Rosie's Seaview-Lake to ocean view

The property was spacious, very clean and well maintained. The view was lovely from high up on the hill. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. I'm sure it would be comfortable in summer, however, we stayed in winter and the heating was inadequate. There is an electric fireplace which just puffs out a tiny bit of heat and a split system, which is pretty old and didn't work well. The living space faces south, so it was pretty cold without any sun. There was no heating in the three upstairs bedrooms. The remotes for the tv and split system were both nearly flat - we had to buy new batteries.
