Ended up extending our stay here to a full week. Breakfast service and various hotel amenities exceeded expectation. Staff was always friendly, accessible and helpful. Very clean room. Facility and rooms do have some visible deferred maintenance that could benefit from attention. Experienced a weird middle of the night phone call on the room phone from a scammer pretending to be the front desk and requesting financial information. Hotel staff was immediately responsive to helping notify guests and prevention. Biggest disappointment of the stay was experiencing a noisy dog one evening that also barked angrily at and leaped toward me when I left my room. Dog friendly rooms should be limited and segregated where possible.

It was ok. Sunday breakfast was great. Monday breakfast was average. I could feel the springs in my bed. There were hairs that definitely weren't ours in the shower. Staff was nice, but they took a very long timw to clean the rooms. They were cleaning them in the evening, after we had already gone out for the day. We just ended up putting the DND sign out so we could relax after a long day of hiking.

The room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The carpet was really stained up, and the bathroom floor looked like it wasn’t cleaned either. It was OK for a 2 night stay, but I most likely won’t be back. Staff were great though.
