Convenient location in Canary Wharf. Hotel staff are excellent. Rooms are nice and large and modern. Can also access viewing platforms on higher floors.

I had an amazing experience staying at the Cove Landmark Pinnacle Canary Wharf. The hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The location was fantastic, with Tesco Express nearby and easy access to Canary Wharf Station and a bus stop in front of the hotel. Room 414 offered a stunning view of the river, and the indoor garden/work area on the 57th floor was breathtaking. Despite my fear of heights, I felt comfortable enjoying the view from this area. The hotel's play area is great for families with children, but it would be even better with the addition of fruit trees to create a warm and exotic environment. The hotel supplied almost everything we needed for our one-week stay, from a toaster to pots & pans, and even detergent and dishwasher tabs. Overall, I highly recommend the Cove Landmark Pinnacle Canary Wharf for its great location, stunning views, and thoughtful amenities.

Beautiful view....dirty windows. Basic self catering equipment....two of everything and not one thing more, no microwave, no onsite bar but tesco close by. Helpful pleasant staff.Canary wharf itself feels heartless with limited dining.

Nice upscale apartment-style room. Good views, very well kept, clean, comfortable and quiet. The "large studio" felt spacious, with a sitting area with couch and dining/work table. Although I didn't really use it, the good sized kitchen area is nice to have for long stays, and could be extra useful since the building has no dining or other food amenities. Although the location is not in the city center, the train is close-by and in 15 mins you're in the heart of things. The maze of malls at Canary Wharf have tons of restaurant and shopping options--not the most interesting place to hang out but very convenient with lots of variety. Only complaint about the room was the occasionally noisy AC system. It's great that it's highly controllable, but it sometimes made an annoying clicking sound for several minutes after the system kicked on. Wasn't annoying enough to make me change rooms but slightly marred an otherwise very enjoyable stay.

Very impressed by this place. Just a few minutes walk from Canary Wharf Station; room had kitchen and plenty of room to sit. Clean, modern. Big lifts! Offered Grab & Go breakfast and great place to stay - I was seeing Peter Kay at O2 (one tube stop away) so very convenient. Quiet, safe area etc. Like I say, very impressed (Peter Kay was good too - but not quite his old self - but glad I went)

We had a great stay. Lovely clean, quiet apartment with a great internal balcony that gave us beautiful sunset views of the city. Had a few problems with the plumbing which was quickly fixed. Great in person communication and also via WhatsApp. Had to ask for extra toilet roll and dishwasher tabs which were promptly supplied. 5 minute walk to the DLR which we all loved and 8 minutes to Jubilee and Elizabeth lines. Tesco next door to property. Would benefit from a mirror in the bedroom and having dishcloths and dish towels supplied. Would love to go back. The place was excellent. Ask for access to their upper floor lounges, one is great for the kids, the other has two pool tables and stunning views. Thanks!

Stay regularly at the cove for business in Canary Wharf and this is a really nice alternative to booking a hotel. Nice facilities for a home from home stay, you do sacrifice bar or restaurant facilities but given the dining options close by it’s no biggie. There are great public spaces to co work, and incredible views

The staff at this hotel were definitely the best park. So helpful and great customer service. Parking was a real issue were stayed during a tube strike and not having a car park became very inconvenient as the car parks near by only allow for 1 entry. Would be 5 star review if had onsite parking. Apartment was lovely only complaint was poor quality pillows.

The suite was a bit warn and shabby. The sofa was old and lumpy, with a pile of food crumbs between the cushions. There are tape marks around the floors where past carpets had been, The room had a smell that came from the laundry/garbage area. The shower was backed up and a plumber had to come to clear the drain. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, with a super-thin mattress and a bar running through the middle, but there were 3 of us and only room for 2 in the bed, so my 23-yr old son’s back was destroyed by the end of the week. The staff was excellent and helpful, but didn’t make up for the sub-par conditions. I’d recently stayed in the Cove Minshull Streel-Piccadilly in Manchester and it was a thousand times better - really fabulous in comparison - so this location was a sore disappointment.

