Bra hotell, står fint til 4-stjerner. Men bassenget var litt lite, solsengene var under tak og ikke noe mulighet for å sole seg. Greit treningsstudio. Litt upraktisk med dusj i badekar som ikke klarer å ta unna vannet. Så det renner utover gulvet. Grei frokost, men de er alt for raske med å ta bort navneskiltene til matene lenge før tiden går ut. Bra sted for familie.

Nice hotel slightly away from the crowds. We booked 2 rooms with balconies and had amazing views over the river, bridges and further afield. The rooftop pool was a wonderful respite from the hot humid weather and had stunning views. Staff were pleasant and attentive. Breakfast buffet was extensive. Stayed 4 nights and would happily stay again.
Nice hotel slightly away from the crowds. We booked 2 rooms with balconies and had amazing views over the river, bridges and further afield. The rooftop pool was a wonderful respite from the hot humid weather and had stunning views. Staff were pleasant and attentive. Breakfast buffet was extensive. Stayed 4 nights and would happily stay again.

Fivitel Da Nang truly everything in one place! Delicious food, relaxing full body massage, hair wash & treatment, gym, swimming pool… and on top of it all, the breathtaking Babylon Garden We booked for 7 days, loved it so much we extended for another 7. The view is amazing from the room and very affordable. Location in by the river and close to everything. We had stayed at the beach but ti was too loud, we moved inland for some peace and relaxation. Has desk and fast wifi. Highly recommended, would stay there every time.

The 360 rooftop view is wonderful accept i 've walknup 2 floor wherelse the elevator stop at level 24 moreover swimming pool & restaurant was at level 25 the stair were pretty steep not suitable for elderly and children. I hope the property management will extend the elevator.

The location is superb. Being the only tall building in the vicinity, you could overlooked 360° around Da Nang. The bed is comfortable and the room with stunning city view. The balcony is not cleaned, where the previous tenant's leftover dirty bottle are there for my entire 3 days stay. Another setback is the bathtub is too high with no shower screen. So after a shower, the floor will be wet and coming out from the bathtub is very slippery. Not ideal for old people.

저희는 새벽3시에 도착해서 0.5박으로 가게된 슥소인데 걍 호이안 갈 생각으로 2박했어요. 다른건 아주 만족스럽고 샤워기가 한국사람들이 필터사용해서 그런지 물이 새드라고요. 그건 별로긴했지만... 조식이..수박 맛집이더라고요. 태어나서 일케 맛난 수박 첨이었고, 커피가 너무 맛났어요. 원두 바로 머신으로 로시팅된게 나오는거 아니었는데도 고소하고 초쿌릿향에 커피 최고였어요. 한번에 3잔이상 마셨어요. 참고로 스타벅스외 일반 한국커피 다 마시는 커피마니아 입니다. 사람이 많이 없어서 좀 걱정이었으나 생각보다 조식 맛났어요. ^^ 이번엔 4인가족으로 여행다녀오게 됐어요. 이불은 꿉꿉하지 않고 깨끗한느낌이었어요. 다만 시설이 연식이 있어 보이긴했어요. 참고하세요 전 피비텔2박, 하얏트2박,시실리아2박입니다. 다른 후기도 작성할께오ㅓ~

