J'ai passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L'emplacement est excellent et le confort de la chambre est au rendez-vous, c'est pour cela que je donne une bonne évaluation. Cependant, deux points méritent d'être améliorés : le ménage de la chambre (ménage superficiel) et le petit-déjeuner reste un peu trop léger par rapport au prix demandé. Si ces deux points sont corrigés, ce serait parfait

We enjoyed our one night stay in the family room with two Queen beds. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the bathroom was also clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and spa and would love to come back for the awesome water park and putt putt. The hotel is beautifully laid out with a lake and some wildlife and plenty of ground space to soak up the environment. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is walking distance to shops and cafes. Overall, we would happily book again.

We stayed mainly so our child could enjoy the water park. We were told that, as it was winter, the water temperature was maintained at around 26°C. However, the water still felt very cold, and many guests appeared to feel the same. Teenagers seemed able to enjoy it because they were constantly moving around, but for younger children, the temperature felt too low to stay in the water comfortably for long. As this is a 4.5-star property, I was not expecting the same level of luxury as a five-star hotel, and overall the facilities and service were generally in line with my expectations. One area that could be improved is the room atmosphere on arrival. The room would have felt much more welcoming with a little more attention to ventilation and freshness. There was no major problem, but the room did not feel as fresh as I would have hoped when we first entered. Apart from those points, the stay was generally satisfactory and appropriate for a 4.5-star property. If the water temperature in winter could be made more comfortable for younger children, it would make the hotel much more appealing for families visiting specifically to enjoy the water park.

Absolutely clean rooms! Great family friendly facilities! And so close to the beautiful beaches. Breakfast was busy but yummy! Convenient location too with shops walking distance away. Staff is friendly. The only thing is age is starting to show with somethings in the room eg: edges of carpet lifting, dishwasher tray need replacing etc. Still great place to stay!
