If you are choosing this hotel for the shuttle, save yourself the time. They made me sit for 2.5 hours despite knowing I had a reservation claiming it was not booked ahead of time. That was a hotel.com issue for not providing the link, but a good customer facing hotel would still pick up the tired guest rather than repeatedly putting them on hold, paying for long distance calls over a technicality that could be set aside under the circumstances. I made sure to have the reception schedule my shuttle the next more and still yet was told they did not have it and I would have to reschedule and pick another time. I argued and the driver agreed to take me. There is a seriously flawed system here at the guest expense. I could have walked to the hotel in the time it took to get a shuttle. Once onsite staff were nice, but the first and last impression did not need to make this such a stressful experience.

Inga problem. Lugnt och trevligt för en natt innan semestern. Gratis flygbuss hämtade utanför dörren. Fina rum och väl tilltagen frukost. Gratis parkering.

This is a very good airport hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant is open until 10pm (and bar to 11pm). The staff is very helpful. My only criticism is that it's quite distant from the Stockholm Arlanda airport, and arranging a shuttle to thr terminal requires going into the hotel's website and searching for a link (and it's not easy to find). Also, the front desk staff can't help you with this.

We stayed one night between flights and the hotel is very convenient for that. There's a free shuttle bus to the airport (needs to be booked advanced).

Lika bra som vanligt! Två saker till det sämre; inga badrockar i superior room och parkeringen kostar nu (det har den inte gjort tidigare). Älskar deras frukost!

They let us check in early, that was wonderful and the staff was so nice! The location is convenient as well, however it is not as nice in real life as the photos suggest. There was a dent in our door, the floors were very stained, you can tell it hasn’t been updated in a long time. Overall it was a nice visit, nice and accommodating staff, convenient location, easy to access, just not as comfortable and nice as photos.

Saknas info på rummet om öppetider, frukost mm. Sofforna i frukostmatsalen fläckiga och smutsiga. Frukost ok men mat tog slut och fylldes inte på. Fläckiga mattor generellt. Rummet och städningen bra. Däremot TV ur funktion inte bra.

Väldigt trevligt bemötande vid incheckning och små problem som löstes smidigt och med vänlighet, men det kändes underbemannat. Restaurangen var stängd. Utsikt ut mot en parkering. Rummet sådär bra städat, hittade en del skräp på golvet t ex. Ganska slitet som med en ljuslist som satt lite löst i taket. Jättefin och fräsch frukost. Vi förväntade oss inte så mycket eftersom vi skulle flyga tidigt på morgonen men kunde gärna ha varit lite fräschare överlag. Helt okej men inget mer.

The room was poorly maintained. In the bathroom the shampoo dispenser was blocked. The conditioner dispenser was broken, wheni prised it open it had no dispensing tube and was in fact body lotion. There was no foot towel and towels very thin, I mean translucent (I’m not precious about fluffy towels either). The sink plug was broken and the automatic light switch in the bathroom wasn’t working. Finally the window wouldn’t close and the hotel is next to the main north-south Sweden motorway. It is a good location for Arlanda however.

Bra och rent hotell med rymliga rum och sängar. Stort utbud vid frukosten. Receptionisterna kunde vart trevligare. Vi kände oss inte så välkomna. De höll sig kort och tog inte initiativet att ge information om vart rummet ligger eller om frukosten. Vi var tvungna att fråga oss fram vilket vi aldrig stött på under våra år som hotellgäster. Fick heller aldrig frågan vid utcheckning om allt varit bra eller ens ett ”välkomna åter”. Dessa små ord och bemötande betyder mycket i ett serviceyrke.

Nice and friendly hotel close to Arlanda Airport. Very friendly staff. I took the shuttle bus to the airport and forgot my phone on the seat - 7 Eleven called the hotel for me and 10 minutes later the bus came back with my phone.... super service I can higly recommend Scandic Arlandastad

Personalen var jättetrevlig och tillmötesgående och bemötte mig med värme, uppmärksamhet och engagemang. Brukar bo på Radisson Blu på terminalen på Arlanda, men det fanns inga rum att få tag på till rimliga priser, så jag sökte mig en bit utanför Arlanda flygplats denna gång. Den servicenivå jag upplevde var värd resan i buss från hotellet till flygplatsen, och mer.

Ett fräscht hotell som fyller sitt syfte för övernattning i samband med resa till eller från Arlanda. Ganska opersonligt hotell men inget att klaga på. Helt ok frukostbuffé! Trevlig personal och bra transfer till flygplatsen.

Cet hôtel n'est qu'à quelques minutes de l'aéroport et la navette gratuite pour les acheminements y est très pratique Idéal pour une halte entre deux trajets ou pour se rendre sur Stockholm Le personnel y est sympathique et très accueillant, le restaurant est correct avec des prix abordables

Hôtel pratique pour un vol le matin, moins pratique si on veut prolonger une soirée à Stockholm. Personnel de bon conseil pour aller à Stockholm à moindre frais (4€ au lieu de 18€ depuis l’aéroport et 37€ avec l’Arlanda Express.

We were only there for an afternoon/evening as a flight layover on a longer trip. Easy transfer to hotel. Excellent food for dinner and a very amazing breakfast buffet! Highly recommend.

Det var mycket trevligt bemötande under hela vistelsen. Men maten var dyr och inte den bästa, ölen var inte någon starköl som vi bestälde (en som jobbar med det känner skillnad) det var synd.

Tråkigt att baren/restaurangen stängde tidigt och att det fanns väldigt lite att köpa som man kunde äta. Framförallt för barn var utbudet väldigt dåligt.
