We had a terrific long weekend on Amelia Island. Although we didn't have perfect weather, it was an absolute pleasure to relax at the Ebb Tide cottage. The outdoor space is just as jaw-dropping as the pictures look, the covered hot tub was lovely and the inside gorgeous, spacious, and with all the comforts of home. The only thing we found ourselves wishing for was a few throw blankets when it was especially breezy on the deck. We can't wait to come back!

We loved our stay at this beautiful property facing the beach with private access. The house is tastefully decorated and spacious. Huge deck, grill, hot tub downstairs, washer dryer and extra refrigerator in the 2-car garage. Comfortable beds. It’s close to the charming town and a Publix is located nearby. People are friendly, good restaurants, nice shops, pickle ball courts a few blocks away. Pleasing farmers market on Saturdays. Matt is very responsive. Advice, if you watch Netflix, bring your password. Highly recommend booking here.

Our family and friends had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Ebb Tide Cottage. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and perfectly positioned near the heart of the beach life. I could sit in the kitchen and watch the children in our group on the beach and in the water. We got beautiful pictures and enjoyed grilling on the deck and in the evening, hanging out in the hot tub. We will be back and recommended this house to our friends already. 2 thumbs up.

This house was just amazing for our law firm trip to Amelia for our conference. The view was gorgeous, the walkway to the beach was perfect (no splinters) and the house was just great. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the third time my friends and I stay at this property, and the first since it was renovated and updated. It was great before and even better now. Very clean, good accommodations, and a private beach walk way. If it's within your budget, rent it, you won't be disappointed. We'll be back again for sure.

Outdoor spaces perfect for enjoying the beach from the deck & for walking out to the sand itself. Hosts were exceptional with communication & check in/out procedures. Our group is already looking forward to our next stay in the same house!

It was clean too, which me and my party appreciated. There was 6 of us on a girl trip and there was plenty of room. We enjoyed so much the deck overlooking the sand and ocean. Everything was easy, from the booking process to check-in and check out. I will definitely be back! Thanks, Matt and Jenny for the hospitality (the bottle of wine left for us was a nice touch).

We have been coming to Amelia Island for over 30 years as a family. Each house we stay in has its own unique style and comfort. Ebb Tide was beautiful! Thoughtfully decorated! The deck, open floor plan, and central location made this house perfect for our group of 7. I got married while I was there and we had the ceremony on the lawn overlooking the dunes. We celebrated and danced the night away on the upper deck. This house was perfect for our small group. We will be back!

We had a gathering @ Ebb Tide for a Foodie trip and gad a wonderful time. The property is exactly as advertised. Note that the primary bedroom is 2X nicer than any other room/bath combo…which only matters if people are splitting cost and expecting comparable rooms. There’s the Primary and then “the other 3”. Location lovely, close to the main town and very responsive owners.

The house is perfectly situated about 150 yards off the beach. You have a beautiful deck living room and two bedrooms looking out at the ocean. Gorgeous sunrises and just a fantastic place to decompress and enjoy the ocean and nature. Everything first class. Great place for a family or for a group to spend a memorable getaway

House was perfect! View amazing! Every morning having coffee on that deck was just what the doctor ordered. The house had everything thing we needed, was clean and was decorated so tastefully. Thanks for the beach chairs being available too! My only suggestion would be that the queen bedroom could use a new mattress or just squeeze a king in there. Other than that would stay again!!! 100% 5 star incredible home!!! Thank you Jenny and Matt!

Ebb Tide was the perfect place for our family to enjoy Amelia Island from. The back deck was our favorite and where we ate all of our meals. The beach is just out the back door and stunning. Communication was always timely and courteous. Everything you need is close by and convenient. I really have nothing bad to say about this spot and we rent homes 2-3 times a year. This was definitely one of our all time favorites. A+

Absolutely incredible accommodations. I VRBO at least 6 times a year and this house and owners were fantastic! No doubt that we will look forward to our next time at Amelia at the Ebb Tide Cottage.
Absolutely incredible accommodations. I VRBO at least 6 times a year and this house and owners were fantastic! No doubt that we will look forward to our next time at Amelia at the Ebb Tide Cottage.

This home was perfect! The owner was very nice and made sure everything was great. The home is beautiful and just as described. It’s perfect for a beach trip. Wish we could’ve stayed longer but will definitely be going back!!

This property exceeded our expectations. Beautiful, peaceful, tastefully decorated, incredible ocean front view, comfy beds, sparkling clean, easy parking, located close to restaurants and shopping, and it came stocked with everything we needed. The host gifting us a bottle of wine was a nice gesture. Will definitely rent again.

We have been coming to Amelia Island for over 30 years as a family. Each house we stay in has its own unique style and comfort. Ebb Tide was beautiful! Thoughtfully decorated! The deck, open floor plan, and central location made this house perfect for our group of 7. I got married while I was there and we had the ceremony on the lawn overlooking the dunes. We celebrated and danced the night away on the upper deck. This house was perfect for our small group. We will be back!

Fantastic location, accommodations and views. Newly renovated throughout. On the beach, a short walk to several restaurants and a short drive to downtown Fernandina. Definitely recommend for a great beach getaway for family and friends.

Beautiful home with all the thoughtful conveniences in an ideal location right on the beach. The large deck overlooking the ocean was a big highlight. Walk or bike to beach restaurant, gym and the greenway. Short distance to town with fantastic restaurants.

The house is perfectly situated about 150 yards off the beach. You have a beautiful deck living room and two bedrooms looking out at the ocean. Gorgeous sunrises and just a fantastic place to decompress and enjoy the ocean and nature. Everything first class. Great place for a family or for a group to spend a memorable getaway

Awesome Ocean view. Nice house very roomy. Kitchen has everything you need. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. If you are looking for somewhere to chill for a couple days or a few days with a beautiful view and easy beach access. This is the place for you!

We stayed at Ebb Tide Cottage for the month of February to escape the winter. The house is absolutely lovely and so well-equipped. The kitchen lacks nothing! The bedrooms and living areas are very comfortable and the decor is so beachy and inviting. The home is a reverse layout so the kitchen and main living areas are on the second floor. You can watch outstanding sunrises from the living room or the amazing full-length deck right outside. A quick walk over the home’s boardwalk bridge takes you right to the gorgeous, sandy beach. The home is really nicely situated on Amelia Island so you feel close to everything both north and south. Any questions we had were very promptly answered. I could not have asked for a better place to try our first snowbird experience. We would love to return!

House was perfect! View amazing! Every morning having coffee on that deck was just what the doctor ordered. The house had everything thing we needed, was clean and was decorated so tastefully. Thanks for the beach chairs being available too! My only suggestion would be that the queen bedroom could use a new mattress or just squeeze a king in there. Other than that would stay again!!! 100% 5 star incredible home!!! Thank you Jenny and Matt!
