We enjoyed our stay. Excellent breakfast. Very hepful staff. Right on the lake. Easy walk into town for eating options. The taxi was a good price from the bus station. Turn right from the hotel 10 min walk for great views of mount Fuji accross the lake. We paid extra for the private heated mineral bath. Used the hotel shuttle back to the bus station. The rooms are traditional style. 5 out 5 from our group.

The hotel was wonderful, while there wasnt mt. Fuji views, it was walking distance to areas with mt. Fuji views. The amenities here are great, from the manga cafe to the meal service to the onsen. I hope to stay here again soon!

Enjoyed our stay. Room were nicely appointed and had plenty of space for 5 adults. Very clean. Nice location. Room keys wouldn’t work a few times but the staff were helpful to fix the problem. We would stay again!
