We loved absolutely everything in this hotel and we've even decided to stay longer. Service: quality of service was what surprised us the most. The staff is very polite and helpful, they care about each customer and do their job very well. Outstanding! Dinner and breakfast: As a vegan, I had plenty options to eat and during the dinner they have prepared hot pot meal without animal-derived products for me. Room: spacious, bath could be cleaned better, but acceptable. Since it was winter, it took some time to warm up the room of this size for 1 air conditioner. Hot spring: in addition to public bath, they have absolutely amazing 2 open-air private hot baths that you can use freely, very easy to reserve, just take a time plate in the lobby. This was the highlight of our trip. Amenities: high-quality, product ops did a great job choosing amenities. They have very delicious and wide selection of teas and we loved female amenities: hair treatment, cream and lotion. There are a lot of stuff to rent for free, starting from extra pillows and blankets, ending with playing cards. Extra services: we've got a free 1 hour in karaoke, in the lobby there is free drink bar and even free hot oden soup during the daytime, which was a surprise and nice to have after we've spent a cold day outdoors in winter. Location: just 3-4 minutes walk from station, and 2 min. to the convenience store and drugstore. We will be visiting this hotel again and again in the future.

子連れにおすすめです。 全ての大浴場や貸切風呂に、ベビーベッド、ベビーバスが必ずありました。 ベビーソープも貸し出しあります。 食事場では机付きの椅子（ベルトあり）もあるし、もう少し大きい子供向けの椅子も揃ってます。

Une seule personne parle anglais. C'est difficile de se faire comprendre. Les jeux comme ping pong et babyfoot sont abîmés. Le onsen côté homme manque d'entretien. Cela paraît sale. Le petit déj offert le matin est typiquement japonais mais cela n'est pas très appétissant pour des non japonais. La chambre style japonais était agréable. Nous avons bien dormi sur les futons à quatre.

This hotel is a gem! Spacious, clean rooms, breakfast included, private onsen baths, and even karaoke! I would give this 5 stars but it is to be noted that this hotel is not a 9 mins walk from Shiga Kogen Ski Area… its a 40 minute bus. Very easy to navigate though. Would stay again.

外観は古い感じだが、改装している部分も多く清潔感はある。 スタッフは外国人が多いが親切に対応してくれるので不便もなく、よかった。 貸切風呂が一回の宿泊につき一部屋一回（30分）しか使えないという決まりだったのが残念だった。 宿泊客が多い時は仕方ないが空いているなら檜と岩風呂両方入りたかった。 シャンプートリートメントが、質の良いものが置いてあってよかった。 貸し出しの物が色々あったり、ドリンクサービス、マッサージチェア無料など、サービスがよかった。 飲み放題の飲み物は長野の信州ワインや日本酒などいいものが置いてあった。ビールのグラスも冷えていて、セルフの自動サーバーだが泡もクリーミーに注げていて美味しかった。 この値段でこの内容ならまた宿泊したいと思った。

Hotel que, si bien no es lujoso, cumple bien. Limpio, cómodo y, sobre todo, acogedor. Ambiente familiar y muchos servicios disponibles (Onsen público, Onsen privado durante media hora, karaoke, biblioteca de manga -en japonés, eso sí-, bebidas gratis de cafe, te y agua, y aperitivo gratis hasta las 17.30 -huevo duro, y unos vegetales tipicos de japon que no sé cómo se llaman). Los empleados muy agradables, y aunque no tienen buen inglés (mucho menos español) como es generalizado en Japon, se hacen entender y tratan de hacerte la vida más fácil.

Pros: The staff was very accomodating and friendly. There were plenty of staff around if we ever needed anything. The beds were comfortable and they refreshed all our bath linens without having to be asked. Cons: the place was quite outdated, which wouldn't matter in and of itself, but it wasn't very clean. The beds covers were dirty; one had obvious bloodstains and another had brown streaks, which I optimistically told myself was food.

Ambiente familiar y muchos servicios disponibles (Onsen público, Onsen privado durante media hora, karaoke, biblioteca de manga -en japonés, eso sí-, bebidas gratis de cafe, te y agua, y aperitivo gratis hasta las 17.30 -huevo duro, y unos vegetales tipicos de japon que no sé cómo se llaman). Los empleados muy agradables, y aunque no tienen buen inglés (mucho menos español) como es generalizado en Japon, se hacen entender y tratan de hacerte la vida más fácil.

We loved absolutely everything in this hotel and we've even decided to stay longer. Service: quality of service was what surprised us the most. The staff is very polite and helpful, they care about each customer and do their job very well. Outstanding! Dinner and breakfast: As a vegan, I had plenty options to eat and during the dinner they have prepared hot pot meal without animal-derived products for me. Room: spacious, bath could be cleaned better, but acceptable. Since it was winter, it took some time to warm up the room of this size for 1 air conditioner. Hot spring: in addition to public bath, they have absolutely amazing 2 open-air private hot baths that you can use freely, very easy to reserve, just take a time plate in the lobby. This was the highlight of our trip. Amenities: high-quality, product ops did a great job choosing amenities. They have very delicious and wide selection of teas and we loved female amenities: hair treatment, cream and lotion. There are a lot of stuff to rent for free, starting from extra pillows and blankets, ending with playing cards. Extra services: we've got a free 1 hour in karaoke, in the lobby there is free drink bar and even free hot oden soup during the daytime, which was a surprise and nice to have after we've spent a cold day outdoors in winter. Location: just 3-4 minutes walk from station, and 2 min. to the convenience store and drugstore. We will be visiting this hotel again and again in the future.

