A good option for a short stay after the rustic adventure in Corcovado National Park. The staff were friendly, there is direct access to the beach, and the terrace offers a beautiful view. The rooms are set up in an American hostel style and are somewhat difficult to access, but the staff help with carrying luggage. We found the shower curtains unhygienic — this really feels outdated. A 4x4 is recommended for reaching the hotel, but that applies to the entire Drake Bay area anyway.

We were upgraded to a very nice room overlooking the beach. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our stay included breakfast and dinner- excellent food. Drake Bay is a remote area so it was nice to have everything provided by the hotel. When we took a day tour to Corcovado National Park, the boat picked us up at the beach in front of the hotel.