Our stay was amazing, the location was very convenient and the reception staff was great very accommodating. We had a slight issue with the shower the water started to over flood and there was a smell (smelt like sewage, the smell became apparent once the shower was used) but we contacted reception and they changed our room with no problems at all however that smell of sewage was in the new room as-well once we used the shower we didn’t have the flooding experience but the smell was there. The studio was super clean everything we needed was there the bed was super comfy and the layout was lovely, very convenient. Only 5-10 mins walk to shops and restaurants the hotel felt very safe and easy to navigate as-well. The interior was cute, the ac was great and overall our stay was nice. I would stay again and would recommend.

Late night reception was slow due to IT issues. Room and shower weren’t as clean or working expected. The morning reception team were apologetic and made efforts to resolve our issues. Very impressive response. Overall, happy to stay here again.

Our stay was lovely. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The only down side was the drains had a terrible smell and made the bathroom overbearing. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you!

Room was clean and warm. Check-in was quick and easy. Cosmetic bottles were empty in room - we only stayed one night so didn’t request more. Shower controls were duct-taped on. Walls were all scuffed/had marks etc. Needs some sprucing up. Balcony was really nice. Wouldn't stay here again for the price we paid.

The room is spacious and very modern. It's great to have everything you'll need to make breakfast or dinner in the room. However the room could use a little more attention, both with cleaning up and maintenance. There were multiple moisture spots in the bathroom and some kitchen appliances could get a little extra wipe as well. I had the inconvenience of having a broken safe which took a while to get fixed, having to ask multiple updates from the reception

A worrying start as the wrong guest had been checked in and given my room, but this was quickly resolved. The room had everything we needed, and we were very comfortable. We did have trouble with the thermostat - it wouldn’t stay at the lower temperature we wanted, but this wasn’t a huge issue. If we could have changed one thing, it would have been the oven clock light. It was incredibly bright which did disturb our sleep a little. Otherwise, a great stay in a brilliant property in a great location.

The staff were really helpful and friendly and organised a change of room when our air con wasn't working. The location was great and the apartment spacious and in good nick. They really do need to upgrade their A/C though.

The apartment was generally good with a very good bathroom it was also very convenient for our trip to the O2. However, finding the property was a little confusing. The room felt a bit tired and needed modernising. The heating system constantly whistled, there was a lack of lighting from the bed in the bedroom so you had to switch of at the wall and most disappointing of all was that the sofa bed was possibly one of the worst we have had to use in a long time. No bedding provided for it either.

Folks considering this hotel should also be aware that the building (one of the highest in London) creaks considerably when it is windy which can make it hard to get a good night’s sleep - fortunately we only had a couple of windy nights.

Was a great experience especially having a kitchen in our room, theres a tesco next door as well. The only thing i would say that needs improvement it the noise, due to high winds theres so much noise you can hear inside the room, it can get really loud sometimes so keep the weatger conditions in mind when booking and it is a 10 minute walk to the underground.

The property was good. Was disappointed with the beds. They were small for 2 people. Also very soft. Did not sleep well. Heating/airconditiong was very noisy.

Nice appartement. Good location near Canary Wharf metro station. Wonderful towels! Everything in good condition. Only issue was poor condition of sofa bed: size and especially quality matras not suitable for a 16- year old youngster.

Just got back from staying 10 nights at Cove Landmark Pinnacle. The internal balcony one bedroom was perfect for my wife and I. The small kitchen was nice when we didn’t feel like eating out. There’s plenty of options for restaurants in Canary Wharf which was an easy 10 minute walk. Transportation was easy. Jubilee and Elizabeth lines get you into central London in 15 minutes. DLR was 5 minutes away for local stops. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I’m definitely looking forward to my next trip back to London, and definitely would go back to CLP.