Une seule personne parle anglais. C'est difficile de se faire comprendre. Les jeux comme ping pong et babyfoot sont abîmés. Le onsen côté homme manque d'entretien. Cela paraît sale. Le petit déj offert le matin est typiquement japonais mais cela n'est pas très appétissant pour des non japonais. La chambre style japonais était agréable. Nous avons bien dormi sur les futons à quatre.

The hoyel was very quiet and the staff couldnt do enough for us. We used the private onsen which was lovely. A great Japanese restaurant next door. The breakfast was nice too. Mostly Japanese options but also croissants and fruit too.

Pros: The staff was very accomodating and friendly. There were plenty of staff around if we ever needed anything. The beds were comfortable and they refreshed all our bath linens without having to be asked. Cons: the place was quite outdated, which wouldn't matter in and of itself, but it wasn't very clean. The beds covers were dirty; one had obvious bloodstains and another had brown streaks, which I optimistically told myself was food.

This hotel is a gem! Spacious, clean rooms, breakfast included, private onsen baths, and even karaoke! I would give this 5 stars but it is to be noted that this hotel is not a 9 mins walk from Shiga Kogen Ski Area… its a 40 minute bus. Very easy to navigate though. Would stay again.

Super hotel just five mins walk from the train / bus station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bathroom is probably the smallest I have ever been in but worked ok and even though the showerhead was a 50p temu plastic one, it was the best shower of our trip. Included food was more Japanese based than European but we managed. The Onsen was very nice too. We did message the hotel months in advance asking if the half board food had vegetarian options and did not get a response but presumed it would be ok as it is a heavily patronised tourist area. When we got to our designated table we were faced with two plates of raw meat. There were few veggie options and even the tofu looked like it had minced beef in it. But it is quite a Japanese style hotel rather so we rolled with it. As you do.

Hot spring: in addition to public bath, they have absolutely amazing 2 open-air private hot baths that you can use freely, very easy to reserve, just take a time plate in the lobby. This was the highlight of our trip. Amenities: high-quality, product ops did a great job choosing amenities. They have very delicious and wide selection of teas and we loved female amenities: hair treatment, cream and lotion. There are a lot of stuff to rent for free, starting from extra pillows and blankets, ending with playing cards. Extra services: we've got a free 1 hour in karaoke, in the lobby there is free drink bar and even free hot oden soup during the daytime, which was a surprise and nice to have after we've spent a cold day outdoors in winter. Location: just 3-4 minutes walk from station, and 2 min. to the convenience store and drugstore. We will be visiting this hotel again and again in the future.

The hoyel was very quiet and the staff couldnt do enough for us. We used the private onsen which was lovely. A great Japanese restaurant next door. The breakfast was nice too. Mostly Japanese options but also croissants and fruit too.

This hotel is a gem! Spacious, clean rooms, breakfast included, private onsen baths, and even karaoke! I would give this 5 stars but it is to be noted that this hotel is not a 9 mins walk from Shiga Kogen Ski Area… its a 40 minute bus. Very easy to navigate though. Would stay again.

Super hotel just five mins walk from the train / bus station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bathroom is probably the smallest I have ever been in but worked ok and even though the showerhead was a 50p temu plastic one, it was the best shower of our trip. Included food was more Japanese based than European but we managed. The Onsen was very nice too. We did message the hotel months in advance asking if the half board food had vegetarian options and did not get a response but presumed it would be ok as it is a heavily patronised tourist area. When we got to our designated table we were faced with two plates of raw meat. There were few veggie options and even the tofu looked like it had minced beef in it. But it is quite a Japanese style hotel rather so we rolled with it. As you do.

Dejligt hotel tæt ved yudanaka station. Der er Onsen også i private rum. Meget dejlig buffet om aftenen inkl drikkevarer. Lidt svært at forstå deres engelsk og de dr meget hjælpsomme. Nærområdet almindeligt.

Une seule personne parle anglais. C'est difficile de se faire comprendre. Les jeux comme ping pong et babyfoot sont abîmés. Le onsen côté homme manque d'entretien. Cela paraît sale. Le petit déj offert le matin est typiquement japonais mais cela n'est pas très appétissant pour des non japonais. La chambre style japonais était agréable. Nous avons bien dormi sur les futons à quatre.

スタッフの対応も良くて、無料サービスもあって良かったです。 貸し切り風呂もありますが、入浴時間が30分と短いので、疲れを癒すにはもう少し長いといいと思いました。 食事の品数はそれほど多くはありませんが、工夫されていて良かったです。ドリンクもアルコールも飲み放題でした。 また利用したい宿です。

設備は古いけど、部屋は清潔だし、チェーンホテルを参考にしてるのかサービスは色々頑張っている。 予約制の貸し切り風呂があるのも面白い。 駅からも近いし、部屋の広さや温泉もあると考えると、抜群のコストパフォーマンス。
