Sorpresa in positivo, all’arrivo ci hanno dato un upgrade sulla camera,Camere ristrutturate tutte in legno. In camera abbiamo trovato frutta fresca. Colazione ottima con prodotti freschi. Inoltre noi che abbiamo un auto elettrica, abbiamo potuto caricare l’auto in loco.

This hotel is a tremendous bargain. They will pick you up from the train station if you request. The rooms are large and comfortable. They have a steam room and sauna. The breakfast was good. The husband/wife managers are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Very centrally located. Spotless. Service is high-level. They have a huge selection of Scotch whiskey, if you're interested in that. A great place to which I'll happily return.

到着すると私の実名を呼んで確かめてくれるなど、ホスピタリティを感じた。外出用のカギと部屋のカギが交換式でユニーク。部屋は広い。バスタブをリクエストしておいたら、実におしゃれなバスタブがあった。アメニティも豊富で清潔。無料の水も置いてくれていた。駐車場はかろうじて残り一台あって駐車できたので、余計なコストもかからずにすんだ。地下にサウナがあり、部屋からバスローブを着て、シースルーのエレベーターで地下におり、サウナ経験ができた。貴重な思い出となった。ポントレジーナのメインストリートに面しており、そぞろ歩きにも便利で満喫した。朝食もおいしかった。夕食もレストランで食べてもよかったかな。総じて大満足です。

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel mitten in Pontresina und somit mit tollem Standort für alle Aktivitäten. Das Auto kann kostenlos geparkt werden und ab dem Einchecken braucht man dieses für den Aufenthalt nicht mehr. Saubere, grosszügige und komfortable Zimmer mit viel Ruhe. Frühstück ist sehr vielseitig und qualitativ top. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Loved Pontresina - very walkable, had a great stay. This hotel is centrally located and very quaint. Staff were excellent. We arrived late, they called to check on us and offered to pick us up from the train station. Breakfast was excellent and we had a nice drink on their back patio in the evening. Overall, excellent accommodation.

We've been travelling around Switzerland all week and enjoying it greatly, but we had the best time by far, and found the very best people at Hotel Mueller! What a wonderful time, we wish we could stay longer. Impeccable service and hospitality, very friendly and kind team. Hotel was perfectly clean and lovely style. Very comfortable beds and linens. We had the best sleep. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and waiters were very kind. Menu is in German and Italian but they were happy to translate and describe the dishes to us in English. Danke! Grazie! We will be back!

Our room was large and clean with a very nice bathroom. Breakfast was wonderful. We were given the Engadine guest card which gave us free local travel including mountain railways and lifts. The staff were very helpful!

The room was well appointed and spotlessly clean. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly (and multilingual). The free wifi was fast and secured. Breakfast simple but more than sufficient. Would not hesitate to come again.

Wonderful stay at this exceptional hotel. Thoughtful room design meant that we had ample room with 2 cases: 2 small wardrobes with shelves and hanging space meant we each had some space for our belongings. Roomy, well-designed bathroom. And excellent soundproofing led to peace and quiet. Staff were helpful, friendly but never fussy - perfect! Breakfasts were excellent with a great range of local meats, cheeses and breads as well as mueslis and fresh fruit. The best hotel in our 9 weeks travel across Italy and Switzerland. Great work by all the staff. We hope to return next year.

Excellent hotel with outstanding staff. We want to highlight the personalized services provided by Andreas , at the front desk, his caring and attention to detail made our stay particularly pleasant. The Engadine’s award of free passes for transportation in the region is a special bonus .

Loved Pontresina - very walkable, had a great stay. This hotel is centrally located and very quaint. Staff were excellent. We arrived late, they called to check on us and offered to pick us up from the train station. Breakfast was excellent and we had a nice drink on their back patio in the evening. Overall, excellent accommodation.

The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating. We checked in early so we could take advantage of the Engadin discount card that included the chair lift to Alp Languard. When we returned to the hotel, they had already put our suitcases in our room. Also we needed to checkout early to catch the Glacier Express train and the staff came early to allow us to eat breakfast before we left and even drove us to the train station!

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel mitten in Pontresina und somit mit tollem Standort für alle Aktivitäten. Das Auto kann kostenlos geparkt werden und ab dem Einchecken braucht man dieses für den Aufenthalt nicht mehr. Saubere, grosszügige und komfortable Zimmer mit viel Ruhe. Frühstück ist sehr vielseitig und qualitativ top. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Wonderful stay at this exceptional hotel. Thoughtful room design meant that we had ample room with 2 cases: 2 small wardrobes with shelves and hanging space meant we each had some space for our belongings. Roomy, well-designed bathroom. And excellent soundproofing led to peace and quiet. Staff were helpful, friendly but never fussy - perfect! Breakfasts were excellent with a great range of local meats, cheeses and breads as well as mueslis and fresh fruit. The best hotel in our 9 weeks travel across Italy and Switzerland. Great work by all the staff. We hope to return next year.

Excellent hotel with modern facilities. Room is comfortable and immaculately clean. The staff are very helpful. The included breakfast was excellent. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant one evening and it was excellent as well.

This is a beautiful hotel right in the center of Pontresina. The rooms are comfortable, and both the restaurant and the terrace are excellent. Parking is convenient, with spaces available behind the hotel. I can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful 15 night stay at the Hotel Mueller in Pontresina. Our room was lovely with very comfortable beds, plenty of storage and windows looking out to the mountains. Our bathroom was spacious and kept very clean. The breakfasts had a good variety, plentiful supplies and we especially enjoyed the excellent local cheeses and meats. Staff were always helpful but not intrusive - there when needed for ideas and advice. The location is great - a few minutes walk to Pontresina Post bus stop with buses going to many different locations, a few minutes walk also to Surovas train stop for the Bernina area and a little further to the main Pontresina train station. We hope to return to this excellent hotel.
