Kima was great, we stayed in the Superior Suite with the private hot tub on the balcony. The view was amazing. The pool wasn’t used much by other patrons - so if you like to swim, definitely the hotel for you. The receptionist had great advice and restaurant recommendations, would visit and stay here again!

Wow... all I can say is that we totally hit the jackpot staying in this hotel. And trust me, I spent weeks looking for the perfect place within our budget. There are so many options on the island! Kima Oia Suites checked every single box I could imagine. Private Jacuzzi, our own terrace with table, chairs and loungers, an amazing view of the caldera and a beautiful view of the white washed buildings to the left and right of the hotel. I spent so much time absorbing the view because I couldn't believe my eyes. Another wonderful service is breakfast being delivered to our room. We had fresh fruit, bread, bacon, orange juice, coffee and much more. This was another dream come true of mine. In addition to all this, we had daily room service, amenities, a POOL and consistent help and kindness from the staff. Another plus is having quietness and privacy. This is truly the best place to stay on the island. There are way too many people (tourists) by the blue domes and sunset area. This place gives you your own space and is very affordable for what you get. While on Google you may see "3 star hotel", everything here was nothing short of 5 stars. Thank you for everything and making our honeymoon very special!

We booked this Trip and Hotel to fulfill a lifetime dream of my wife. Adriana was an absolute amazing host and helped us in any aspect to make this a "dream come true" stay and unforgettable experience. I think a good Hotel or stay is not only determined by the quality of the facility. The Main contributor for a great stay is the staff and service and there Adriana and her team make the difference to other locations in Oia. The Superior Suite (Cave) are very well worth the price since you have you own, private, Jacuzzi with view over the caldera. I would strongly recommend to spend a bit more and get this room. The View, the calmness and hospitality of the Staff are unique!

An awesome property in close to all the action in Oia. Adriana was amazing to work with and always looking to go above and beyond. The Caldera view was spectacular. Our room was overlooking the pool, made this the perfect location. Certainly recommend.

The staff and hotel get an above 10 star rating from me, along with the transportation gentleman who gave me a whole history lesson on Santorini. I thank all of you for the impeccable service from cleanliness, the man who carried our luggage and brought us delicious food and the women in the office for being so kind. The room, the private pool and the view were gorgeous! I'm looking forward to returning.

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment dans la suite Junior. Un personnel aux petits soins, super bien accueillie. Nous n'avons eu besoin de rien, tout était géniale. La chambre était spacieuse, lumineuse,fonctionnelle et très bien décoré. La piscine et la vue sont juste magique !

We loved Kima boutique hotel. The room looked like it was specially designed to take advantage of the view. Everything was like new. The pool and outside loungers were perfect. Each day I started my day on the lounger enjoying my coffee and enjoying the breathtaking views. The staff were very friendly! Ponos was especially helpful explaining what to do and finding us great restaurants and booking dinners with sunset views. I can’t wait to return next summer!

We booked a last minute room here as our ferry didn't leave until late and we had checked out of our original hotel. The room was clean and staff were friendly. My only gripe with this property is that they wanted to charge us €60 for our laundry while our original hotel, which was 50m away charged us €20 (that too, AFTER we had already checked out).

Beautiful hotel. Loved the pool and the room was very clean. Centrally located in Oia. Staff are very nice and made the stay even better. I would definitely stay here again.

I honestly can not say enough great things about this hotel. We just left the island, snd I feel like we left a piece of our hearts there-and Kima was a big part of that. It felt like “home.” The more we saw of the island, and other accommodations, the more we knew we picked the perfect hotel. The size of the hotel is perfect! It’s small enough to make it feel like you have your own villa, but big enough to meet and talk with your neighbors. It’s off of the pedestrian walkway, so no noisy traffic, but close enough to a drop/off/pick-up location for taxis and transport. I need to make a point of talking about the location and the views. Most of the hotels we came across had great views, but one side was either blocked or out of view. Kima Suites is located so you have a 180 degree view of the ocean and other parts of the island. Also, the staff here is absolutely amazing. They keep it impeccably clean, and they are so helpful and accommodating. It’s a well-oiled machine. You can feel that the staff loves their jobs, and it shows. Lastly, our room was so gorgeous and spacious. Beds were big enough for me and my husband who is tall. The bathroom feels like a spa. One more thing, the breakfast is included, and you can choose from 3 options. All options are delicious and healthy. They bring it right to your patio, so you can eat with an ocean view. I could go on and on, but I think you’d better experience it for yourself.

My wife and I stayed there for 3 nights in May 2023. We are experienced travellers and usually stay in 5-star properties. We can honestly say we saw no room for improvement in any part of our experience at Kima Oid Suites. We were amazed at the attention to detail in cleaning, room amenities, room décor, breakfast, etc. Each of the staff that we interacted with did their job perfectly.

