Beautiful location right on the beach. Enjoyed ground floor patio with a great view of the ocean. Room was clean and had all the amenities of a small kitchen. Separate bedroom made it extra quiet at night. Upstairs neighbors were a little noisy walking around, but otherwise very quiet and comfortable space. Would definitely recommend!

Great view, easy walk to the beach (down some stairs). Not enough parking for guests though. Could put some mirrors in the bedrooms for multiple guests getting ready.

Seems like all the rooms have ocean views and the views are excellent. Picnic tables and grassy area to relax on cliffside so you can enjoy the beach views without going down to the beach. Beach access on the property two flights of stairs the first has many steps and is quite steep. The beach was very clean, quiet and not very populated. Our room was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again in the future!

Very good location and view from balcony and patio of main floor. No elevator for older people have to use steps to climb to 3rd floor. No explicit indoor breakfast area, had to use benches in the lawn

Excellent location on the beach. If you need handicap access to beach its located very close by (within a block). The rooms are updated to modern designs, very clean and staff is everything you can ask for. Will stay again. Only 1st floor rooms have balcony. Otherwise there is common area for use out back. Allowed pets are a delightful part of the experience. My experience is pet owners are usually very caring individuals and fun to mingle with during your stay.

The rooms were large and clean, the view was great, and beach acccess was close and easy. It was very quiet and the staff was personable and helpful.There were lots of shops nearby. However, the bed was very uncomfortable and the floors were very sloped . Someone with mobility uses would have problems.

This was a last minute book for us and it was excellent. Great location with easy access to the beach. A nice variety of breakfast was included. The only suggested addition would be an elevator for hauling everything to the upper floors.

It is located right above the beach with easy access via stairs. Open windows bring the sound of the waves right into your room. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The property is great, our room was fantastic. Loved the deck out front with the view of the ocean. Beach access was nice and easy, some stairs but access was easy. The only small critique I have is parking. That was a problem coming back from the casino one night we had to park a block away because all the spots were taken. Otherwise, it was great.

We absolutely loved our room and how easy it was to see and get to the beach! The one issue was the floors in our room. They were very dirty and had dog hair everywhere. There were also lots of dust bunnies we picked up when we were sweeping the dog hair. We could have asked for help to clean it but we didn't discover it until late that evening after checking in and we had gone out to dinner. It was after office hours when we noticed it. Also, there was a huge dog poop outside of our deck area. I mentioned it to the cleaning lady but it was still there when we got back to our room from getting lunch the next day. Overall, this place is amazing and we will definitely be back.

If i could rate a negative number, I would. Got to our room and the floors still had sand all over them, both bedding hand sand, dirt and HAIR all over them. In the three days we stayed there we didn't receive room service AT ALL! no clean towels and they didn't change our bedding at all. The staff is rude as hell. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. When i went to the office the female didn't even apologize for the dirty bedding. I will also leave a similar review on Google. This place was awful. Other than the view, i would avoid at all costs.

We came out for our anniversary and I was super excited about the view and easy access to the beach. After booking I also saw a few negative reviews of cleanliness pre and post renovation. I hoped those were one off! After checking in we went up to the middle floor. Thought it was weird, the front windows were already open before we stepped foot in, but whatever. The view was great (even through its a really dirty/fogged up window). I always look through a room before settling so here we go: - Walked into a visibly updated, yet VERY musty room. All windows were open for 4 days/3 nights. I couldn’t get it to air out. Based on the pre renovation photos, and our burning/itchy eyes, I’m convinced paint just covered up the really bad leaky/moldy ceiling problems. -No A/C or fan - Not enough parking for guests. We were told it always happens and to pull into the no parking section by dumpster. Kitchen: - coffee grounds all over the counter and used kcup in machine - drops of food on counter - Microwave was visibly dirty - someone’s old grapes in fridge -TIP: Bring slippers or flip flops to walk around - floors are physically dirty, especially under the furniture. It’s gritty under your feet. They do provide a broom. Bathroom: -Used dirty towel folded and hung back up on towel rack -Blood on the open roll of toilet paper -Hair on top of bedding and in shower The finale - 3 fingernail clippings on side table by couch. I wish I got pictures before cleaning. Wont be back.

The view is beautiful, the grounds very nice, but i waited for 5 mins for someone to tell me, that they sent me text about our being ready with code. Every night we heard heard above us, from our room. That was not good. When we walked into our room. The floor was dirty. One day we didnt get our room cleaned either, and if i didnt say anything, there would have been other day. The view and the grounds, best thing.

Hard to beat location right on the water, listening to the waves from the room, upslope enough to get great views! Room itself is spacious, clean, quiet, and all useful amenities. Would seek this property again next time in area.

Don’t let the outside of the building fool you! The room was amazing! We walked into a bright sunny room with the ocean facing window! Beautiful view, well equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms to accommodate our whole family! Plus, the price was great! Highly recommend!

We stayed for 3 nights, our room was great. Both beds were super comfortable, loved how spacious the shower was and the bathroom was clean. Kitchenette was perfect. Enjoyed the view from one of the bedrooms and living room. TV in both bedrooms and living room. The bluetooth mirrors were awesome. Welcoming and friendly staff. Breakfast is simple but good. Stairs down to the beach are well maintained. Know that this is a pet friendly hotel (we didn’t bring pets) so it does have a lingering pet smell. I highly recommend this place for families.

