Location was nice, the parking lot was difficult to park in with large and long pickup trucks, should have designated area for these, rates should be lower with no courtyard or hot tub access, friendly staff

Even with one floor of the hotel under renovations, you never would have known it. Breakfast was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool area was great. I highly recommend this property. Oh… the staff… the BEST part of the stay. Very friendly and genuinely helpful.

This is our go to place to stay for our frequent trips to Lincoln. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast is amazing and they have to go containers. Free laundry. The little touches in the room like the pretty folded towels are so nice! They have grills outside and we love the kitchenette! My ONLY complaint is that the pool is always chilly.

Do not stay here. The property is being renovated. We were told we were in a renovated room. The room had old furniture. The toilet didn’t work. The outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. Dishes and glasses were old and chipped. The room is meant for 6 people and booked for 6 people but not prepared for 6 people. The entire parking lot is compromised by the construction crew renovating who are doing a crappy job at that. Again do not stay here.

Breakfast was great. Room nice and clean. Hallways need more upkeep. Parking lot was terrible. We checked in late on Friday night and limited to no parking. And small spaces. We had a truck and trying to move through the other vehicles was hard.

Horrible stay! The refrigerator hummed and banged all night. There was a power surge sound behind the headboard the entire time we stayed. There was a dog barking close to our room. We had just got to sleep and someone took out the garbage that sounded like a dumpster full of wine bottles rattling The heater was set on 75 and never got to 68 and bathroom had corners full of dirt and bugs.

People were very nice. Our suite was VERY used. The bathroom door didn’t close, the chair at the desk was falling apart, all of the cabinets, bar stools, desserts had dings and stains on them. It was not the worst place but my first stay at a staybridge and I expected something different.

We visit our daughter and stay here every time bc of the kitchenettes and location in relation to her home. The staff has always been lovely! The parking lot, however, gets full quickly when it is a busy time and the rooms are full, to the point where I've had to park by one of the nearby businesses and then walk, which can be scary at night as a female with a young child.

Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Same pastry every day....scones and that was it. They were very good but would have like another choice. Staff was very nice. Good location. Didn't want an ADA room but was given one. Because it was, we had no counter space whatsoever. We would stay again.

I was extremely disappointed in our room. We booked a king suite with a pull out couch. Traveling was me, my husband, our four year old daughter, and our five month old daughter. Our four year old was supposed to sleep on the pull out couch, but it was broken and unusable. If it had been in tact, I would not have felt comfortable with her sleeping on that mattress. It was horribly stained, including with what appeared to be blood. The rest of the furniture in the suite was very worn, dusty, and stained. For how much we spent on our stay, it was very upsetting our old friend daughter didn’t even have her own place to sleep.

The service was wonderful. The only issue we had was with the bed. It was very uncomfortable. Not sure if the property is slowing replacing them, but I remember staying there a year before and the mattress was AMAZING. Hopefully those updates are being made. Thanks again!

This is a very fine facility and convenient for me to stay. It has always been comfortable and clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful! It is a bit pricey but I’m willing to pay for the stay.

I was told when I made my reservation that they wouldn't charge me until check out. I was charged after checking in which made me go in the negative in my bank.. I had no money for the weekend until Saturday. I won't be staying here again

I was surprised to arrive early but told check in wasnt until 400. They took my number and said they would call when my room was ready. it wasnt until 358. i felt like they were just making a point and kept myself and quite a few others waiting. the worse part was we took our luggage to the car on the day of check out , and then went to go back into our room and housekeeping had already pulled the sheets and were in our room. we had not checked out and still had the keys in our hand and the do not disturb was still on the door! we were left with figuring out where to hang out until our event started. the front desk said they would talk to housekeeping but i seriously doubt they did as she didnt even look up when i put my keys on the desk. I was cheated out of 2 hours of our room stay.

