Very comfortable. Large and spacious room. Beach within walking distance. Charming pool with beautiful view. However, the big difference is the dedication and joy that the owners bring to the service. They don't let you think for 2 seconds before you get another glass of ice-cold water, in addition to filling us with local tips and help.

We enjoyed 4 nights of our honeymoon in the care of these extraordinary hosts at this beautiful boutique hotel that is situated on the quietest portion of the main road, easily accessible to Mykonos town, Ornos beach and some beautiful sunsets right off of our doorstep. Most comfortable beds we enjoyed throughout our journey! The service was exceptional, cleanliness was immaculate and breakfast by the pool overlooking the Aegean was the absolutely perfect start to each day! Thank you and we sincerely hope to return again :)

what a way to remember our first time on this beautiful little island! marios and marina and their lovely team are truly the stars of this amazing accommodation. from the moment we arrived, we were given a lay of the land, so much precious information to help us make our time on the island as easy as possible. all the detailed recommendations for restaurants and the various beaches, so immaculately provided by marina, we were spoiled for choice! the island of mykonos is beautiful and the views nothing short of spectacular, but one of the best times we had was spent by the pool bar chatting with marios and farhad - especially with marios indulging us with a mean caprioska or two… or three! there are a variety of accommodations and areas one can choose to explore mykonos from, but we loved the quiet of lithos that was still convenient with restaurants and a lovely beach within walking distance. the room was spacious and super well kept with an amazing view of the sea, a lovely way to wake up every day! highly recommend this 5-star worthy accommodation run by a wonderful family that will make your experience on mykonos even more special and unforgettable! thank you marios and marina for making it even harder to leave the island - you know you’re doing something right when you make it hard for people to say goodbye!

Amazing place to stay for couples. The pool is amazing and you get an outstanding sunset view. The walk to the domes is 5 minutes but be prepared to hike, the hill is steep. We rented an atv and free parking was provided!

Everything was perfect. We felt welcome from the first second of our visit. The staff is amazing friendly and all places of the property are perfectly clean. We loved the pool an the pool area with a nice view to the oceen.

Amazing boutique hotel! The pool area is great and the rooms are immaculate. We had an apartment room which was perfect for a family of 4. The area is nice - a short walk to a great beach. The nearby bay of Ornos is superb too - there are some great eateries there and some offer a few pick up. The owners & staff are extremely helpful and can do no wrong! All in all this was an absolute highlight of our trip

Absolutely superb hotel. This should be 5* - beautiful property that is absolutely immaculate. Beautiful rooms, beautiful pool and intimate pool bar area. I stayed in a superior suite and the view over the bay was beautiful. Most of all the service sets this hotel apart. Marios and team are exceptional people. Really personable and go above and beyond to help, accommodate and make you feel welcome in their hotel. Could not do enough to help you make the most of your time there and take a genuine interest in everyone as a person, not simply a paying guest. Having stayed in some 5 star properties around the world, none have the service level you get at a personalised level you do here. The hotel is small but truly exceptional. Close to some great restaurants and beautiful quiet beaches. Would highly recommend you make this a go to hotel if you’re staying in Mykonos.

This was one of the most amazing experiences we’ve had. From check in to check out. They have been truly amazing. The hospitality, service, and friendly people. The breakfast was superb, attentive and remember everything from who you are to what you like. The room was perfect, great views, pool, terraces, facilities, beds, everything was just perfect. We will definitely be coming back. Marios and team were just great. Not just a guest, Marios made you feel like a friend and extended member of the family. They all did. Truly exceptional and look forward to seeing everyone again soon.

Lovely independently owned property. The owners were always happy to help, as well as all the staff. In a quiet part of the island, but near a few local restaurants and supermarket. Easy to get the bus into town though. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Perfect hotel for a relaxing break.

Beautiful property with fantastic hosts. The rooms are in immaculate condition and the property is in pristine condition. My family and I travelled to Mykonos in May of 2023. The hosts sit down and spend time with you and tell you how best to enjoy Mykonos. I cannot say enough good things about the husband and wife owners. Excellent people!