The staff were really helpful and friendly and organised a change of room when our air con wasn't working. The location was great and the apartment spacious and in good nick. They really do need to upgrade their A/C though.

Every staff member was beyond helpful and friendly. I was able to drop my bags off early, they helped me extend my stay an extra day and were extremely generous and kind.

Anthony the technician was amazing when it comes to understand the property and fixing the TV like puuuuuuuf! Andrea the assistant Manager made me feel so much home away from home! The property is walking distance from Canary wharf train station, beautiful view all around and one of the best kept secrets! Tesco is like 50 seconds walk and everything is as you see it on their website!! I am definitely coming back for another stay!!!! Thank you Andrea, Anthony, Cristian and the entire crew!

Awful at reception, took an hour to eventually get our room keys. Claimed they couldn’t find our booking, then they could but the room hadn’t been cleaned ( a mix up)! Then there was a further issue & then we were upgraded to a room with a balcony. Extremely unprofessional service

The stay was great however, we enquired about a late check out as we were checking in quite late at night. We were told that would not be a problem. The next morning we called the helpline given on the hotels.com app to re-confirm that late check out and lines were engaged from 9am. We then had a member of security at 11am shouting at my partner to vacate the room. The security guard was extremely rude and told my partner to go to the reception to sort out the late checkout. We were at this point trying to finishing getting ready to vacate. The behaviour of the security guard ruined the stay in the morning and we will not be staying here again.

Property location was excellent. Staff at the front desk were very friendly but not good with follow-up. Our TV was out of service for 7 out of the 9 days we stayed. Reported it 3 times to staff and they never followed up with us.

Second time staying at the Cove Landmark Pinacle. Recommended for longer London stays. The in-room washer dryer is particularly helpful. The sofa bed in the living room in our unit was handy for our family. Lots of shopping and dining options both near the property and at Canary Wharf. Easy to get to central London and the O2 and Stratford via the Jubilee Line; Heathrow via the Elizabeth Line; and the Docklands and the City on the DLR. Area is fast-changing but glimpses of the old Docklands are still there. Highly recommend the Docklands Museum (free entry, donations accepted) for a sense of the history of the area.

It was almost impossible to find this hotel, given the lack of any signage and that is attached to a condominium complex. It isn’t set up as a hotel.. there was no coffee maker, for example, but the lobby attendant said I was supposed to have one and didn’t offer to correct that. There is no separation from the bedroom and living quarters no door or wall.. no phone. Cleaning carts left in the hallway all day and night.. Staff seemed completely unprofessional except for the brunch or breakfast. Staff who were lovely however there were only two large tables shared by everyone and no individual or couples seating.. more like a hostel for the price of a Hilton

Excellent location for the Marathon. 10 minute walk to shopping, dining, tube etc. it was super quiet and staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again!

Good location, very safe neighborhood (financial district) and close to underground stations. Modern hotel. Nice sized room with all the necessities for cooking. One minor thing: one of the worst beds I’ve slept in somehow! If you get an offer from the hotel to “upgrade” your room a few days before arrival and thar upgrade is an “accessible” room with more square footage, do not take it! The bathroom is for people who require an accessible shower so there are no walls around the shower and trust me no matter how careful you are you WILL have water everywhere in the bathroom and it will be a mess.

It was very hard to find even with google maps directions, the high buildings around don't allow a decent signal. We had to get a taxi in the end. The apartment was spotless. There was a bedside table on one end of the bed only. I tried to change the A/C settings but couldn't. The only lighting was ceiling lights, no side lights, very annoying. I probably would have been more satisfied if the price wasn't so steep, I was unfortunate to book a show at the 02 the night before the London marathon.