They took my number and said they would call when my room was ready. it wasnt until 358. i felt like they were just making a point and kept myself and quite a few others waiting. the worse part was we took our luggage to the car on the day of check out , and then went to go back into our room and housekeeping had already pulled the sheets and were in our room. we had not checked out and still had the keys in our hand and the do not disturb was still on the door! we were left with figuring out where to hang out until our event started. the front desk said they would talk to housekeeping but i seriously doubt they did as she didnt even look up when i put my keys on the desk. I was cheated out of 2 hours of our room stay.

Location was nice, the parking lot was difficult to park in with large and long pickup trucks, should have designated area for these, rates should be lower with no courtyard or hot tub access, friendly staff

We visit our daughter and stay here every time bc of the kitchenettes and location in relation to her home. The staff has always been lovely! The parking lot, however, gets full quickly when it is a busy time and the rooms are full, to the point where I've had to park by one of the nearby businesses and then walk, which can be scary at night as a female with a young child.

Drains in sinks and tub were all slow, refrigerator made a weird noise every few hours that sounded like a squeaky toy. The location was very convenient. Sidewalk was cleaned and salted due to snow that happened on Christmas day.

Hotel was convenient to where we wanted to be. Obviously undergoing some renovations. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great! Bed/pillows were very comfortable. Street noise was pretty noticeable at night. Room cleanliness was sub par. Shower wall needed an obvious repair.

The location was good. The quality of the hotel was not great. Lots of damaged hallways, chairs, tables. The mattress in our room was noisy, not comfortable. The furniture in the room were nasty. Torn carpet, just run down overall. We booked a king suite, got a suite with not quite a queen bed. The staff was nice though and helpful for what they had to work with. Certainly not worth the money paid.

Breakfast was great. Room nice and clean. Hallways need more upkeep. Parking lot was terrible. We checked in late on Friday night and limited to no parking. And small spaces. We had a truck and trying to move through the other vehicles was hard.

This is our go to place to stay for our frequent trips to Lincoln. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast is amazing and they have to go containers. Free laundry. The little touches in the room like the pretty folded towels are so nice! They have grills outside and we love the kitchenette! My ONLY complaint is that the pool is always chilly.

Our toilet was broken, the light in the bathroom didn’t work, bathroom door wouldn’t lock, the juice at breakfast was watered down, they offered to move us rooms halfway through

Amazing breakfast! Loved that they had to go containers to take breakfast to go if needed! Great hotel room, free laundry, and staff. Overall amazing place and great place to stay!

Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Same pastry every day....scones and that was it. They were very good but would have like another choice. Staff was very nice. Good location. Didn't want an ADA room but was given one. Because it was, we had no counter space whatsoever. We would stay again.

We always stay at this hotel when we visit Lincoln and stay for 10 days. Rooms are large with kitchen and all the stuff you need to cook. Staff very friendly. Breakfast is a great way to start the day. Free laundry too!close to resturants and Hy vee food store right across the street

Recommended by family that had stayed previously, so had to check it out. We got in much later than expected, but the front desk was very accommodating and very pleasant. The room was great for the 2 of us. Bathroom was a little tight for a chunky gal, but otherwise nice. Great spread for breakfast each morning. Only suggestion would be to switch up the hot foods each day ~ eggs and bacon... heard several people comment bacon again?!? The scones were delish! Assortment of fruits, yogurt for parfaits, oatmeal, waffles, cereal, and lots of toppings. Was not able to take advantage of the pool this visit. The only complaint is that the toilet by the exercise room did not flush. We asked for a late check-out and the front desk again was very accommodating and pleasant ~ even when we left for food before leaving the hotel. oh yeah ~ they do NOT have an airport shuttle like it states on their website and other hotel information sites. Don't fly in and expect a hotel ride from the shuttle. Uber was very convenient though. Next time we are in Lincoln, we'll stay again.

The room could use a freshen update. I’ve stayed several times ! It’s the same carpet from 15 years age! A large black mark just outside of elevators for years looks like a smashed roach!! It’s not but that’s the first thought. Any easy fix with a scrub brush!!!
