A really great stay. The only down side was lack of parking and the very narrow road at the front, which is nothing to do with how good this hotel is.

The Beach at Bude was so so good!! Awesome location and the friendliest staff. The restaurant (Elements) served sensational dinners and breakfasts. Afternoon drinks on the patio were wonderful and relaxing. We had the least expensive room and it was small as expected but bathroom was very modern. I highly recommend this hotel.

Parking wasn’t so easy-but we figured it out. No air conditioning. We opened the window and used the provided fan so it was ok-but I’m an AC girl so I was concerned!!Lovely hotel-great breakfast!

The venue was lovely, and we were fortunate with excellent weather too. We stayed here as it was a special occassion, so specifically wanted a hotel with seaview that overlooked the beach and this hotel certainly delivered. The hotel was great (best shower ever!). I think if I was to highlight the opportunities, firstly the lack of parking outside the hotel...we fortunately managed to get a spot (i believe their maybe more parking at the back of the hotel though...but not 100% sure), at the front of the hotel there are only three parking spaces plus room for about eight cars at the roadside (which was a bit like musical chairs, if a space came free, it would only be so for a second), secondly there was no one at the reception desk when check in opened at 3pm, which meant we had to wait...restaurant staff walked by but didnt acknowledge the waiting customers, which wasnt great service...but fortunately from that moment everything else was lovely.

From the start walking into reception staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure both myself and wife had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The room was immaculate, tea & coffee on tap, bottled water, fresh milk in the mini fridge. Breakfast was covered from full English, continental, fruit & yogurt, toast to mention just a few items on offer to cater for all, Big shout out to Mike who was always at hand to apiece any of requests. Overall, can’t wait to return, with my wife already looking at dates for September

This was our fourth annual stay at the Beach and it was as excellent as ever. The staff are always friendly, our room was spacious with a view of the bay, the shower was excellent and the breakfast very tasty. We will be back next year!

Lovely stay, lovely room but the only clear window looked across a small gap filled with building materials and patio slabs. The other window was frosted so no view at all from the room. Room itself was lovely, staff fantastic and great breakfast

We stayed for one night to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming. The thoughtful finishing touches in our room made the occasion feel truly special and created memories we’ll treasure. The following morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with plenty of choice, all beautifully presented and served with the same friendly care we experienced throughout our stay. Although it was only a short visit, everything exceeded our expectations and made it a day to remember. Thank you to all the team for helping us celebrate such a milestone, we will definitely be recommending and hope to return again soon!

We stayed for one night to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming. The thoughtful finishing touches in our room made the occasion feel truly special and created memories we’ll treasure. The following morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with plenty of choice, all beautifully presented and served with the same friendly care we experienced throughout our stay. Although it was only a short visit, everything exceeded our expectations and made it a day to remember. Thank you to all the team for helping us celebrate such a milestone, we will definitely be recommending and hope to return again soon!

Room was simply stunning! Breakfast was delicious with so many options. We stayed in the hotel and ate at Elements restaurant. Lovely atmosphere and food was very good. Will recommend to family and friends.

An amazing hotel. Visited for the first time last year in August and determined to book and visit again this year. The owners have got it just right. There is nothing they have overlooked to provide in your room. Especially in the bathrooms where the convenient hook behind the door is often overlooked and adequate towel drying space. Views across the bay are gorgeous especially in the evening with the sunsets we have been having. Sitting outside with drinks in the evening is wonderful as is the superb food at the Elements restaurant. A great place to start the day too with an amazing breakfast. Much choice and definitely sets you up for the rest of the day. The staff and very helpful and friendly. Ready to make you feel at home. Can't wait to visit again next summer.

We had the most wonderful stay at Bude on the Beach while celebrating our anniversary. We were so pleased to be surprised with a room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. When we got to our room, we found a lovely handwritten anniversary note waiting for us – such a thoughtful gesture that really made us smile. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay. Every single person we spoke to was warm, friendly and genuinely helpful, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. It’s those little touches and the excellent service that really set this hotel apart. The location is unbeatable, with beautiful sea views and just a short walk to everything Bude has to offer. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a few days away. We honestly couldn’t fault our stay and we left already talking about when we would return. Great location and stylish, comfortable room which had a balcony with a view to the sea. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. Parking was a challenge and we had to park a bit of a distance from the hotel.