Very impressed by this place. Just a few minutes walk from Canary Wharf Station; room had kitchen and plenty of room to sit. Clean, modern. Big lifts! Offered Grab & Go breakfast and great place to stay - I was seeing Peter Kay at O2 (one tube stop away) so very convenient. Quiet, safe area etc. Like I say, very impressed (Peter Kay was good too - but not quite his old self - but glad I went)

We loved how accessible thr property was to everything. The Uber boat was a 5 min walk awat, DLR 10min, Jubilee and Elizabeth lines were 12min. There were so many amazing restaurants around and the area was fantastic. The building and room were clean, safe, and very comfortable. All tye staff were so friendly and helpful, especially when we had a flught cancelation and they were able to expend our stay. Will definitely be back on my next trip!!

This hotel is located 7 or 8 minutes walk from UNDERGROUND station and very comfortable place. Canary Wharf station is connected Jubilee line and Elizabeth line. And The Canary Wharf is good place for business , shopping and taking lunch and dinner. View from room is Themes river and Central London. That is amazing view!

Location near Canary Wharf and Excel Center was perfect for my stay. The property doesn't have any restaurants or cafe shops but it was in walking distance. Ill definitely use this location again in the near future.

Beautiful view....dirty windows. Basic self catering equipment....two of everything and not one thing more, no microwave, no onsite bar but tesco close by. Helpful pleasant staff.Canary wharf itself feels heartless with limited dining.

Nice upscale apartment-style room. Good views, very well kept, clean, comfortable and quiet. The "large studio" felt spacious, with a sitting area with couch and dining/work table. Although I didn't really use it, the good sized kitchen area is nice to have for long stays, and could be extra useful since the building has no dining or other food amenities. Although the location is not in the city center, the train is close-by and in 15 mins you're in the heart of things. The maze of malls at Canary Wharf have tons of restaurant and shopping options--not the most interesting place to hang out but very convenient with lots of variety. Only complaint about the room was the occasionally noisy AC system. It's great that it's highly controllable, but it sometimes made an annoying clicking sound for several minutes after the system kicked on. Wasn't annoying enough to make me change rooms but slightly marred an otherwise very enjoyable stay.

Fantastic location for London with a car. The ability to linger longer in the room with catering options allows for laid back luxury with no housekeeping interfering with daytime nap or getting ready for event. Marvellous area.

Stay regularly at the cove for business in Canary Wharf and this is a really nice alternative to booking a hotel. Nice facilities for a home from home stay, you do sacrifice bar or restaurant facilities but given the dining options close by it’s no biggie. There are great public spaces to co work, and incredible views

Fantastiskt. Acn var en dröm. Det enda är att det endast är städning 1 gång i veckan (tror jag att jag läste) så man kan begära nya handdukar och lakan i receptionen. Tvättmaskin fanns på rummet. Kolla in deras loungedel på 56 våningen, otrolig.

Our check in time was at 3pm. We came at 4pm and the room was not ready. We told the staff we had to go to a concert soon after so we didn't have much time to shower so they rushed to get the room ready in 10 min. Highly unacceptable that the room is not ready one hour after promised check-in. The room was not clean at all and several facades in the kitchen/walls/doors were broken. The kitchen was not clean. There was dust on the countertops and the stains on the trash can and on one of the cabinets. The fridge had not been cleaned. There was a toenail on the floor in the kitchen and some of the cutlery in the drawer was dirty too. The balcony was not clean, there was dirt and a lot of hair and chocolate on the floor. Floor was definitely neither vacuumed nor washed. The sofa bed was terrible with several big dips down to the springs especially in each end of the mattress, so there was no where comfortable to lay with the head. My friend's back hurt so bad the day after. The staff didn't offer to move us to another room despite it being dirty. They said they could clean it the day after which made no sense, since we had to check out the day after. I complained and asked to be refunded. The night shift said he wasn't the one to decide but he would pass it on to the day shift. The day shift said she wasn't the one to decide so she would pass it on to management. But she said we would definitely get some sort of refund. Haven't heard anything from them yet. Worst experience!
