Motel 6-Lebanon, IN

Property is well kept and quiet. There is a washer/ dryer available but thats pretty much it aside from a few vending machines in the lobby.

Just needed more luggage dolly, We're old n had to hand cart things to our car, wasn't happy about it.

One night was enough, back door didn’t lock and management said they’d fix it but ignored it. Sink was dirty, one tv hanging on top of another, bathroom fan hanging from ceiling, nope not staying again.

I stay at this motel at least once a week ,I drive a large truck and they let me park it there, the room is clean always,is quiet and bed is comfortable , the staff is friendly,easy check in and out and the most important thing is this one charges the least amount of money in the Lebanon IN area

THE ONE BEDSPREAD WAS VERY WRINKLED AND THERE WAS PUBIC HAIR IN THE SHOWER. NO ELEVATOR. ONLY COFFEE NO TEA, SMELLED LIKE AN INDIAN RESTAURANT

Very limited services and lack of amenities.

Just ok. Not super clean, not super dirty. No amenities. No coffee maker in room and no breakfast. Staff that checked us in was helpful and welcoming. This is a bare minimum motel.

There wasn't a elevator, the only king beds were on the 2nd floor, so we struggled to get our suitcases up the steps. Only to find dirty sheets with brown streaks on them. They then gave us a room on the lower floor with only a double bed in it. The entry doors from outside would not open with the room key, so they blocked them open with a stone. Who knows what came in over night.

No hair dryer and no way to get your stuff upstairs without carrying it. It was super loud but clean.

I stayed there 2 times in a week on business. Both times the room I was in was clean. Did laundry and machines work very good and clean.

I don’t rate poorly unless there’s a deserving reason. I can live with flat pillows and them switching me from a king bed room to two full beds. Waking up with BED BUG bites is a real deserving reason for a poor review.

Inconvenienced by dragging luggage up two flights of stairs with my very pregnant daughter after I requested a room on the first floor. Once we entered the room, we noticed a huge puddle on the floor by the fridge. We opened the door to find a musty towel rolled up. The man working the desk gave us a key to the room next door. When I pulled back the covers to get into bed, I noticed tiny black dog hairs covering the blanket. My daughter took the blanket and sheet to the front desk and brought back new linens. The second blanket we received also had pet and human hair on it. The sink had a large crack in it, the bathroom floor looked like it had not been cleaned after the last guest. The bathroom wall also needed to be cleaned and looked like something had been spilled, or maybe vomit. The floor around our beds was sticky and our shoes stuck to the floor while walking around our room. Last, but not least, we were rudely awakened when a staff member came to our room knocking at 8am. We had not requested our room to be cleaned and there was no option for a do not disturb sign.

Room was dirty. Walls dirty. Microwave dirty. Toilet seat broke

When i 1st opened the door and looked in, i was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, large and roomy. Loved the fact that it had wood floors. However, when i pulled the blankets back, tbere was body hair between the sheets. Upon checking the other bed, i found it to be in the same condition. I went down and got clean sheets from the front desk. They did offer to move me, but at that point i was skeptical about there cleaning routine. And felt more conformable knowing without a doubt that i had clean sheets. The tub literally had mud in it and onthe side of it. I was to exhaused to switch motels or at that piint i would have. Also, i did not bring a blow dryer, because what motel dont have one, right. Wrong, this motel dont have one. Nor do they have an ink pen in the room, had to go get one out of the car. No, shamp3, conditioner, tissues, nothing. And in all honesty, i would be fine with that in exchange for the affordable price (which it was). However,make that information transparent in you services. So that we can pack accordingly. And dont get me wrong, the building itself appeared clean. But when your simplying staying somewhere to get a nights sleep and take a shower.....you want clean sheets and a clean shower. Btw, the beds are the worat beds i have ever slept in. My 12 yr old granddaughter was actually the 1st ine to complain about how bad the beds were, and kids normally wouldnt say a word about a bed. The staff was nice, i will say that.

Hotel was for the most part clean looking, but the smell when you first walked in was not pleasant. And the towels looked far from clean. Staff was nice at check in. TV remote was taped together with paper holding the batteries and wouldn't control the tv. Cleaning people was extremely noisy very early slamming door after door as well, along with the 6am dog fight. Other than that ok I guess

the receptionist was very helpful but the property had bed bugs and they were noticeable contacted the owner who was very rude obnoxious because we asked for our money back he didn’t threaten to call the police on us because we had gotten upset for not being able to get none of our money back he was very nasty to his employee even hung up in her face i would never visit this place again

Overall, the property was just not clean. It seemed every surface in the room was sticky. The towels were yellowed and stained. The hallways and rest of property seemed to be in similar condition. It made for an uncomfortable stay.

