Everything was smooth. Very good location and security. Good room with good amenities. WiFi a little slow , but workable. No complaints. Great for the price. Just cannot beat it

Every thing was excellent , good location in Centro , excellent security , quick check in , hot water , TV , WiFi , excellent price. Would stay here again. Very busy area in the centre

The bed was uncomfortable, there was no key for the hot water, the area is extremely dangerous, there were live cockroaches inside the property, it was very noisy, the security staff used offensive language... in short, a nightmare. They didn't have bath soap and I had to wait because my room wasn't ready. Look for another hotel. This place is useless.

This is my first experience with this type of stay. Breakfast was provided for via a ticket you had to pick up only they have no English speaking staff. Never got breakfast. Water was off for a whole day. The bathroom was microscopic. It feels like a work in progress. Not ready just yet. Will be top notch in a year or two when everything is together
