Great hotel stay. Most of the staff were very friendly. Only two things I wasn’t a fan of was the parking fee and breakfast didn’t have much variety

Nice, clean, and modern hotel just 10 minutes from Santa Clara attractions. Rooms are large and well appointed, price was right. Only criticism was the bar not being tended which meant limited beverage options once you were at the property

This hotel met all our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were great for relaxing evenings. The included breakfast was a full meal, and being able to hop right on the 880 made this a perfect place to stay.

Amazing place to stay in. Love that they have all the accommodations and lots of electric car chargers. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Lovely staff as well.

It was fine until the morning, when we were looking for extra wash cloths. We looked under the sink . There was dirty towels and tissue with blood on them. Clearly this is old, but so unsanitary! I have a little one and to think he could have grabbed it, it’s disgusting. There was rocks all along the floor in the bathroom, not sure as to why. No big deal, but didn’t understand it. The room wasn’t as clean as it should be. After finding the towels it made me wonder what else was not cleaned I told the front desk, all I got was a sorry! . But nothing else, disappointed in the outcome. Not a happy camper in this hotel.

What stood out was the friendly staff - there was always someone at the front desk that either greeted you with a smile, or made sure to ack your presence. The room itself, could've been better - 1/3 of the condition bottle left, toilet paper rolls on the stand were not fully stocked, found trash in trindle sofa, and recycle/garbage bins were dirty underneath.We gotta deal on the rooms, but Marriott does come with a "specific standard" of expectation when booking a room.

Sunday morning I requested Housekeeping service with the young lady at the front desk who helped me rebook 1 more night. I even saw the housekeeping lady personally asked her during housekeeping to please make sure she left me 4 bath towels instead of 2. And unfortunately didn't get them and left old wash cloths in the tub which means they didn't even clean the tub. But will give it another shot as it was the first time there. Breakfast was great but could use 2 people attending the breakfast area. Overall clean and definitely recommend.

Maybe it was just bad luck in our room but when we arrived it was so warm in the room and we couldn’t get the temperature adjusted so it was difficult to sleep comfortably. Also, the lights in the bathroom didn’t work so we got ready the next morning in the dark with some sunlight peaking through.

Was clean and neat! No weird smells. Very roomy. Comfy beds. Only downside is the shower would flood the rest of the bathroom, and the pocket door of the bathroom was misaligned, so we couldn't lock the door for privacy. I had mentioned the flooding to the front staff. Not sure if anything was checked up on, as we just left. Definitely would stay again.

I didn’t sleep all that well due to a guest stomping throughout the night. My desk had bumps on it making for an uneven working surface. The breakfast was great. I just wish there were more variety of fruits.

This hotel is so nice! Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were super soft and comfy. They do have a nice breakfast that was free and we really enjoyed that. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area! Staff is the best.

Leo at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful right from the beginning when we arrived! He also arranged a nice gift basket when we mentioned we were visiting the area to celebrate our son's birthday that weekend which made our stay even more memorable! Check out was also very quick. Thank you for the great customer service!

On 08/09/25 in checking in at 10:00 pm the person at the front lobby had a very negative attitude. No customer service skills. However when dealing with other front lobby personnel the following days we’re very friendly. The breakfast was great and the room was clean.

New hotel, pretty clean. breakfast was terrible which is frustrating. They charge for parking, when we called for extra towels they made us go down to the front desk and get them. Poor customer service. But a clean facility.

Front desk at night doesn’t know how to deal with my payment request,they executed the payment with my credit card numbers left in hotels.com directly without asking, but actually the room should be charged by the name who stay not by the credit card of the name of reservation. I ask to cancel the payment but he ask me to request to hotels.com

It took over an hour waiting in the lobby to get an extra blanket on SAT around 9PM. One gentleman was working with a customer on an Expedia issue and was unable to help four to five guest during that time. Why is there only one person working at that time? The 2nd person came back from lunch (I assume) and immediately was rude to me. I was too tired at this point to say something as I needed to get my young kids to bed, now it being 10PM, check the front lobby footage as I waited the entire time.

On 08/09/25 in checking in at 10:00 pm the person at the front lobby had a very negative attitude. No customer service skills. However when dealing with other front lobby personnel the following days we’re very friendly. The breakfast was great and the room was clean.

I didn’t sleep all that well due to a guest stomping throughout the night. My desk had bumps on it making for an uneven working surface. The breakfast was great. I just wish there were more variety of fruits.

Staff was nice, breakfast was good, check in was easy. Didnt know you had to pay for parking but no biggie. They didnt have a bar but also no biggie. Would stay there again

This hotel met all our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were great for relaxing evenings. The included breakfast was a full meal, and being able to hop right on the 880 made this a perfect place to stay.

It’s a beautiful hotel in a great location. However, the daily parking fee is a total turn off. Also, no fridge or mini microwave in the suites. Breakfast was not great. The complimentary coffee in the room is not good for Marriott standards.

Booked a 2 queen and trundle room for 5 guests. Informed hotel we were driving all day from another state and would arrive around midnight. The room given was only 1 bed with a trundle. No bedding for the trundle. Only one towel in the bathroom. My husband went to the front desk to get bedding and they didn't have a full set. He was also only offered 1 key, which keeps the room lights turned on. He overheard the front desk tell another guest that the hotel was short on keys. We have never experienced this at any Springhill before, it is our go-to choice for our family travels.

"Now that's what I call luxury!"... was my son's first comment upon checking in (granted he's 9 and has only been in like 3 budget hotels). That said, first impressions are a big deal, and a clean and sharp looking lobby is a great start. We stayed for 2 nights, used the pool, and the breakfast each morning. The front desk was very responsive when we asked for additional towels, and everything appeared to be neatly new. The breakfast was hot, and even rotated the menu. If I had to nitpick, the room was a little smaller than I mightve expected for a suite, but plenty big enough for a family of 4