Two knocks: 1) After house keeping on one occasion the cleaning staffs left behind a dirty towel of their own on the back/shoulder rest of the room’s sofa bed/couch; just a minor issue. 2) Now this is a serious issue, albeit not entirely the hotel’s fault. Long story short, the floor in which we stayed at was filled with cigarette smoke even though the hotel is supposedly a smoke free environment. The smell was weak initially, but later became unbearable. At 11:30pm or so when we communicated the issue with the front desk, the hotel staffs said it was too late too handle the issue and that they’ll remind the guests on our floor to not smoke. Given the time, I didn’t request for a room change or anything at the time but did so early the next morning, which I was then told to wait until between 12pm-1pm. I’m assuming the wait was because there were no rooms of the same room type available at that time but one is opening up but only after the guest(s) checks out and house keeping takes place. Were there any rooms but of different room type available at that time? I don’t know. The aforementioned was my assumption, but what really happened should’ve been communicated to me (barring language problems then it’s entirely understandable but the staffs seem to be fluent enough in english). At 12:40pm or so I got a call saying that my new room was ready. The inconvenience was I had start my day late. Looking back, the staff should’ve reminded guests at check in about not smoking.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff were amazing—so friendly and helpful. After an issue with our first room, they kindly upgraded us, which made our experience even better. When my friend got sick, they went out of their way to take care of us, which we truly appreciated. The room was spacious, quiet, and spotless. The hotel's rooftop offers incredible views, and the breakfast had a great variety of options. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is superb. Being the only tall building in the vicinity, you could overlooked 360° around Da Nang. The bed is comfortable and the room with stunning city view. The balcony is not cleaned, where the previous tenant's leftover dirty bottle are there for my entire 3 days stay. Another setback is the bathtub is too high with no shower screen. So after a shower, the floor will be wet and coming out from the bathtub is very slippery. Not ideal for old people.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff were amazing—so friendly and helpful. After an issue with our first room, they kindly upgraded us, which made our experience even better. Nice hotel slightly away from the crowds. We booked 2 rooms with balconies and had amazing views over the river, bridges and further afield. The rooftop pool was a wonderful respite from the hot humid weather and had stunning views. Staff were pleasant and attentive. Breakfast buffet was extensive. Stayed 4 nights and would happily stay again.

Nice room & hotel but if you’re a minority just know you will be watched with a fine tooth comb!!! They want to know your every move!!! On the day of checkout, they had a worker go check the rooms before we left to see if anything was broken & or missing. They had the nerve to say one of the stupid fake phones was not in the room!!! I said what?!?! GTFOH!!! No want your dumb $5 phone! I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone! Racist hotel!!!!

Delicious food, relaxing full body massage, hair wash & treatment, gym, swimming pool… and on top of it all, the breathtaking Babylon Garden We booked for 7 days, loved it so much we extended for another 7. The view is amazing from the room and very affordable. Location in by the river and close to everything. We had stayed at the beach but ti was too loud, we moved inland for some peace and relaxation. Has desk and fast wifi. Highly recommended, would stay there every time.

Bra hotell, står fint til 4-stjerner. Men bassenget var litt lite, solsengene var under tak og ikke noe mulighet for å sole seg. Greit treningsstudio. Litt upraktisk med dusj i badekar som ikke klarer å ta unna vannet. Så det renner utover gulvet. Grei frokost, men de er alt for raske med å ta bort navneskiltene til matene lenge før tiden går ut. Bra sted for familie.

저희는 새벽3시에 도착해서 0.5박으로 가게된 슥소인데 걍 호이안 갈 생각으로 2박했어요. 다른건 아주 만족스럽고 샤워기가 한국사람들이 필터사용해서 그런지 물이 새드라고요. 그건 별로긴했지만... 조식이..수박 맛집이더라고요. 태어나서 일케 맛난 수박 첨이었고, 커피가 너무 맛났어요. 원두 바로 머신으로 로시팅된게 나오는거 아니었는데도 고소하고 초쿌릿향에 커피 최고였어요. 한번에 3잔이상 마셨어요. 참고로 스타벅스외 일반 한국커피 다 마시는 커피마니아 입니다. 사람이 많이 없어서 좀 걱정이었으나 생각보다 조식 맛났어요. ^^ 이번엔 4인가족으로 여행다녀오게 됐어요. 이불은 꿉꿉하지 않고 깨끗한느낌이었어요. 다만 시설이 연식이 있어 보이긴했어요. 참고하세요 전 피비텔2박, 하얏트2박,시실리아2박입니다. 다른 후기도 작성할께오ㅓ~

I’ve stayed at 3 different properties in two weeks of traveling, and this has definitely been the best room and experience. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They took my luggage to my room and gave a welcome drink upon arrival. My room had an amazing view of the mountains and the Han River. It was very peaceful and quiet on my floor. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was delicious. That yoghurt! Also, the pool was great and had an amazing view. It has a great location with a lot of restaurants within walking distance. A plus also, is that it’s not far from the airport.

I had a wonderful stay at Fivitel Da Nang. The hotel’s location by the Han River and Tran Thi Ly Bridge offers breathtaking views, especially at night. My room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with modern amenities that made my stay relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was varied and delicious, and I enjoyed the pool and fitness center during my stay. Overall, Fivitel Da Nang provides excellent value for money, combining great service, comfort, and convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang.
