I left feedback on my departure, but I have had no contact from a member of staff which I am disappointed. The room I stayed in is at first glance fantastic, it was a little under cleaned, but I wasn't bothered at first, I couldn't open the windows until I found the keys in 2 separate areas, then on opening the window I banged my head on the wall, no signs stating Mind your Head.... Broken lamp just thrown under the bed, plug sockets hard to reach, went to have a shower to notice the shower head was literally hanging off the ceiling so didn't want to use, started to run a bath and low and behold no hot water..... No one around to ask, I was so disappointed with everything but the food, breakfast was outstanding minus the poor service.

We stayed for one night B&B (family of 4). Room was adequate for 4, you wouldn't want to spend a lot of time in there. We choose a room with a desk as I needed to work, it was big enough for a laptop but nothing else. (I was able to work in more spacious public areas). Breakfast was fantastic. Had a fabulous meal at dinner, but even though we booked a deluxe room it wasn’t top notch. A bit tired in places, the bathroom door was difficult to close and the shower wasn’t the best. Probably wouldn’t stay overnight again, but would go back for dinner in a flash!