Absolutely wonderful hotel, the owners Marina & Marios have created something very unique & truly special indeed. The room was bright & clean & spacious with stunning views of the pool, sea & Delos. I travelled alone and have never felt so safe, my holiday felt all the more relaxing & enjoyable, Nothing was too much trouble from booking trips, taxis, restaurants to beach recommendations, they really are incredibly helpful, staff were all so friendly, especially Farhat. Cannot wait to return.

Marios and team were amazing. Cleanliness and hospitality were above and beyond- we did many of the recommendations. The hotel is a walkable 10 minutes from Ornos but also conveniently located where a bus stop is to get to/from.

Great modern hotel, with a very personalised, friendly and helpful service. Your welcomed right away and we were given maps and lots of info of areas to visit. All the team were happy, and made us feel at home. Rooms had plenty of space, we were a family of 4, free water which was a extra nice touch and sit down breakfast (no buffet) which we thought was better. Thank you for such a lovely stay

Marios and Marina made us feel at home, as if we were staying with the nicest relatives, and spared no effort to make our stay superb. Their personalised attention and service orientation was among the best we’ve experienced in many years of travelling around the world. Marina, Farhat e Mario , 3 persone che rendono un soggiorno perfetto in un luogo incantevole. Camere ampi e pulite e la nostra aveva una vista splendida su tutto il golfo. Ma la vera grande differenza la fanno Marina, Farhat e Mario: cortesi, professionali, amichevoli, precisi, preparati... Insomma perfetti.

Marina, Farhat e Mario , 3 persone che rendono un soggiorno perfetto in un luogo incantevole. Camere ampi e pulite e la nostra aveva una vista splendida su tutto il golfo. We had a fabulous stay at Lithos. The property and location are just superb. The scheduled bus to town and back was the so so ideal for us. We were a family of 4 including with 2 teens and the sea view suite was so spacious and absolutely perfect. The real gem in the stay is the hospitality, care and personal touch by Marios and Marina, who make it their personal mission to ensure that their guests have all the information they need about the island. We got some lovely recommendations from Marios and enjoyed every bit of it. Thank you Marios and Marina, you spoiled us in Mykonos, because we have not seen such hospitality in any of our other stays in Greece. If you are reading this review, you are thinking of booking this place. Don’t think, just book it - you will not regret it!

Absolutely wonderful hotel, the owners Marina & Marios have created something very unique & truly special indeed. The room was bright & clean & spacious with stunning views of the pool, sea & Delos. I travelled alone and have never felt so safe, my holiday felt all the more relaxing & enjoyable, Nothing was too much trouble from booking trips, taxis, restaurants to beach recommendations, they really are incredibly helpful, staff were all so friendly, especially Farhat. Cannot wait to return.

Great modern hotel, with a very personalised, friendly and helpful service. Your welcomed right away and we were given maps and lots of info of areas to visit. All the team were happy, and made us feel at home. Rooms had plenty of space, we were a family of 4, free water which was a extra nice touch and sit down breakfast (no buffet) which we thought was better. Thank you for such a lovely stay

Marios en Marina are the owners of this beautiful hotel. They personally take care of you during your stay. Marios contacted me prior to our stay to ensure we had transfer arrangements. One your arrive, Marina checks you in and sits down with you to review your itinerary. In our case she helped secure us a car rental that was delivered right to the hotel. The room was quite spacious and beautiful with a great view. In the meninges you can find Mario's preparing breakfast by the pool. We really enjoyed our stay on property. Also very close to many of the sights and restaurants. I highly recommend this place and can't thank them enough for making our stay pleasant.

Greeted with a rundown of the island which is super helpful, the beach is across the street, a bus stop to the town is in front of the hotel and there is a lovely restaurant and small market within walking distance. That being said, the owners and the very pleasant gentleman who served us breakfast daily are the best and truly want every guest to enjoy their stay. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Marios and team were amazing. Cleanliness and hospitality were above and beyond- we did many of the recommendations. The hotel is a walkable 10 minutes from Ornos but also conveniently located where a bus stop is to get to/from.

Lovely independently owned property. The owners were always happy to help, as well as all the staff. In a quiet part of the island, but near a few local restaurants and supermarket. Easy to get the bus into town though. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Perfect hotel for a relaxing break.

Very comfortable. Large and spacious room. Beach within walking distance. Charming pool with beautiful view. However, the big difference is the dedication and joy that the owners bring to the service. They don't let you think for 2 seconds before you get another glass of ice-cold water, in addition to filling us with local tips and help.