I don’t think our room was cleaned after the last stay. Wrappers still in the bathroom, food in the fridge, etc. The beds were made but that was it.

Our heater/AC was noisy. Everything else was fine

If you need a cheap place to sleep and shower this place is fine. But you kinda get what you pay for. TV did get any signal. Back of remote has red tape holding the batteries in place. Tape on nightstand is holding together trim that is coming off.

Initially good value and a clean, simple room. No toiletries provided, limited and very small towels, room was very very damp.

The hotel was clean and reasonably priced BUT my husband and I both felt that the mattress in our room was one of the most uncomfortable mattresses we have slept on in a long time.

Clean room, friendly staff. The air felt thick and humid when we entered the room. The air would not stay set to the temp we put it on. Woke up in the middle of the night hot and it was reset to 72 when we went to sleep with it on 69.

The room was very limited. No hair dryer, only one towel (our reservation was for 2 adults 1 child), No soap, no breakfast. Tue room was "cleaned" but not clean. The beds had burns on the blankets, the walls were very dirty, the floor didnt look mopped, the fridge had a broken piece inside exposing wires, the bathroom was extremely small. There was no insulation in the walls, you can hear everything in the other rooms on the floor especially the playing kids! Also when we got back to our room the second night hands full, tired from a long day we had to go down and have them fix both door cards neither worked! For the price we paid, we could have booked elsewhere for the same price had more towels, cleaner room, quieter stay and breakfast in the morning. I wouldnt reccomend for more than just a nights sleep! And even then who knows who will be loud!

When we checked in (for a 1 night stay) the woman at the desk told us we owed $300+ for a 3 night stay! Luckily I had the booking info on my phone. Then she said I had booked for only 1 person and I showed her where the confirmation said 2 people. (I had just booked the reservation an hour earlier on line.) She then said it was fine and we ultimately got charged for just the 1 night.

No Toilet Paper or tissues in room. Check-Out was 11am. Starting at 9:30am, they knocked on my door to see if had left five (5) times...

Real nice front desk staff. Room was clean and the AC worked well. Inside and outside weren’t in disrepair. It was nice to be paying half the price of the other two nearby hotels.

When we checked out they were not able to print our receipt but was told they would email it to me. Have received nothing yet. She did tell me the total cost of the stay was $74.79 including everything but the price posted to my credit card was $91.86. I will be contacting them on Monday

Nobody at the desk when I needed them (rang the bell for 5 minutes) but had an employee knocking on the door at 6:30am to verify that I was in the room!?!?!?

Our room was very clean! Staff was helpful and very friendly!

The guys that run this property are great and they make for a quick, easy, and safe stay!

It was a great location for the basketball tournament we were attending. Staff was super nice. It was missing the couch in our room. Remember it's the extreme basic, so bring all you might need. Room was clean

It was in a convenient location for what my trip was for. Plus food was easily accessible.

Check in was easy. Staff super friendly. Room was good. Overall clean. Only one roll of toilet paper and no sink stopper. Close to restaurants and expressway.

Night staff was great. We had four of us in our room. Had only 2 towels so we asked for 2 and was told to bring the other 2 back first. Had to buy shampoo from a vending machine. No breakfast. Should have been a $39 room.

I didn't really like the price since there wasn't breakfast included with the price of the room.

We arrived at 12:15 am and left at 7:15 am. Served our purpose well as we just needed a place to lay horizontal for a bit. Side tables had animal hair and sticky substance on them. If you really looked around you could have issues with cleanliness. For the price we were happy. Site claims breakfast which there was none.

Clean, simple rooms. This worked for us. Would have liked a continental breakfast or in-room coffee maker.

I never expect much from a Motel 6 but when they charge you $100+ a night you should at least get shampoo, hair dryer, and a continental breakfast

Fine for the price. The only thing offered in the morning was coffee but the night desk clerk had not made it by the time I was ready to leave.

Place was very clean for the money. No coffee in the room and no breakfast at all
