THE CONDITION OF THE ROOMS

Cigarette butt in the sink, glass on the bathroom floor that the attendant cleaned up by picking up the pieces with his fingers, no toilet paper in the room, no garbage can, blanket had a burn mark on it, garbage in the dresser drawers, stinky fridge, just filthy everywhere.

Gross. There was mold all over the shower curtain and what I assume to be blood on one of the two "queen" beds box spring. The beds were doubles.

The carpet was so filthy when you got into the shower the dirt on your feet would appear in the bottom of the tub and run towards the drain. The shower head was very low for the average person, it was at midget height. I ended up falling in the tub through the shower curtain and hitting my back on the sink vanity and drew blood, because I had to squat down to get under the shower head! The bathroom blinds were broken. There weren't enough towels, room service never cleaned our room, this was October 2022 covid is over with ask joe Biden. I have stayed at this motel years ago, but I will NEVER stay there again.

Literally the worst place I have ever stayed. Expedia needs to ban this place. No heat, exposed wiring, exposed plumbing, the door didn't close properly, the lamp was broken, missing light bulbs in bathroom, broken tv remote, burn holes in the sheets, the floors have never been washed, dead flies and bugs all over, old dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door, most of the furniture was broken (missing drawers, busted table legs, etc). Electrical burn marks on what appeared to be a bathroom fan (it didn't work anyway). $130 for the night was straight up robbery. Reported to the city, they shouldn't have a licence to operate.

Our room smelled really bad, cigarette burns in the comforter, holes in the sheets, plastic left on mattress which was really uncomfortable, outlets missing covers, old coffee filter and grounds left in the coffee machine, bathroom door didn’t shut properly cause there was pieces missing from it, towels also had a weird smell and the bathroom still had hair all over the place from previous people.

First clue was in the office when the ivory colored desk phone was filthy. The door had one lock. The bolt lock did not work. Half of the swing lock was missing. The electric floor boards were grubby dirty as were the bathroom door. The bedding had what looked like blood stains and the pillows had multicolored stains. The sofa cushions were stained. I was told the other rooms were booked but when I left this morning there was only my vehicle. Finding this on Expedia was a big mistake.

It’s a dump. Broken baseboard heaters, stained bed spread, broken curtains, outlets don’t work, smells, car in parking lot with flat tires. I could go on. Zero stars is to high. Slept in a chair with my clothes on.

You get what you pay for. I have small expectations, clean bedding and a functional bathroom as I'm only in the room to sleep and shower. Sheets were clean, terrible pillows and bed cover had holes in it from burns? no other blankets. Shower/tub produced extremely limited increase in water temp although I ran it for 10 plus minutes, same for sink. WIFI connected but did not open. TV converter batteries did not work. Broken eavestrough above door to room leaked onto me entering and leaving.

Tough stay. We spent one night and could barely sleep. It was freezing cold there was no heater. No towels… had to request them and got one at a time (they were washing them so it’s a little understandable). Paid for what we got I guess. The guy that helped us was very nice though!

No hot water. Nowhere to hang clothes. Don't stay there.

Place is not clean properly, washroom door was not closed, electric outlet is not working coffee maker was broken bed was making noises…..

Very bad smell inside the motel room if the motel not turn on the air-conditioner 3 hours before check in. Check-in on holiday there is no other hotel can be changed(all very high prices). Tried to check out the next morning around 6:50 am but there is no one at front desk. The only instruction for check out is a handwriting paper says to ask next motel but no one there. Called Expedia and wait until 9:18 am when the staff been woke up by Expedia calling. There are a few homeless around and watching us. Can't leave the motel key outside the easy open mail box.

When checking in they told me they didn't have a reservation for us, and they don't work with Expedia. They upcharged the room and we paid triple the cost. The TV didn't work, hole in the ceiling, and water damage in the bathroom

The customer service is outstanding due to the new management's improvements to the facilities and services. I especially appreciate how they promptly address customer concerns. If you find something unsatisfactory and inform them, you will not find the same issue on your next visit.

This place isn’t that bad. Comfy beds and clean enough rooms. I am just super inconvenienced with regards to the towel situation. I got in late last night and needed to shower, but no towels in the room. I called down to front desk, he told me 10 minutes. The towels never arrived. I ended up using my shirt as a towel. In the morning I went to front desk and nobody was there, called on the phone and nobody answered. Waiting 10 minutes before coming back to my room. I guess I’m using my shirt again. What a bad experience in this way, it’s too bad because I would have given this place atleast 4 stars if it wasn’t for this.

To provide context I travel for work (25 years plus) and make a point of staying at the least expensive accommodations available. I work long hours and am really only looking for somewhere to shower and sleep. My expectations are VERY low. I can say with complete honesty this is the worst place I have ever stayed. I reserved online for 6 nights. When I arrived they were “cleaning” my room… no problem I can wait a few minutes.. when staff left the room there was a use qtip, and bread bag tie in plain sight on the floor and a child’s candy treat under the edge of the bed. The towels were left for me on the nightstand as there was no towel rack in the bathroom or toilet paper holder just the clips on the wall where they used to be. The carpet was so filthy and stained I wore my flip flops full time. The kitchenette had receptacles so old and work the small appliance plugs fell out of the wall. I found a pharmaceutical tablet on the floor and was further unimpressed with graffiti on the wall featuring a racial slur. I paid for the first two nights when I checked in expecting to pay the balance on checkout however the management raced out to meet me at me door on the second day to ask me to pay for additional nights in advance ( I paid an additional 3 nights). The evening before my planned departure I was met at my door again and asked to pay for my last night in advance as well. The room was filthy, the property run down. Zero housekeeping for entire stay. 0 stars.

I accidentally left my phone in the room after i left and the gentleman let me in to get it. He way a very nice man.

Had a wonderful stay and they were very accommodating when I had to call at 6;00 am to be let back into room cause my husband left his wallet

Property not well keeped. On check in, room paid cash with sign on wall non refundable. One out of two Rooms were dirty and had anys. No toilet paper in either room and one missing towels and face cloths. Ended up not spending night, drove 5 hours home. Will not recommend.

Cheap price ($80 all in) Decent location to Trans Canada hwy. No towels, dirty floor mat for shower, used my own bedding and glad I had it. Rust and ceiling mold visible. This was unit 1, not sure of other units.