We enjoyed 4 nights of our honeymoon in the care of these extraordinary hosts at this beautiful boutique hotel that is situated on the quietest portion of the main road, easily accessible to Mykonos town, Ornos beach and some beautiful sunsets right off of our doorstep. Most comfortable beds we enjoyed throughout our journey! The service was exceptional, cleanliness was immaculate and breakfast by the pool overlooking the Aegean was the absolutely perfect start to each day! Amazing boutique hotel! The pool area is great and the rooms are immaculate. We had an apartment room which was perfect for a family of 4. The area is nice - a short walk to a great beach. The nearby bay of Ornos is superb too - there are some great eateries there and some offer a few pick up. The owners & staff are extremely helpful and can do no wrong! All in all this was an absolute highlight of our trip

what a way to remember our first time on this beautiful little island! marios and marina and their lovely team are truly the stars of this amazing accommodation. from the moment we arrived, we were given a lay of the land, so much precious information to help us make our time on the island as easy as possible. all the detailed recommendations for restaurants and the various beaches, so immaculately provided by marina, we were spoiled for choice! the island of mykonos is beautiful and the views nothing short of spectacular, but one of the best times we had was spent by the pool bar chatting with marios and farhad - especially with marios indulging us with a mean caprioska or two… or three! there are a variety of accommodations and areas one can choose to explore mykonos from, but we loved the quiet of lithos that was still convenient with restaurants and a lovely beach within walking distance. the room was spacious and super well kept with an amazing view of the sea, a lovely way to wake up every day! highly recommend this 5-star worthy accommodation run by a wonderful family that will make your experience on mykonos even more special and unforgettable! thank you marios and marina for making it even harder to leave the island - you know you’re doing something right when you make it hard for people to say goodbye!

Wonderful property, amazing family that owns and operates this property. They make you feel like you are visiting freinds, and are so warm and welcoming. The rooms and property are immaculate, the food and drinks are delicous and the pool is so lovely! Don't hesitiate to book here, you will not regret it!

Marios en Marina are the owners of this beautiful hotel. They personally take care of you during your stay. Marios contacted me prior to our stay to ensure we had transfer arrangements. One your arrive, Marina checks you in and sits down with you to review your itinerary. In our case she helped secure us a car rental that was delivered right to the hotel. The room was quite spacious and beautiful with a great view. In the meninges you can find Mario's preparing breakfast by the pool. We really enjoyed our stay on property. Also very close to many of the sights and restaurants. I highly recommend this place and can't thank them enough for making our stay pleasant.

You couldn't find better hosts or a more beautiful property. Greeted with a rundown of the island which is super helpful, the beach is across the street, a bus stop to the town is in front of the hotel and there is a lovely restaurant and small market within walking distance. That being said, the owners and the very pleasant gentleman who served us breakfast daily are the best and truly want every guest to enjoy their stay. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

This was one of the most amazing experiences we’ve had. From check in to check out. They have been truly amazing. The hospitality, service, and friendly people. The breakfast was superb, attentive and remember everything from who you are to what you like. The room was perfect, great views, pool, terraces, facilities, beds, everything was just perfect. We will definitely be coming back. Marios and team were just great. Not just a guest, Marios made you feel like a friend and extended member of the family. They all did. Truly exceptional and look forward to seeing everyone again soon.

I loved my stay at Lithos by Spyros & Flora so much and truly can’t wait to return. From the very first day to the last, the hosts were absolutely wonderful, warm, friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. They gave me so many great tips and recommendations throughout my stay and made me feel so welcome and comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful and truly top level. My room was gorgeous with a cute terrace overseeing the main route to the beach. It was so comfy, and had everything I could have wanted. And the breakfast was divine! One of my favorite ways to start each day in Mykonos was having breakfast on the rooftop by the pool, overlooking the stunning Aegean Sea. It was peaceful, beautiful, and honestly felt like a little piece of paradise. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and beginning of my trip. I would happily return in a heartbeat. We had a wonderful stay in Mykonos and would highly recommend this accommodation. The studio was spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped, with a convenient kitchenette and a bedroom that made it feel like a home away from home.