The property is in pristine condition and the staff could not be better!!! Fantastic place and location. Serene and quiet but close to the action. Adriana takes care of you top notch! She's absolutely wonderful. Adi is amazing carrying the suitcases!! helpful and kind too- wonderful service

The staff were the most lovely! The location was perfect, super walkable to the centre of Oia but out of the way enough that you don't have to fight through crowds of people to get to your room. The facilities were beautiful, the rooms were spacious, so clean and gave that boutique feel that I don't think you can get anywhere else. Would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone and everyone!

The staff were the most lovely! The location was perfect, super walkable to the centre of Oia but out of the way enough that you don't have to fight through crowds of people to get to your room. The facilities were beautiful, the rooms were spacious, so clean and gave that boutique feel that I don't think you can get anywhere else. Would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone and everyone!

We loved Kima boutique hotel. The room looked like it was specially designed to take advantage of the view. Everything was like new. The pool and outside loungers were perfect. Each day I started my day on the lounger enjoying my coffee and enjoying the breathtaking views. The staff were very friendly! Ponos was especially helpful explaining what to do and finding us great restaurants and booking dinners with sunset views. I can’t wait to return next summer!

We stayed there for 5 days. Amazing hotel in great location (although you need to go through many steps to get there, but this is relevant to all the best location hotels in Oia). The staff was amazing, especially Adriana who was really caring and helpful. This is a boutique hotel, so it was really quiet and peaceful

If I could give this place 10000 stars I would. Adriana was so communicative and tended to every detail. I have never been so sad to leave a hotel before. This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the views are hard to beat. I can not wait to be back.

I loved everything about the property. Staff was amazing. The receptionist was extremely helpful. He helped with all transpoetation needs and gave us useful recomendations. The hotel had amazing in room breakast. the gentleman who carry the luggage down and then up the stais was very kind and gave us excellent ae4vice. To sumarize it, kima oia suites was perfect.

We were well taken cared of by the team the moment we arrived, to the breakfast being served in room up to check out. Also if you have heavy luggage, they will take care of it for you as it’s a bit of a walk to get to the hotel from the Main Street.

I'd highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Oia. We loved everything about the property. Adriana was amazing at assisting us and making sure our stay in Santorini was as amazing as possible. All the staff was great. The location is perfect and the property is immaculate with stunning views.

Staff was incredible- Adriana, Aris and women cleaning rooms. Al they very professional, allways with smiling and everything was ready on time. Last morning Adriana arrange our trip to the airport, very comfortable to Us. It was great pleasure to stay in Kima Suites. I would recomend to anybody this spot. Wanderfull , Thank You. Comfortable hotel with a beautiful view. It is a few steps going up and down to the property but they have staff to help you with your luggage’s. Adriana at the front desk was very helpful and gave us great recommendations. She also helped coordinate transportation for us when we arrived and departed the island. I would recommend staying at this hotel if visiting Oia!

I truly truly love this hotel. The service by their staffs are impecabble. Andrea the receptionist as well as staff Nicholas went above and beyond to assist us in carrying our heavy luggages, booked us on private tours. Andrea even assisted to arrange my missing item left in previous hotel back to me. So THANKFUL. If you are still browsing on which hotel to stay in Santorini, look no further. This will be d ideal One for sure!

Had a wonderful stay at Kima Oia Suites. The only negative thing was that I couldn’t stay longer, Adriana was an incredible host and contact, very helpful, communicative, and thoughtful. She even went so far as to put a mini bottle of champagne in my room for my birthday! Aris and the other staff were also the epitome of good customer service. Breathtaking views, quiet end of the main Oia restaurant/retail strip. Easy transportation. Lots of steps, but worth it. Will definitely come back. Thank you Kima Oia! xxoo

An awesome property in close to all the action in Oia. Adriana was amazing to work with and always looking to go above and beyond. The Caldera view was spectacular. Our room was overlooking the pool, made this the perfect location. Certainly recommend.

Property is beautiful with an amazing view. Staff is super helpful and arranged a dinner at a sunset Resturant as you cannot see the sunset from the hotel till November. Come prepared to do lots of steps to get down to the hotel but once you are fheee it is amazing.

Having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the Santorini caldera was one of the most memorable experiences of my life. Gorgeous place. Room was beautiful, especially the shower. Service from Adriana and Ari was exceptional. Only beef: the 80 steps from the hotel to the Main Street, what a workout!

Kima was exactly what I was expecting and hoping for. The customer service was amazing, and the stay was entirely peaceful. Breakfast service was wonderful, the pool is nice and quiet (and an amazing view!). Would definitely stay again, and thank you to the wonderful staff!