First time visitor to West Beach suites and really pleased with it. Great thoughtful accomodations at a reasonable price. Decent breakfast included. Room was spacious and updated with great balcony and direct access to beach. Pet friendly too.

Beautiful view. Large 2 bedroom. People upstairs were so loud we could hardly hear tv. No one in office. Only phone number. One mirror in bathroom. No mirrors anyplace else. Needs some n bedrooms. No place to hang any clothes. No closets, no clothes racks. We were attending a wedding and had dressy clothes that needed to be hung up. No way to do it. Very tight parking. Small spaces.

Everything was great...Location, spaciousness, cleanliness. We had a 1st floor end unit. Then... the upstairs neighbors moved in. We are not sure if they were extra noisy, the floors and walls were extra thin, or both, but WOW. We marvelled at how much we could hear them say and how much we could hear them, and their dog, move around. The staff was super nice, the room was very clean, and the ocean super close. Get a 3rd floor unit if you can't handle the noise, but be prepared that the 2nd floor folks might hear all you do and say.

This was one of my favorite places to stay in Lincoln City. It was perfect for our family of 3. We were right on the beach and had a great view from our room. The bed was comfortable and there were enough TVs that everyone could watch their own thing if they wanted. I would definitely stay here again.

Incredible and helpful staff, rooms are very nice, location/view is amazing.

I liked the property itself and the cleaning staff. The front end staff however was extremely rude and treats guests like an inconvenience to their napping and phone time. Our booking was last minute so i didnt have time to look at amenities offered. When we asked about them we were met with curtly replies of "the ocean" as the amenties. When we went to ask for more coffee pods we were rushed back out of the office because kids and staff were sleeping in there. I went to check out at 9:30 today and the employee had the lights off and rushed me back out the door closing it in my face saying i didnt need to do anything to check out. I wont stay here again solely based on that. Also provide two fans in a room with two room\'s.

We chose West Beach Suites for our stay in Lincoln City because of the location and attractive pictures of the rooms. Pros: 1. Check-in process was super easy. 2. Accomodations were updated and modern. 3. The ocean view was incredible! 4. Bathroom/shower was nice and spacious. 5. There is a 10:00 pm - 9 am Quiet Time. 6. Friendly office staff. Cons: 1. When we arrived the sliding glass (back) door was unlocked and open for anyone to go in. 2. Housekeeping service was inconsistent. Had to go to the office both days to request items. 1st day -we didn't leave our room till after 12pm.. Didn't realize housekeeping service ended between 12-1pm. 2nd day - left at 10am, informed office we were leaving and wanted standard housekeeping services. When we returned, our door was not locked and we didn't get all items replenished. 3. The bedroom had a window that felt like those walking by (and stopping on the walk) could possibly see in. It didn't feel like the privacy you would want for a romantic getaway. 4. Quiet Time hours not inforced. Likely because the office is closed after 9 and no one is there to talk to about another guest. On our 2nd night, the room above us was playing fetch with a dog after midnight, feet were running across the floor off and on till about 12:45 am, things were being moved across the floor and items dropped until 2 am. More than a challenge to get any sleep with my mom ears.

The hotel was wonderful. The location couldn’t have been better. It was right in the beach but away from the business of Lincoln City. The view was amazing. The hotel is walking distance to some cute stores and eating places. We will definitely go back to stay.

The property is great, and the views are remarkable. The pictures of the stairs leading down to the beach might be a little deceptive. 50 stairs are a lot! I got a workout for sure!

Google Maps still ranks this as 2* but it's refreshed & remodeled. Definitely more 3*. We loved the ground-floor room with a deck. When the tides were high the beach disappeared & it felt like being on a cruise ship. Nelscott is a cute little neighborhood with restaurants, shops & an amazing used book store.

The location on the beach was incredible. We were able to constantly hear the waves in our room and the beach access was great.

Stayed three nights. The room was large and choosing one with beach access was a plus. The included breakfast options cover all the bases. My review is the weather would not be as positive.

It was a perfect get away for our family. Friendly staff willing to make sure everything is just right for you. Our room was clean and the view was amazing. The grab and go breakfast had good options too. We will be back.

Clean...recently remodeled.. The staff is very helpful and accomodating. The view is superb. Pet friendly...Breakfast was great with a decent selection. The ground level rooms have nice decks and super cool electric remote control fireplaces. Will definitely be back.

No warm breakfast. It was more of a take and go but all cold food that you need to microwave. And the sliding door lock doesn’t lock and our code for the door didn’t work. But the ocean view was great and you can literally just walk down to the beach.

We stayed in a King Studio. Beautiful view. Looks like it’s been recently updated. The hotel accepts pets and there was an unhappy dog in an adjacent room but other than that it was quiet and peaceful. Fireplace is electric but it made it cozy. Welcoming staff and room had all the amenities we needed. Continental breakfast is very basic but appreciated it as we had to leave early. We would stay again.

Very nice updates to a longstanding motel with an incredible location right on the beach. Excellent treatment and service from the staff. 5 of 5 for location, staff friendliness and cleanliness. Only improvement could be breakfast food options. Great place to stay in Lincoln City.
