Stayed here many times but first time back in 2 years. Great central location. Staff pretty good. Rooms need updating badly. A/C was nice & cold in my room. There was a service phone on the wall outside my room for the cleaners that would ring often. Very annoying as it was loud. Roof top pool is good, breakfast was ok but is a good bonus. But time for me to move on from here until the room get updated. Need more pillows on the bed & a mattress topper. Beds too hard. Reasonable priced hotel. Get what you pay for.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times in a year and have never had a problem the staff are great the pool and room are great its in a road with the beach just down road And the price is very reasonable I will use this place again

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites und kompetentes Personal in allen Bereichen. Frühstück inkludiert, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Ausreichende Auswahl am Buffet (europäisch und asiatisch). Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber. Pool sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren bereits mehrmals zu Gast. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Muy conveniente, a pasos de la playa, rodeada también de bares y vida galante, muchísima comida alrededor. el buffet completo y rico. Lo único malo que la alberca la cierran muy temprano y la abren tarde, deberían ampliar el horario de la misma

I thought it was a great property. Great location, great value with breakfast. House keeping was excellent. Just switched out towels and you get two water bottles a day. Only down side is there was chain smokers next door and they kept their room door open so it flooded the hall and my room. Other than that fantastic. Pool on the roof. 7/11 around the block and I used Katy laundry service a couple blocks away. Drop off in early morning and pick up that evening. The hotel had laundry service too but I didn't inquire.

Saubere und geräumige Zimmer. Tägliche Reinigung - sofern gewunscht. Sehr, sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites, aufmerksames und zuvorkommendes Personal in allen Bereichen. Rezeption ist 24 Stunden besetzt. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit guter Auswahl an europäischen und asiatischen Speisen. Zentrale Lage mit zahlreichen Bars in der nahen Umgebung. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und hoffen, dass wir bald wieder kommen. Danke an das gesamte Personal des Flipper House Pattaya!

Great stay, but a few things to consider. Bedding was not good and bed is hard as a rock. Bathtub is very high to climb in/out of, so if you have lower leg issues it will be a problem.

I arrived at 1.30 to be told that my room wasn’t ready and to wait until 2pm. Come 2.05pm I head back to reception, to be told it still wasnt ready. Obviously I wasn’t best pleased after they made me wait and knew I was waiting to check in, and then 2 minutes later after making a fuss my room was miraculously ready. Bad form. The TV did not work, it was a smart tv which couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi, I called the bellboy who connected it but as soon as he left the tv lost connection again. I gave up trying again and used my spare mobile for YouTube/music. The shower pressure was terrible, really bad, it was a slow drizzle, I only stayed for 3 days and couldn’t wait to leave. I didn’t try the breakfast so cannot comment, the air con was fairly good, the toilet was small and dark, the bellboys were friendly but front off house (reception) seemed miserable and didn’t enjoy the job. I would never stay here again. Value for money, no. Go elsewhere.

The receptionist girls have very very poor customer service, from the moment we were welcomed the girl kept raising her voice and speaking with an attitude. When I checked out the girl kept screaming at me “sign ! Sign!” In very broken english so I was confused and when I finally understood what she said she gave me an attitude. The staff here is quite the worst I have ever experienced in my life and I have traveled to over 10 countries a d stayed at 50 hotels in my life. I’ve had better experiences staying at cabins in the woods. When we asked for more towels they never gave it to us even though we came down several times. I think the receptionists should be retrained

The location is nice but is close to night business, so it may be noisy. This should be mentioned so the customer will know before hand. The AC system is a bit run down. But the staffs were very nice and would do their best to accommodate your needs.

Flipper House Hotel was very clean and tidy. We asked for a room up the back to get away from the street noise, which we got. Breakfast did not change much from day to day, was nothing fancy but good. Our room was basic, was missing some things like a cupboard or a light near the bed. We liked the bathroom, it was spacious and you did not have to step up into the shower. The street outside is very narrow and full of bars and not much else. Also had ABC Australia on the TV, which we liked. Overall, Flipper House Hotel was good for a 3 star hotel, although we did not like the surrounding area.