I honestly can not say enough great things about this hotel. We just left the island, snd I feel like we left a piece of our hearts there-and Kima was a big part of that. It felt like “home.” The more we saw of the island, and other accommodations, the more we knew we picked the perfect hotel. The size of the hotel is perfect! It’s small enough to make it feel like you have your own villa, but big enough to meet and talk with your neighbors. It’s off of the pedestrian walkway, so no noisy traffic, but close enough to a drop/off/pick-up location for taxis and transport. I need to make a point of talking about the location and the views. Most of the hotels we came across had great views, but one side was either blocked or out of view. Kima Suites is located so you have a 180 degree view of the ocean and other parts of the island. Also, the staff here is absolutely amazing. They keep it impeccably clean, and they are so helpful and accommodating. It’s a well-oiled machine. You can feel that the staff loves their jobs, and it shows. Lastly, our room was so gorgeous and spacious. Beds were big enough for me and my husband who is tall. The bathroom feels like a spa. One more thing, the breakfast is included, and you can choose from 3 options. All options are delicious and healthy. They bring it right to your patio, so you can eat with an ocean view. I could go on and on, but I think you’d better experience it for yourself.

위치도 뷰도 좋았어요 근데 작은 수영장을 공용으로 사용하는줄 모르고 예약을 해서 처음엔 조금 놀랐어요 성인 네명이 들어가니 수영하기도 애매한 ;; 다음엔 돈 더 주고 풀빌라로 가야겠다고 생각했네요 서비스나 룸 컨디션도 나쁘지 않았구요 추가한 조식은 평범했지만 뷰 때문에 나름 만족했습니다 숙소가는길에 계단이 조금 있어요 참고하세요

Wow... all I can say is that we totally hit the jackpot staying in this hotel. And trust me, I spent weeks looking for the perfect place within our budget. There are so many options on the island! Kima Oia Suites checked every single box I could imagine. Private Jacuzzi, our own terrace with table, chairs and loungers, an amazing view of the caldera and a beautiful view of the white washed buildings to the left and right of the hotel. I spent so much time absorbing the view because I couldn't believe my eyes. Another wonderful service is breakfast being delivered to our room. We had fresh fruit, bread, bacon, orange juice, coffee and much more. This was another dream come true of mine. In addition to all this, we had daily room service, amenities, a POOL and consistent help and kindness from the staff. Another plus is having quietness and privacy. This is truly the best place to stay on the island. There are way too many people (tourists) by the blue domes and sunset area. This place gives you your own space and is very affordable for what you get. While on Google you may see "3 star hotel", everything here was nothing short of 5 stars. Thank you for everything and making our honeymoon very special!

Our trip to Santorini was simply AMAZING. 1st timers in the island and wasn’t sure where to stay.. seen some great reviews about Kima Suites and the staff and let me tell you, IT DID NOT MISS A SPOT. From the communication of having a driver waiting for us, to the welcome by Xeno was 100/10. Aris met us at the taxi drop off and carried our bags for us like a CHAMP, as we walked down down down the steps to our hotel location. What a life savior that was on a hot day arrival. Walking into the office to grab the keys and get the lay of the facility by Xeno was perfect, with such great explanation, and comfort arriving. He made us feel so welcomed as did Aris. The room was amazing with views to dream of, a private spa pool to relax in and a fairly pool for all 8 suites to use. The bed was amazing, the rainfall shower was perfect and mini bar hit the spot. Definitely used a day to just veg and relax in the water all day long and when I asked for drinks, Xeno made sure he was all about it and delivered pool side for us. Daily breakfast was so delicious and delivered table side by our suite. What else can you ask for? If we had questions, or needs the staff was all about helping. Adriana made sure the place was sparkling clean at all times, and so sweet. Make sure you check this place out as they will make the stay in Santorini that much more enjoyable. Everything in Oia was a close walk, with amazing views daily. LOVED LOVED LOVED it and this place to stay

Walking into the office to grab the keys and get the lay of the facility by Xeno was perfect, with such great explanation, and comfort arriving. He made us feel so welcomed as did Aris. The room was amazing with views to dream of, a private spa pool to relax in and a fairly pool for all 8 suites to use. The bed was amazing, the rainfall shower was perfect and mini bar hit the spot. Definitely used a day to just veg and relax in the water all day long and when I asked for drinks, Xeno made sure he was all about it and delivered pool side for us. Daily breakfast was so delicious and delivered table side by our suite. What else can you ask for? If we had questions, or needs the staff was all about helping. Adriana made sure the place was sparkling clean at all times, and so sweet. Make sure you check this place out as they will make the stay in Santorini that much more enjoyable. Everything in Oia was a close walk, with amazing views daily. LOVED LOVED LOVED it and this place to stay
