This is an exceptional hotel with service you would wish for everywhere. The staff are all amazingly well trained and welcoming with an attention to detail being given to every experience of your stay. A truly inspiring hotel which never fails to wow.

The breakfast choices were off the scale! What ever you wanted they had it! Amazing choices from the basics to local specialties! Amazing. The gym was pretty well equipment if not a little cramped where the workout machines had been placed. Very good for a Hotel gym TBH and never busy when I went (0630-0800)

The staff went above and beyond and took care of our family. Leela's customer service is the reason that we prefer this hotel amongst all other 5-star hotels. Our Chennai experience meant that when we went to Udaipur 2 weeks later, we booked Leela Udaipur too, and as always has an amazing experience. Thank you Leela Chennai team for a great stay!!
